The diploma thesis studies specific features of the local politics in the Czech Republic. The focal point of this case study is the village Dolni Lhota and local elections in 2014, during which a change of the local political elites has occurred. The main aim of this thesis is to understand the factors having led to the victory of a new local representatives and to ascertain whether the citizens are satisfied with chosen political elites so far. The content is divided into three chapters. In the first chapter there is paid close attention to local democracy, local administration and to the introduction of Dolní Lhota. In the second chapter there are interpreted the results of the questionnaire survey, moreover it provides the reader with the analysis of interviews with the executive representatives elected in 2014. Finally, in the third chapter the research questions are evaluated.

The work deals with the reconstruction of the house of culture in Dolní Kounice. The existing house was built in the sixties. Previously here was Orlovna. The building of the house of culture started after the removal which lasted a quarter of a century Later on the house was reconstructed in the nineties. The result is a building of rather chaotic form and moreover it does not fit with surrounding structures. The aim of this work is to remedy this situation. Using the construction work of the object there will be created a real house that will interact with the environment and it will respond to the actual needs of local residents and visitors from the region. The reconstruction of the house will create a compact unit.

First part of this diploma thesis informs the reader about the topic issues of the lands-cape, Czech border regions, countryside, rekreology and recreation, free time and tourism (Czech and foreign; urban and rural). This work presents in his next part to the reader complex analysis of the interest area and a list of the main attractions of the Rýmařovsko microregion which are from the author's point of view for local tourism and his further development the most important. Issues of the influence of tourism on the development of the chosen area in relation to the protection of nature and landscape were discussed by using a questionnaire survey which was filled in by the mayors of individual villages of the Rýmařovsko mikroregion. The specific landscape measure - Hledačka pod věží on the cadastral territory Nová Ves in the village Dolní Moravice - was designed on the basis of this questionnaire. The purpose of this measure is, due to the high recreational use of the area, the emergence of a new type of unpretentious but experience tourism. Technical and drawing documentation, indicative price calculations and possibilities of financing were prepared for this specific landscape measure. The diploma thesis does also not forget the opportunities for promotion including a leaflet design.

This thesis deals with the current state of development of active lower limb prostheses and focuses mainly on own design of active prostheses. The introduction deals with the anatomy of lower limb and briefly describes the walk cycle. In other chapters are summarized amputation techniques in the lower limb, followed by a description of the allocation of prostheses according to the level of amputation, which were described in earlier chapters. The thesis also deals with the division of prostheses according to the patient's activity level and briefly describes the structural differences in these individual cases. Chapter describing the actual development in the field of active prostheses initiates part dealing with the detailed description of the part of the prosthesis. The following chapters deal with the design and implementation of a prototype of active transfemoral prosthesis. The penultimate chapter deals with the software description of all parts of the prosthesis. This chapter is followed by an evaluation of the achieved results.

This thesis deals with the stress on a bicycle ergometer. This theoretical part is a summary of findings on the response of the cardiovascular parameters, one-leg ergometry, description of Borg RPE scale and laterality of the lower limbs. The practical part is a comparison of the measured values of cardiovascular parameters. Furthermore was evaluating the subjective perception of the intensity of workload and compares the workload between the left and right limbs. Methodology and data processing: data collection for statistical processing was carried out from December 2013 to early April 2014. Research group included 16 probands. The results were statistically analyzed and described. Results and conclusions: There are differences in the values of cardivascular parameters at maximum workload between the two and one leg. Title: Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Back Schools in Vertebrogenic Syndromes of Low Back Objectives: To compare the effectiveness of particular back schools. The main goals were to prove the successfulness of back schools in patients with vertebrogenic algic syndrome, to find out jobs with the most promising response to back schools and to reveal possible use of back schools in children. Methods: The dissertation has a descriptive-analytical character and was conducted as a literature review. Results: The results showed the effectiveness of the back schools concept in chronic low back pain. The effect was particularly obvious after two-month duration of the programmes. The most promising results were observed in professionals whose lumbar spine is overexerted due to heavy loads lifting or due to daily routines set into ergonomically inconvenient workplace. The back school concept might be used in children as well, who can mainly take advantage of active exercises and correct ergonomics. This dissertation also sums up other physiotherapeutic concepts relating to this subject. Key words: Back school, low back pain, prevention

Title: Electromyographic analysis of selected muscles of lower extremity of kitesurfers. Objective: The goal of thesis is to determine muscle groups, which are the most active during the kitesurfing position and compare the values in increasing time spent in this position. Furthermore, to determine a degree of co-contraction level between m. quadriceps femoris and m. biceps femoris. According to the enlarging number of riders in kitesurfing population the goal is to compare results between professional and recreant riders and determine statisticaly significant differences. Methods: This thesis is a case study, where is analyzed the degree of muscle aktivity of lower extremity during the kitesurfing position. The research involved 6 persons of very specific selection consisted of professional riders and recreants. As an objectification method surface electromyography had been chosen and the normalized value between m. quadriceps femoris, m. gluteus maximus, m. biceps femoris, m. tibialis anterior, m. gastrocnemius and m. trapezius had been evaluated. Findings: The measurement results showed that the most active muscle during the kitesurfing position is m. quadriceps femoris of stance lower extremity even though after long-term stay.
