O skewness de G é o número mínimo de arestas que devem ser removidas de G para torná-Io planar. O vertex deletion number de G é o menor inteiro k tal que existe um subgrafo induzido planar de G obtido através da remoção de k vértices de G.Neste trabalho, apr~sentamos valores exatos para o splitting number, o skewness e o vertex deletion number dos grafos Cn x Cm, onde Cn é o circuito simples com n vértices, e para o splitting number e o vertex deletion number de uma triangulação dos grafos Cn x Cm / Abstract: The splíttíng number of a graph G is the minimum number of splitting steps needed to turn G into a planar graph; where each step replaces some of the edges (u, v) incident to a selected vertex u by edges (u', v), where u' is a new vertex. The skewness of G is the minimum number of edges that need to be deleted from G to produce a planar graph. The vertex deletíon number of G is the smallest integer k such that there is a planar induced subgraph of G obtained by the removal of k vertices of G. In this work, we show exact values for the splíttíng number, skewness and vertex deletíon number of the graphs Cn x Cm, where Cn is the simple circuit on n vertices, and for the splíttíng number and vertex deletíon number of a triangulation of Cn x Cm / Mestrado / Mestre em Ciência da Computação

CoordenaÃÃo de AperfeiÃoamento de Pessoal de NÃvel Superior / This paper describes the reinvestigation phytochemical of the fixed constituents present in the roots and stems of the species Capraria biflora, of the family Scrophulariaceae, as well as research on the chemical composition of essential oil extracted from the leaves and evaluates the larvicidal activity against Aedes aegypti larvae. The study of the essential oil resulted in the identification of seven constituents among which six are sesquiterpene compounds. The essential oil was tested for larvicidal activity and showed a moderate activity, with LC50 = 73.39. Chromatographic studies on silica gel, petroleum ether extract of the roots and ethanol of stems, allowed the isolation and characterization of four compounds: the naphthoquinone biflorin, the sesquiterpene caprariolide B, sugar D-mannitol and iridoid miopoclorin, unprecedented in kind. The structure of the compounds was performed by spectrometric techniques: infrared (IR), mass spectrometry (MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance of hydrogen (1H) and carbon-13 (13C NMR), including two-dimensional techniques (COSY, HSQC and HMBC) and comparison with data reported in the literature. / Este trabalho descreve a reinvestigaÃÃo fitoquÃmica dos constituintes fixos presentes nas raÃzes e no caule da espÃcie Capraria biflora, pertencente à famÃlia Scrophulariaceae, bem como a investigaÃÃo da composiÃÃo quÃmica do Ãleo essencial extraÃdo das folhas e avaliaÃÃo da atividade larvicida contra larvas do Aedes aegypti. O estudo do Ãleo essencial resultou na identificaÃÃo de sete constituintes dentre os quais, seis sÃo compostos sesquiterpÃnicos. O Ãleo essencial foi submetido ao teste de atividade larvicida e apresentou uma atividade moderada, com CL50=73,390. Estudos cromatogrÃficos em gel de sÃlica, do extrato Ãter de petrÃleo das raÃzes e etanÃlico do caule, permitiram o isolamento e caracterizaÃÃo de quatro compostos: a naftoquinona biflorina, o sesquiterpeno caprariolÃdeo B, o aÃÃcar manitol e o iridÃide miopoclorin, inÃdito na espÃcie. A elucidaÃÃo estrutural das substÃncias foi realizada atravÃs de tÃcnicas espectromÃtricas: infravermelho (IV), espectrometria de massa (EM) e ressonÃncia magnÃtica nuclear de hidrogÃnio (RMN 1H) e de carbono-13 (RMN 13C), incluindo as tÃcnicas bidimensionais (COSY, HSQC e HMBC) e comparaÃÃo com dados registrados na literatura.

An enhancement of probability packet marking (PPM) used to trace back the DoS attacker is proposed by this paper. Our work is based on the probabilistic packet marking algorithm by Savage[1] in which an attack graph can be reconstructed by a victim site. Furthermore, we discuss some routers which do not support PPM in attacked path called non-PPM router. We use algorithm to recover one and two successive non-PPM routers. Recover three and four successive non-PPM routers by using IP RR (record routing) option. Five successive non-PPM routers and above are between two PPM routers, we discuss about Loosen Source Routing that record all traveled IP addresses into IP header. The temp table record edges which produced by proposed algorithm. And the hop table records which path the packet come from. Before the PPM system run, routers send probe packets we proposed above to recover the incomplete attack path.
