Práce je věnována postavení e-learningu v České pojišťovně a.s. Teoretická část analyzuje e-learning z hlediska nasazení při vzdělávání zaměstnanců, jeho výhody, nevýhody a naznačuje způsoby kalkulace ekonomické efektivnosti. Praktická část popisuje použití e-learningu v České pojišťovně a.s. a navrhuje metodiku výpočtu ekonomické efektivnosti e-learningu se započtením finančních i nefinančních hledisek. V záveru jsou uvedeny ohlasy pracovníků ČP na používaní e-learningu v praxi.

Práce popisuje spojitost vládních výdajů a veřejných financí. Zabývá se členěním vládních výdajů, analýzou jejich efektivnosti a faktory působícími na jejich růst.Práce také obsahuje část teorie ekonomie veřejného sektoru, kdy se zaměřuje na efektivnost veřejného sektoru a problématice rovnosti a efektivnosti v ekonomice. Představuje také některé teoretické koncepty rovnosti, jako utilitarismus a rawlismus.V praktické části se zabývá problematikou ubytovacích stipendií na vysokých školách po změně systému jejich vyplácení v říjnu roku 2005. Ukazuje problematiku rovnosti a efektivnosti na příkladu ubytovacích stipendií v praxi.

Need for accomodation facilities with complex care is growing due to increasing middle life expectancy and decreasing level of senior self-sufficiency. The thesis is focused on services effectivity in specialized social facility, re-tirement home in Božice, funded organization. Defines importance of these or-ganizations, functionality and funds which are used for funding. Economy effectivity of selected organization is evaluated. Last step is to prove the bene-fits of current solution.

The aim of the research is to evaluate technical efficiency of Czech agricultural enterprises in pig farming sector and to analyse the impact of heterogeneity factors (farm size and specialization), and the impact of subsidies on farms technical efficiency. For the empirical analysis data of Czech farms from the FADN database for the years 2005-2011 was used. Research is conducted through Stochastic Frontier Analysis; the output distance function in translogarithmic form was estimated. The results indicate higher technical efficiency of larger farms with higher degree of specialization. Moreover, subsidies negatively impact technical efficiency, whereas the impact of subsidies on investments on technical efficiency is positive.

Bankovní klienty zajímá vedle fungování a bezpečnosti bankovního sektoru především kvalita služeb a výše bankovních poplatků. V minulých letech začaly být banky kritizovány v českých médiích právě kvůli výši jejich poplatků. Antimonopolní úřad proti velkým českým bankám zahájil šetření, zda neomezují konkurenci na bankovním trhu. Cílem této práce bylo zhodnotit vývoj konkurence na českém bankovním trhu a jak s ním souvisí efektivnost. Výsledkem analýzy je konstatování ve prospěch sílícího konkurenčního prostředí.

The aim of this dissertation is to estimate the achieved bank efficiency level of chosen countries in EU and to identify the most important factors having the biggest influence on the efficiency in the chosen banks in the period 2004 -- 2011. The efficiency level was measured in six countries (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia and Austria). The method used for estimating the efficiency was DEA analysis, which is based on linear programming. The efficiency was measured a total of five models and after that were discussed the results. Additionally were observed the changes of efficiency level in connection with the economic recession in the estimated period. The results of the thesis indicated that the best efficiency of bank system is in the Czech Republic and in Austria and the worst efficiency is in Slovenia and Slovakia. After the estimation of efficiency, the author tried also to find the most important sources on inefficiency of bank system in measured countries and tried to formulate recommendation for inefficiency bank systems.

Efficiency of subsidies which aim at improving of environment quality in Czech Republic we evaluate through the use of regressive analysis and we pursue dependence between environmental protection government expenditures in Euro per capita and % of GDP in years 1996 -- 2008 and total greenhouse gas emissions of selected countries of EU in years 1998 -- 2008. The results show us that expenditures of GDP are better index for efficiency evaluation of subsidies, which confirms the importance of economic performance, though I supposed that expenditures in Euro per capita have more significant part.

Náplní první kapitoly je analýza současného legislativního rámce a odborné literatury problematiky týkající se veřejných zakázek.Cílem je seznámit čtenáře se základními pojmy, které jsou v procesu veřejného zadávání podstatné. Těžištěm druhé části jsou jednotlivé metody, které můžeme použít při evaluaci projektu.Praktická část se zabývá porovnáním výsledného pořadí nabídek na základě vybrané metody ordinální stupnice a metody celkové vážené užitnosti.
