This Master’s thesis deals with project of blueprints for installation of data cabling in specific building following regulations. Theoretical part describes basic overview of used regulations and principles of data networks with focus on Ethernet and Wi-Fi standards. Separated chapters cover passive layer of data networks and computer-aided-design. Practical part contains implementational and architectural drawing of data network project in multipurpose building. According to these plans the project could be realized.

The dissertation is about nursing documentation in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and resuscitation units of Ústřední Vojenská Nemocnice (ÚVN). The paper describes the development of the nursing process and all required documentation used when completing this task. From a theoretical perspective the paper deals with the content and application of all nursing documentation in terms of the relevant legislation. From the practical perspective the research was completed utilizing a questionnaire approach. The questionnaire was delivered at ÚVN in Prague. The research focus is about getting the information about documentation, how information is interpreted between departments as well as the incidence or impact of incorrect documentation. One of the goals of the research was to determine the satisfaction of staff regarding nursing documentation. The research concluded that clear education regarding nursing documentation requirements is required when the nurse first is exposed to the area. Furthermore the research describes that nurses are well informed about the required documentation during the orientation process. It also demonstrates that nurses are kept informed regarding legislation changes as well as the consequences of incorrect documentation. Key words: nursing process, nursing documentation

Diplomová práce porovnává vedení účetnictví a daňové evidence, vymezuje základní rozdíly mezi těmito systémy zejména z hlediska právní úpravy, dokumentace a také způsobu zachycení jednotlivých operací podnikatele. Součástí jsou i zástupné možnosti vyjáddření daňových výdajů. Práce se také věnuje dani z příjmů fyzických osob. Zaměřuje se pouze na příjmy z podnikání a jiné samostatné výdělečné činnosti. Vymezuje možnosti odpočtů od základu daně, slevy na dani, zálohy na daň z příjmů a také způsoby placení této daně.

Tato práce se zabývá ochranou osobních údajů ve zdravotnictví. mapuje historii ochrany osobních údajů od jejího zakotvení v právním řádu, poté přechází k obecné platné právní úpravě. V hlavní části práce je rozebírána zdravotnická dokumentace, co je jejím obsahem a její možné formy a podoby. S příchodem informačních technologií se nebezpečí zneužití nepovolanou osobou zvyšuje, práce se proto zabývá případy, ve kterých mohou především orgány vykonávající státní zájem přistupovat do zdravotní dokumentace, a to i bez souhlasu pacienta. Také je rozebrána možnost pacienta a jeho příbuzných nahlížet a pořizovat kopie dokumentace. Je zde popsán národní zdravotnický informační systém a potenciál elektronické dokumentace. V praktické části autor provedl průzkum veřejného mínění v oblasti ochrany osobních údajů ve zdravotnictví, který slovně i graficky interpretuje.

This thesis deals with transfer pricing, namely the documentation. It tries to map the legislative standards and procedures of transfer pricing documentation that could be applied in the Czech Republic. The main objective of this thesis is a compilation of documentation for a specific company in the Czech Republic in accordance with those procedures. The thesis contains three main chapters. The first section mainly covers the basic theoretical concepts and actual legislation regarding transfer pricing. This is the minimum necessary for initiation into the issue. The second chapter deals specifically with the theoretical process of creating documentation. The final, third part of the thesis includes the application of the theory to a specific company.

The goal of my thesis was to work out a proposal of a process layout of a two-floor building as a townhall with a kindergarten and a medical four territory. The project documentation corresponded with the project documentation for building license. It was a typified object, it means without particular placement in terrain, which is likely to be repeatedly used in the process of building-up. There were two versions of the process layout suggested in the first phase. One of them was chosen and finished up to its final form, with help of the supervisor of the thesis. The townhall and the medical four territory is to be found in the first ground in the final version. There are two separate kindergartens in the second floor. The project respected law Nr. 183/2006 Sb. about land-use planning and a building act, its notices and valid norms.

In those diploma work work tie together on the work of bachelor degree, in which I'm proposed one-family house frame wood - construction. Thesis treat of production documentation one-family house. Work includes part graphical, that contains project part and production. Here are plotted all peripheral and inner wall and circumscribed all appropriate machinery appurtenances, that concern production documentation. In text parts come out constructive system and his outlines for realization construction. Be here composition construction siding, that are further thermally- technically advised in software -- warm. Work is supplemented about accompanying and technical report.

This diploma work focuses on the water mill with so called artistic composition in the village Radoškov, district Velké Meziříčí. The documentation of the current state of technological equipment and the plotting to drawings are performed. It is photographed and missing equipment is added to the drawings according to researched information of the composition of the mill just before its closing down in 1952. The draft for renovation of the building is made according to owners' wishes, whose plan is either to place a new water wheel or a turbine to produce electricity and partial commissioning for agronomical uses.

This thesis is focused on draft of wooden house for a family of four on land in Blatec. Layout and spatial designs are made in several variants. Selected alternative is developed into the project documentation. Legislative andnormative requirements arevalidin the Czech Republicand exigencies ofthe investor are respected. The part of thesis is technical documentation, which includedrawings, technical information and approximate price of house.

The topic of the thesis is a description of wooden building construction process from a design stage to a finished house. There is preciesly described the creation process of the specific building from the initial meeting with the client to a finished building including all follow-up and logistics processes. In the first part, the thesis focuses on a building placement locality, selection of a suitable structural system, and description of factual and time context. The next part of the work addresses the text documentation for buil-ding permits and the energy-appreciation of the building.
