Občanské elity na lokální úrovni / The civil elites at the local level

Urbanová, Barbora January 2015 (has links)
The thesis examines the process of recruiting new political elites, which is considered as an essential prerequisite for the restoration of a democratic society in the Czech Republic. The work examines the civic society and its involvement in the political life and activities on the municipal political level. The case study concerns the village of Dolní Břežany where the significant processes have taken place since the year 2002 in order to strengthen the transparency of politics. A questionnaire was distributed in Dolní Břežany where the questions dealt with the citizens´ life satisfaction in the village, their participation in public life and it investigated whether their involvement is or is not connected with an interest in politics or it is just connected with the existence of problems and their solution. Furthermore, the interviews with the executive representatives (between the years 2002 and 2014) gather their views on politics, the public and political participation in general. The aim was to find out what inspired the new political elites to enter the politics and stay politically active for such a long time. The work confirms a hypothesis that a goal of the new political representatives, who were elected in Dolní Břežany in 2002, was to improve their life conditions in the village. The elites remained politically active due to their clear conception of the future village development. The citizens´ confidence in political leaders and a high satisfaction with the community life increased also their interest in politics and public affairs.

Původ a biologická afinita údajné gravettienské mandibuly Předmostí 30 ze sbírek Moravského zemského muzea. / Origin and Biological Affinity of the Alleged Gravettian Mandible Předmostí 30.

Drahošová, Michala January 2015 (has links)
Dissertation solves the problem of the origin of the mandible from collection of Moravian Museum in Brno. Publications of authors working in the location Předmostí u Přerova since the year 1884 have been used to achieve this goal. Simultaneously records in the incremental books of MZM in Brno have been researched, unfortunately without success. Therefore research of the biological affinity of the mandible P30 with others gravettiens discovery has been accepted as well as variability of recent humans. For study we used methods of geometric morphometrics, which allows us better clarify shape discrepancies in comparison with standard analytic methods. Comparison of shape variability of the mandible we used 91 cranial CT exposures of the recent Czech population. We placed 42 landmarks to segmented 3D models of the mandible and we made a PCA analysis. To extend the argument for justifiability to incorporate studied sample among discoveries from Předmostí u Přerova we created file of linear proportions of the tooth crown based on available publications and our own measuring. Morphological study, shape analysis of the mandible and dimension of the teeth leads us to results that the mandible P30 in our study can really belong to the Gravettien Age. Key words: Mandible, Molars, Předmostí u Přerova,...

Změny vnějších povrchů koster dolních končetin způsobené tafonomickými faktory: Pohansko, 2. kostel / Changes in the external surfaces on the lower limb bones caused by taphonomic factors: Pohansko, 2nd church

Vitnerová, Tereza January 2020 (has links)
Changes in the external surfaces on the lower limb bones can be caused by various taphonomic factors. It is important for our work how these changes will affects. The aim of the work was to process and subsequently evaluate the changes in the external surfaces on the lower limb bones. For analyses we chose set of adults from 2nd church burial ground Pohansko near Břeclav, we chose specifically braid of the lower limbs (cingulum membri inferioris) and free lower limb (pars libera membri inferioris). We wrote down taphonomic changes into prepared protocols, changes were typologically about damages and color changes. We used programs InkScape and AdobePhotoshop to transform paper protocols into digital form. Heat maps are outputs from this programms through them we are able to see incidence rate of individual changes. We most often detected the occurrence of an orange color on the bones of the lower limbs, so we focused on its cause. We found an increased content of silicon and aluminum in its chemical composition, so we assume that it could be an aluminosilicate weathering product. Key words: Pohansko, taphonomy, taphonomic factors, bone surface, lower limb

Židovské instituce v Dolním Slezsku v 50. a 60. letech 20. století / The Jewish Institutions in Lower Silesia in the 1950's and 1960's

Kroupová, Anna January 2019 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with Jewish institutions in Lower Silesia during the period of 50's and 60's of the 20th century. The area of focus is the Socio-Cultural Association of Jews (Towarzystwo Spoleczno-Kulturalne Zydów), which was historically the only Jewish association in Poland that was allowed to exist. The main aim of this thesis is to track down and analyse relationship of the representatives of the group with the communist party and its ideology in detail, since the party was not particularly inclined towards Jewish culture due to Israel's affinity with the West. Furthermore, after the introduction and analysis of the main sources and literature, the thesis briefly introduces a topic related to the restoration of life within the Jewish community after the World War II. After that, it concentrates on the formation and development of institutions and it follows the way members were educated in the spirit of socialism as well as how the Jewish culture was formed. The fundamental sources necessary for the study of this problematic are primarily files that came into existence as a result of certain activities of institutions, such as meetings of their bodies, documents informing about social life (invitations to events), repatriation records of the USSR saved in Archive of The Jewish...

