This thesis is decribing documentation of brand new shopping center building at the terms of project specification for the building permit. There are requirements set to the draft for the layout of the building in connection with ensuring construction in terms of static, thermal technical, fire safety, energy saving and safety in usage. The project is created in software AutoCad, the calculation for the assessment of thermal properties is created in the software Teplo a Ztráty. Calculation for the fire safety and static calculation of reinforced concrete panel is processed by manual calculation.

Building has four floor and has cellar. There is a core with social maintance and flats. Like vertical communication there is two stairs and two lifts

In this thesis is elaborated a complex documentation for a new sports and relaxation complex. Project accentuates on dispositional and architectural design with emphasis on technical solution. Valuation of static, antinoise protection, energy saving and safety of construction using is part of the project. Heft of the thesis is designed by AutoCAD software application.

Diploma thesis of " New-Built Residential House in Brno" is composed in the form of project documentation. The building is situated in the centre of Brno city, Rybářská street and there is designed nineteen apartments. The building has five floors and one basement. The subject of this master thesis is a design of a apartment house. The Building is situated in Brno Malomerice. The building is designed as an apartment building with 21 residental units. Each flat include one cellar. Also proposed is appropriate residential facilities. For the residential building were also proposed parking spaces, which are located in the immediate vicinity of the house. The proposed object is designed as prefabricated reinforced concrete frame. The building is based on a reinforced concrete grid. The building is designed with a flat roof.
