No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 19 / Nenhuma / A presente pesquisa consiste na análise das políticas públicas econômicas, da política monetária, em especial, da política de fixação de juros, para verificar sua (des)conformidade com a Constituição Social e com a Constituição Econômica vigentes na República Federativa do Brasil. Para tanto, aborda os direitos fundamentais sociais contidos no art. 6o da Constituição Federal, bem como os princípios gerais da atividade econômica informadores da ordem econômica. Faz uma análise das políticas públicas, da taxa de juros e da sua fixação, em especial, da taxa Selic e do modo pelo qual a autoridade monetária vem gerenciando o financiamento da dívida pública interna, em desfavor da implementação dos direitos fundamentais sociais no Brasil, bem como dos princípios constitucionais econômicos da garantia do desenvolvimento nacional, do pleno emprego, da redução das desigualdades sociais e regionais e, sobretudo, da dignidade da pessoa humana. Conclui que, valendo-se das possibilidades da desvinculação das receitas da U / The present research consists in the analysis of the economic public politics, specially the politics of setting interests, to verify its (un) conformity to the social constitution and the economic constitution now effective in the Federative Republic of Brazil. With this purpose, it approaches the social basic rights contained in the Federal Constitution 6th art., as well as the general principles of the economical activity, informers of the economic order.
