The work involves analying he area of the main road on which the cobbled islets are built, these will undergo reconstruction by creating perennial flower beds. The revitalization of the road also includes the construction of the main city cycle route. Dendrologically asessed woody plants registered as road greenery and greenery as a part of public greenery, therefore the total analysis of woody plants, their quantity, taxon, size and health condition, which are located in the area, were written and elaborated in dendrological assessment. In the current year City of Malacky has started with he first steps of building a cycle route and also thanks to consent of Slovak Road Administration the city can procure public procurement for structure Reconstruction of accompanying vegetation of the roads Brnianska and Zahoracka street, object SO 01.1.

In the vintages 2007 (autumn culture) and 2008 (spring and autumn culture), there were grown broccoli varieties ''Belstar F1'' , ''Lucky F1'' and Japanese type of radish, variety ''Jarola F1'', on the certified organic land in Prague - Troja , and simultaneously on the neighbouring conventional plot to evaluate their quality. The experiment was set up with two densities of vegetation , broccoli: 0.6 x 0.5 m, 0.5 x 0.5 m and radish: 0.20 x 0.35 m, 0.30 x 0.35 m. The market production was evaluated for subsequent nutritional values : dry matter , fiber , total carbohydrates, vitamin C, total carotenoids and chlorophyll, minerals (potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium), total antioxidant capacity ,further also nitrates, electrochemical value (electrical conductivity, pH, redox potential) is expressed as a P value and a sensorial value using the descriptors recommended in the publication (Kopec, Horčín, 1997) . The evaluation of organic and conventional production of broccoli and radish showed that the ecological system of cultivation inconclusively increased the content of carotenoids and minerals in broccoli and vitamin C, carotenoids and sodium in radish. In other nutritional characters, the difference was negligible. Statistically significant effect of the most characters was evaluated also for the season of cultivation and occasionally the density of vegetation. Sensory evaluation of broccoli was in the spring term in favor of conventional production and in the autumn of 2008 in favor of organic production . The radish grown in autumn 2007 did not show any significant difference, the autumn term of growing in 2008 was in favor of organic production.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the impact of closed landfill Jezera on groundwater quality and environment of its surroundings. The data from the monitoring of the groundwater were analyzed as part of the thesis. Data were evaluated by their arrangement, comparison with legislation limits and commenting trends of pollutant concentrations in time. Carried out research found out the concentration of majority monitored pollutants is decreasing over time, except particular group of substances, especially heavy metals group, whose values are constant over time. Based on learned data, it is possible to claim that carried out landfill protection and its surrounding area was successful. Due to the lucrative locality and increasing pressure on installation of development, it is necessary to consider further observation of groundwater quality in the area and modify the scope of the observed substances according to the assessment carried out.
