The work can be considered objective factors influencing the efficiency of call email marketing for e-commerce and on the basis of data from e-shop adidasmania.cz analyze their effectiveness. The work offers an insight into email marketing from all sides. It's use of e-commerce, legal and technical perspective solution. In addition to a detailed presentation of the e-shop are adidasmania.cz analyzed the data from Google Analytics. Based on these data, evaluated the effectiveness of individual factors. For most variable factors is proved their effectiveness and impact on the recommended next steps in the creation of emailing.

Diploma thesis possibilities of development of private farms in the micro Nechanická is focused on designing a business plan for small farmers, which since 2002 operates in the cultivation of small fruits. The farm is located in Labe, near Hradec Kralove and was "greenfield". Since its creation, developed and expanded, it currently manages a set on 20 hectares of land. Traditional methods are grown and harvested cherries, red currant and black currant. The theoretical part deals with the processing of evidence from the available literature concerning the history of horticulture and fruit growing contemporary, state support for farmers and private enterprise. Furthermore, I describe the region in which the farm operates, including the assessment of competition. The practical part is focused on assessing the current state farms and to assess the proposed changes. This is a business plan, which aims to propose such changes in the structure of grown fruits, which should contribute to the diversification of farms and mitigating business risks. The result should be a financial benefit for the farm, respectively. propose such procedures, which would allow to employ another member of the family and the farm was sustainable for the next generation. The business plan is aimed at changing tracks grown fruits, to changes in its practices of cultivation and harvesting, taking full advantage of current opportunities farm so that the economic benefit was achieved as soon as possible, with due lowest cost. The project economically assessing the project from two perspectives - without the use of subsidies and their utilization. The proposed amendments seek to achieve the highest quality production, which is then preferably be sold. In the end, the project is evaluated and assessed the return on investment provided grants and without their support. It is also evaluated the possibility of further employment of a family member and the emergence of family farms.

The aim of the thesis is to find the optimal tax system based on the employees taxation model. The basic question is how the tax system influences the work supply and how it changes the wealth distribution. The model uses the distribution of gross monthly wages from ČSÚ data. In the first part there is an introduction of tax theory. In the second part there is a definition of optimal tax system. In the third part there is a description of tax model and its parameters are defined. In the fourth part there is a presentation of the results of the model taxation. The last part of the thesis chooses the optimal tax system. The thesis comes to a conclusion that the optimal tax system is presented by a proportional taxation due its lowest loss of product. The change of wealth distribution should be realized by transfers.

The diploma thesis is pursuing the analysis of principles on which the technical analysis is based, with focus on the relevancy. The attention will be paid to the fact whether technical analysis is able to generate successful trade signals and thus be recognized as scientific discipline. We will try to remove the subjectivity (for which is often criticized) by means of statistical methods. The diploma also includes basics of psychological analysis (especially new stances). In work, I evaluate whether technical analysis can be informative and add value to investment process. I also compare the returns based on technical analysis with Buy and Hold strategy.

The thesis introduces and briefly describes an overview of tillage's technologies which are applied in modern agricultural operations. These are the technical resources by which it is possible to achieve maximum productivity values, with minimum impact on the environment, which are requested by their users these days. It further approaches on trends in the area of the precision agriculture and provides a list of innovations which have the potential to streamline systems of tillage and crop production. Finally, the thesis analyses the output of parameters of the kit Case IH Quadtrack and Horch Tiger Lt. This is in particular the dependence of values such a performance and hectare consumption on the operating mode of the engine. This analysis was based on data collected during field measurement on 30th March 2016 on land owned by company called Roštenice a.s.
