The diploma thesis deals with the architectonic tendencies in 1980s in Czechoslovakia which were aside the stream of the official design studios and The Czech architects Union. The aim of the diploma thesis, based on the particular examples of free architectural groups, exhibitions and other activities they had in common, to create vivid and complex image of tendencies in monitored period. The situation of centralized building production is described in the introducing part - what made the youngest and middle generation of architects to attempt at the change of architectonic production and also the status of own profession. In individual chapters you can learn about syndicates "Středotlací", "Vokolo Vosmýho", "Obecní dům" and "Zlatí Orli". The first common exhibitions of graphic artists and architects in early 80s and later the exhibitions of painted/paper architecture arranged by "Technical magazine" between 1985 and 1990 are introduced in the paper. It introduces the activity of Jiří Ševčík who was the essential theorist of contemporary architecture. He devoted his work to mediate foreign, most often postmodern, theory of architecture. The aim of this diploma thesis is a solution of the extension of clinical hematology of the Faculty Hospital Brno. The thesis deals with the technological regulation for steel construction, coupled ceiling concrete slab with other topics including an inspection-check plan, a time schedule for carcass, time and financial schedule for structures and an item budget. In addition, this work includes the coordination site-layout of the construction with wider transport relations, mechanical assembly, the principles of the organization of site equipment and occupational safety and health risks. Finally this thesis contains several assessments for cranes, scheme of principles of fixing steel columns into structure, scheme of laying building envelope, LEED, site equipment financial assessment.

The presented diploma thesis was elaborated as an architectural study of a Central European Forum in Olomouc (SEFO). Campus SEFO will be created as an reconstruction of the Museum of Modern Art (MUO) in Denis street and building in a neighboring vacant lot. The proposal involves urban, architectural, operational layout, design and material solutions objects in spatial context. Within SEFO and MUO they are created each operation - stand-alone units. Objects SEFO and MUO are interconnected. It is necessary to respect the separation of publicly accessible areas of compartments accessible only by employees. Architectural study includes space for exhibitions, library, multi-purpose space with facilities, vestibule usable for exhibition openings and other cultural activities, chamber music performances, as well as facilities for education, technological facilities of the building, the depositary (transport and central), photo studio restoration studio, office space, locker rooms and restrooms personnel. SEFO specific aim of capturing the diverse manifestations of visual culture of Central Europe after World War 2, the building's permanent exhibition, acquisition activity, temporary exhibitions, including larger medium-shows (eg. The biennial or triennial), discussion forums and other supporting cultural events.

The subject of the master's thesis - City within the city / "Trnitá city block" is a design for a multi-functional building in a block of urban structure (territorial study of the also called "Southern area - Trnitá" - KAM Brno 2019). The project supplements the pre-master´s thesis elaborated within the course Studio III M3. The introductory part of the work is focused on familiarization with the issue of the area. The urban study "South Quarter - Trnitá" is also verified at the theoretical level, where it follows the main aspects of housing in the city, examining the city factor - multi-functional houses from history to the present. It seeks to create a place that not only enhances people's quality of life, but also the space itself. The proposed building, which is part of the newly designed block, includes a conceptual and material solution, which is linked to the layout, operational and technical design of the building. The building creates a functioning system in accordance with human, at the level of the city block and in the context of the entire city.
