<p>Denna studie handlar om personalvårdsförmånen friskvårdstimmen parallellt med motionsvanor i allmänhet. Vi har i studien utgått från ett generellt hälsoperspektiv, för att sedan smalna av till att inrikta oss på hälsa inom arbetslivet, närmare bestämt friskvårdstimmen. Vår studie följer därmed en så kallad ”Top-down modell”. Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka vilka som nyttjar friskvårdstimmen samt vad som motiverar individer till att motionera. För att utforska detta har vi utgått från tre frågeställningar: vilken kategori av människor är det som motionerar och använder sig av friskvårdstimmen? Vad motiverar dessa individer? Hur kan man motivera anställda till motion och användandet av friskvårdstimmen?</p><p>Studien är baserad på en kvantitativ undersökning i enkätform, inom en statlig organisation i centrala Karlstad. 169 respondenter besvarade enkäten. Vi anser oss ha ett brett urval då hela kontoret var med i undersökningen, vilket gjorde att vi fick en spridd fördelning i ålder och kön.</p><p>Bland våra respondenter kan vi se att det finns en positiv inställning och en hög medvetenhet till motionens och friskvårdstimmens effekter. Dock är nyttjandet i praktiken inte lika stort i förhållande till respondenternas medvetenhet. Vi ser att man har en omgivande miljö som är motionsfrämjade, inte minst i och med att organisationen erbjuder friskvårdstimmen som personalvårdsförmån. Av de framkomna resultaten kan vi bland annat se att ålder är en bidragande faktor till hur mycket man använder friskvårdstimmen. Av våra respondenter motionerar kvinnor mer än män och motivationsfaktorer till motionen är för att hålla sig i form och för att förebygga skador och sjukdomar. Vidare är tidsbrist en bidragande orsak till varför man inte motionerar och nyttjar friskvårdstimmen.</p><p>Vi menar att om organisationen vill utveckla friskvården bör man uppmärksamma att till en början koncentrera sig på dem som aldrig nyttjar friskvårdstimmen. Att erbjuda personlig rådgivning till dessa anställda anser vi skulle kunna vara en tänkbar motivationsfaktor till ökad motion. Detta eftersom det i vår studie framkom att mer information om motion inte skulle leda till ett högre motionsutövande. Vi är medvetna om att endast friskvårdstimmen i sig inte kan förändra ett beteendemönster, men att den kan vara ett inledande steg till att förbättra sin levnadsstil.</p>

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of crisis management and internal processes in relation to health and safety at work.

The main subject of this diploma thesis is elaboration of construction and technological preparation for the main structure of the Smart Light shop in Bratislava. For main structure has been processed time schedule of the construction, single item budget, machine configuration design, drawing of building site, coordination situation of the building with connection to the infrastructure, safety and health protection during work on building site. Part of the thesis is processing study of main construction technological parts. Diploma thesis in technological prescript focuses on implementation of floor structure with cast epoxy walking surface. There has been elaborated testing and quality plan of this technological part. Additional chapter approximates built-in technology – cooling ceiling structure. For elaboration of this diploma thesis were used programs AutoCAD, CONTEC, BuildPowerS, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.

The subject of this diploma thesis is a construction technology project of a residential building in Frýdek. It is a residential building with four floors and a basement situated in Frýdek – Místek. The content of the preparation of technical reports for the construction and technological project studies and implementation of major technological stages. Creating a time and financial plan for a solved object. Further elaboration of technological regulations for drilled piles and reinforced concrete ceiling structure. A control and test plan is also being developed for these constructions. There is also a project site facility design and a machine assembly and a main lifting mechanism along with the occupational safety and health solution. In addition, the construction site is solved in connection with the transport routes. The thesis is designed with respect to the economic and time aspect.

The theme of my diploma thesis is a preparation of realization of administrative building, The Czech Technological park Brno. Thesis contains a technical report of the technological project, a mechanical assembly, a technological specification of monolithic structure contains a included inspection and test plan and a calculation of the formwork time. It also includes the project of construction zone solution, a time schedule, a time and financial plan, an itemized budget and bill of quantities, a calculation of buildings according to THU, a transport routes. Part of the thesis are also selected a LEED certification credits and safety and a health protection during work plan.

The aim of this thesis is a construction technology project for the Apartment house Anglický dvůr in Prague. This work deals with off-site transport solutions, supply of construction materi-als, design of main construction machines and mechanisms, ensuring occupational health and safety, ecology and environmental protection. The work also deals with the optimal assembly of construction site equipment, drawing resources during construction and solves the time de-mands of the shell construction. Part of the diploma thesis is also the solution of problems re-lated to building procedures, draft contract for work and compilation of technological regulation.

Theme of the diploma thesis is technical report of the technological project for apartment building AB – Maple district II Prague, which will be realized on Mantovska street, on the plot 539/39 in the district of Horní Měcholupy. For object AB is proccesed technical report of the technological project, studies of realization main technological phases, solution of wider transport relations with a focus on building supply , objects time and financial plan, time schedule, project for site facilities with drawing of five main technological phases, design of main construction machines and mechanisms, technological specification for realization of monolithic reinforced concrete of roughly lower and upper construction, including „white tank“, which forms a peripheral structure of lower construction, balance of workers and main machines, inspection and test plan for constructions from technological specification. As other assignment I make a itemized budget for rough construction, selected points of LEED certification, instructions for using a housing unit and plan of Safety and Helth protection during work.

Main goal of this thesis is effective design and comprehensible description of the assembly of reinforced concrete skeleton warehouse in Šakvice. In several chapters of this thesis is for preparing of this investor´s plan solved supplies prefabricated components. As well as their assembly into construction, equipment of construction site, used technologies, quality control and safety of performed works. There is great emphasis on the construction budget and its chronology. The aim was to use the rapid progress of construction of the supporting skeleton, taking into account the financial coast of the proposed technology.

Theme of the diploma thesis is an elaboration of a building construction project for Pavilion F of the Elementary School in Šlapanice. This thesis deals with the engineering report for the construction technology project, the study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the building, solving broader transport relations with the design of the building supply, object time and financial plan, time schedule of the main construction object, project of the site facilities, design of the main construction machines and mechanisms for selected technological processes, technological regulation for the execution of monolithic constructions, control plan and test plan for the execution of monolithic constructions, the balance of workers and the deployment of main construction machinery and a health and safety plan for selected construction processes. In this diploma thesis, there are also construction calculation according to technological economic indicators, itemized budget of selected technological processes and formwork drawings.