Vliv cvičení s omezením krevního průtoku na nárůst svalové síly - meta-analytická studie / The effect of exercise with blood flow restriction on the development of muscle strength - meta analysis

Uher, Dominik January 2021 (has links)
Title: The effect of exercise with blood flow restriction on the development of muscle strength Objectives: The aim of this work was to assess the magnitude of the effect of exercise with blood flow restriction on the development of muscle strength on the basis of a systematic research and to determine the main factors that moderate this increase. Methods: Primary sources were searched in the scientific databases Academic Search Ultimate, Web of Science and Taylor and Francis. Individual training interventions were found in the included studies. Based on the training interventions, possible moderating factors of the magnitude of the effect on the development of muscular strength of the upper or lower limbs were defined. From the results of the studies, the effect size values of Cohen's d and Hedge's g were calculated. The influence of concrete parameters of application of the vascular occlusion and blood flow restriction exercise on the magnitude of the effect was evaluated on the basis of correlation analysis. Results: A total of 27 studies were included in this diploma thesis, in which 39 different trainings using blood flow restriction exercises were found and included. Based on the correlation analysis, no direct relationship was found between the exercise parameters and the magnitude of the...

Ve jménu pokroku: Osudy obyvatel "zmizelého" Dolního Jiřetína. / In the name of progress: Destinies of inhabitants of "disappeared" Dolní Jiřetín.

Kryšpínová, Tereza January 2011 (has links)
This master thesis deals with the story of village of Dolní Jiřetín, liquidated on the beginning of 1980s, and a destiny of its inhabitants who lived in the village until it disappeared. Dolní Jiřetín was one of many villages destroyed in region of Most since World War II because of an expansion of coal mining and chemical industry. However, its liquidation was unique because the village was divided into two parts. The southeast of the village became part of sanitary zone of chemical works in Záluží, the rest of Dolní Jiřetín was undermined by colliery called Centrum. This thesis describes history of the village and life of its inhabitants before the liquidation, especially in time of industrialization boom. The text concentrates on development of both causes of disappearance of the village - brown coal collieries and chemical works in the region of Most. Then it follows the liquidation itself, since preparation through realization to what happened in the village after all the inhabitants left. It shows the process both from the side of institutions which organized the liquidation and from the view of inhabitants of Dolní Jiřetín. In the end the thesis deals with a case of village of Horní Jiřetín which shared some parts of its history with Dolní Jiřetín and today it faces probably very similar...

REVITALIZACE A PROSTOROVÁ KULTIVACE KLÁŠTERA ROSA COELLI V DOLNÍCH KOUNICÍCH / REVITALIZATION AND SPATIAL CULTIVATION MONASTERY ROSA COELLI IN DOLNÍ KOUNICE

Vankušová, Katarína January 2016 (has links)
Diploma thesis describes the design of roofing for the monastery Rosa Coeli. The initial thought to perform the revitalization of this complex via this way was formed after an exhausting research. At its current state, the Rosa Coeli is sought after and is very popular among tourists; however, as an object, it has a fairly limited impact to everyday life of residents of the city Dolní Kounice. The roofing will, understandably, change the character of the building. As such, it will be usable during the entire course of the year – not only for one-off events. The construction of the timber roof truss consists from solid features, where the chief endeavor was to preserve the unique genius loci.

REVITALIZACE A PROSTOROVÁ KULTIVACE KLÁŠTERA ROSA COELLI V DOLNÍCH KOUNICÍCH / REVITALIZATION AND SPATIAL CULTIVATION MONASTERY ROSA COELLI IN DOLNÍ KOUNICE

Proisl, Daniel January 2016 (has links)
The impressive ruin of the church certainly has its charm, and may be in the form of tourist attraction, but I think that nowadays it is a shame to have such a valuable relic with potentially attractive surroundings only on Sunday tours. In my own proposal I have tried to combine historic footprints of preserved vaults and slope of the roof with modern and extensively (maybe overall) prefabricated structures and roofing membrane.

Analýza činnosti Allgemeine-SS v Dolních Rakousích v letech 1932 - 1945 / Analysis of the activities of Allgemeine-SS in Lower Austria in the years 1932 - 1945

Zumr, Jan January 2017 (has links)
The dissertation deals with the research of a role played by the SS, respectively Allgemeine-SS, in Lower Austria and Reichsgau Lower Danube since its creation in the early 1930s to the end of the Second World War. The dissertation's purpose is to analyse SS activities, structure and staff. Its history showed a number of identical features with the history of the SS in other Austrian Bundesländer and in Germany itself, but at the same time local specifics appeared. In Lower Austria / Lower Danube, the SS had the second highest or even the highest number of members in entire Austria, depending on a particular year. However, conversion to per capita it was exactly the opposite. In comparison with the situation in "the old empire", the SS also showed below average numbers of SS men. This fact consisted in geographic character and population social structure of the country whose predominantly Catholic-conservative inhabitants living in the lowland countryside showed greater resistance to entry into the SS than Evangelicals or Catholics living in the mountains. The situation was specific in South Moravia and the south-eastern corner of Bohemia which were connected to Lower Danube in October 1938. There were, as in the entire former Czechoslovak borderlands, a number of Allgemeine-SS members per capita...
