Bleau, Melynda 01 1900 (has links)
This essay focuses on the deities’ role in the dramatic structure of Antoine Danchet and André Campra’s Idoménée, a tragédie en musique originally written in 1712 and rearranged in 1731. This research raises questions about the evolution of this particular genre while aiming to show how the representation of the Gods in Idoménée is linked to a formal opening which announces the disappearance of the prologue during the 1740s, as the deities are no longer used to solely praise the king but actively contribute to start off the dramatic effect as early as this opening part of the opera, thus giving a new function to the prologue. Through a brief historical overview of the French opera genre known as tragédie lyrique and of the mythological traditions linked to Venus and Neptune, this essay questions the place of these two deities in the human universe as envisioned by the tragédie lyrique which, as it is well known, tends to unify the supernatural and human worlds. In Idoménée, this unification mostly occurs through the use of a prologue, which also forms the first act of this drama, giving the deities in question an essential role in the dramatic structure of the opera.

Un análisis del uso en la película Ralph Breaks the Internet (2018) / Product Placement and its relationship with the dramatic structure of the feature film. An analysis of usage in the movie Ralph Breaks the Internet (2018)

Núñez Chumacero, Elayne Maryavictoria 13 September 2020 (has links)
Product placement, also called emplazamiento de producto, is an advertising strategy that is becoming increasingly relevant among brands as an effective way to avoid zapping and reach the viewer. It is for this reason that in recent years this tool has been increasingly integrated into audiovisual products -like series, films, video games, among others- as an effective method, from production, to finance projects from the appearance of the brands. This strategy involves linking the brands directly with the characters and with the plot of the feature films. In this way, due to the evolution in the field of communications, these dimensions -advertising and audiovisual content- converge into a single product (Villanueva, 2017). Even, in some cases, the use of product placement ends up becoming an indispensable part for the development of such films. For this reason, this research work aims to analyze the relationship between product placement and the dramatic structure of a film (idea, plot and characters), examining the case of the animated feature film Ralph Breaks the Internet (2018), under a qualitative methodology. / Trabajo de investigación

Modelování a animace biologických struktur / Modeling and animation of biological structures

Matulík, Martin Unknown Date (has links)
Following work deals with subject matter of digital modelling and animation of biological structures. Software tools for computer generated images (CGI), well proven in common practice, are evaluated, as well as tools for specific activities, available inside chosen software environment. Among vast pool of modelling approaches are discussed tools suitable for creation and representation of selected structures, along with tools essential for their consequent animation. Possible rendering approaches and their parameters in relation to qualities of resulting computer-generated images are discussed as well. Above-mentioned approaches will be consequently utilized for modelling, physical simulation and animation of erythrocyte’s flow throughout blood vessel in following project. Resulting output of that work will be based on series of digital images, suitable for creating video-sequence containing abovementioned animation in end-user digestible form.
