The thesis topic: ?Analysis and Innovations of Selected Nursing Documentation Used in Intensive Care? was chosen deliberately for its topicality. Documentation is an important and integral part of treatment of patients. It is very important that nursing documentation suit nurses who work with it. Data should be clear and their recording easy and convenient for nurses. Duly managed nursing documentation should be beneficial for physicians as well. For the research, the anaesthetic resuscitation department in Jihlava was chosen. The thesis contained six defined objectives that have been met and resulting 6 research questions. Qualitative research was carried out in 3 stages. One research group consisted of nurses at the anaesthetic resuscitation department in Jihlava, the other research group consisted of doctors at the anaesthetic resuscitation department in Jihlava. In the first stage, an analysis of nursing documentation used at the anaesthetic resuscitation department in Jihlava was carried out and, subsequently, interviews with the nurses and doctors from this department were conducted. In the second phase, innovations of nursing documentation were made and the documentation was put into practice. The final stage of the thesis consisted of interviews with the same questions for the doctors and nurses at the anaesthetic resuscitation department in Jihlava, in which opinions of the nurses and doctors on the innovated documentation and its application in practice were surveyed. The objective was to analyze the existing nursing documentation, to innovate it on the basis of the interview results, to implement it, and then to find out whether it could be used in practice. Based on the interviews conducted, we found out that nurses do not like the nursing diagnoses and also record sheets, which are common for doctors and nurses, used their department. Based on these results, innovation of the nursing diagnoses was made and, at the same time, the department made an innovation of the recording sheet, and medical and nursing documentation was separated. After the documentation was introduced into practice, we interviewed the nurses and doctors again to find out whether the innovated documentation was better and whether it could be improved more. We found out that the documentation was better, more suitable for the respondents. The innovated documentation can be used in practice and is currently so at the anaesthetic resuscitation department in Jihlava.

This diploma thesis focuses on processing and data collecting for the use of creating functional 3D informating model that we call BIM (Building Information Modelling) which is getting more and more attention throughout building industry and it is used by all of the participants in the industry from designers and architects to those who are dealing with building installations. This process is slowly getting into legislations of many countries including Czechia. The thesis is divided into two parts where one of them is describing the Building Information Modeling in general and the other part is describing the work which is behind the colleting good data which is needed when making the 3D documentation in Revit software which is wildly used for designing building constructions. Practical part of the land surveyor´s work is devided here into two parts where one of them is dedicated to collecting data by laser scanning process, GNSS and measuring by total station and levelling machine. Second part focuses on the description of the data processing in order to make 3D model. The example of the output production data is the BIM 3D model of the family house in selected level of detail and besides that we also have the visualization of both interior and exterior and 2D simplified building documentations.

The thesis deals with the rules of the protection of personal data in the process of rendering healthcare. This topic is highly relevant because the act no. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code, came recently into force and influenced the topic of this thesis, mainly in case of the settlement called "The Healthcare". The work is divided into four chapters. The first chapter contains the most important legal sources for the protection of personal data in the process of rendering healthcare. The chapter also describes the major decisions of the European Court of Human Rights and the most important decisions of courts in Czech Republic. The second chapter deals with the protection of personality, right to privacy and with the protection of personal data. The protection of personal data in healthcare is undoubtedly a part of above mentioned rights. The third chapter deals with the duty of confidentiality of healthcare workers, the possibility of breaking the confidentiality and the legal liability for breach of a duty of confidentiality. The Duty of Confidentiality in Health Care (Section 99 of Czech Criminal Procedure Code and other provisions) The aim of the thesis is to introduce the issue of medical confidentiality in Czech Republic. Although most stress is put on the connection with criminal law, the work also explains what medical confidentiality is and outlines some disputable points in this field as well as it further on mentions international treaties, statutes and other sources where the duty of confidentiality is incorporated. The thesis then shows medical confidentiality in connection with the matter of medical records and afterwards focuses on the exceptions when duty of confidentiality can legally be broken and finally a chapter is given to describe the questions of lability for breaching the duty of cofidentiality in health care where criminal law consequences and disciplinary consequences are described. All the matters are discussed in the light of the Health Services Act (372/2011 Coll.) which came into force on April 1, 2012.

Health care services is an area, in which is, with regard to specific nature of processed information, needed to pay special attention to personal data protection of patients. Act that used to regulate this kind of relations for more than 40 years was the Act on Care and Health of Nation. Taking into consideration its historic time of origin and paternalistic theory, on which it was based upon, and despite passage of Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine meaning significant deviation from up to now paternalistic theory, this Act was not able stand under the Czech republic international obligations, principles of democratic legal state and last but not least rapid technological progress,. Therefore it was replaced by Medical Services Act, which is in full compliance with approach that sees relation between physician and patient as equal. The theoretical part describes the quality management system and documentation structure, especially the requirements according to ISO 9001:2008. The second part focuses on a specific analysis of the documentation structure at the manufacturing and trading company Represent Ltd. Consequently, the quality manual is developed and designed the new documentation system according to ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems - Requirements.

Diplomová práce na téma "Postup při zadávání a vyhodnocování veřejných zakázek na municipální úrovni veřejného sektoru v ČR (s případovou studií)" se zabývá analýzou nového zákona 137/2006 Sb., o veřejných zakázkách a popisuje jednotlivé fáze zadávacího a hodnotícího procesu od prvotního plánování přes zákonem stanovené postupy a lhůty zadávání, specifika zadávací dokumentace a různé metody výběru až po realizaci výběrového řízení a uzavření smlouvy. V případové studii pak práce ukazuje, jak by v praxi mělo vypadat efektivní řízení veřejných zakázek na municipální úrovni veřejného sektoru v ČR.

The aim of the thesis is to approach the issues of transfer pricing, both in terms of legislation, and especially from the perspective of maker of Transfer pricing Documentation and from a practical point of view to analyze the most often transaction between related parties. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part deals with transfer pricing legislation and provides a general overview of publicity available documents and legal regulation related to transfer pricing issues in the Czech Republic. The second part deals with general and practical look at the Documentation that is used as evidence of transfer prices for tax control. The third part describes transfer pricing methods in detail, which are recommended by OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and Tax Administration. The last part analyzes the most often transactions between related parties and provides particular examples from practice experience.

This final work is trying to evaluate the administrative demands coming from the legal obligation of creating the documentation about the documentation about the transfer prices. In theoretical part autor is talking about the legal requirements for the mandatory documentation about the transfer pricing. In practical part autor is proposing the example of the mandatory documentation of transfer pricing form to existing company and is trying to reply to from what sources are this information coming and if it is about to create a new documents or to use the existing documentation. This diploma thesis deals with the process analysis and documentation of the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, a market surveillance authority in the state administration. The main objective of this thesis is the mapping of operational processes within the organization and identification of their potential weak points.
