Regionální trh vybranými bio komoditami: bio brambory, ovoce a zelenina / Market of selected organic commodities (organic potatoes, fruit and vegetables)

TANCEROVÁ, Pavla January 2014 (has links)
Analysis of the South Bohemian organic production and distribution of "bio potatoes, fruits and vegetables." Focus on farm production, distribution channels, manufacturing utilization and application of the regional market (retail, food services). Definition of options optimization of production distribution chain, the prerequisite for wider representation of selected bio commodities in the regional market.

Vzorce a procesy prostorové distribuce rostlinných druhů napříč škálami / Patterns and processes in spatial distribution of plant species across scales

Macek, Martin January 2020 (has links)
In this thesis, I aimed to identify factors shaping plant distribution at different spatial scales, correlate them with environmental heterogeneity, identify causal processes and test general hypothesis on the nature of response curve shapes and species richness patterns. General review of the topic is introduced in the first chapter, followed by five chapters presenting three already published studies and two manuscripts. The first study deals with processes responsible for creation of fine-scaled spatial pattern of spruce seedlings and saplings, emerging after bark-beetle disturbance in mountain spruce forest. Aggregated pattern, replicating previous generation of spruce trees, emerges in consequence to microsite-dependent mortality, as was surveyed through repeated monitoring of the fate of individual seedlings. The second study explores spatial variability in forest understory temperatures at the landscape scale and its relevance for understory plant distribution. As the main source of variability in understory communities we identified seasonal maximum temperatures. Using GIS modelling approach, we created spatially continuous prediction, which outperformed state-of-art climatic grids used currently by ecologists. The third study on the shape of species responses along elevational gradients...

Porovnání kvantitativních a kvalitativních vlastností odrůdy Ryzlink rýnský v ekologické a integrované produkci

Juga, Petr January 2017 (has links)
This diploma thesis are focused on the comparison of integrated and organic production. The literary part deals with the problems of production systems in viticulture and explain their influence on the quality of grapes. It also describes plant extracts, used plants and their production. It describes the main fungal diseases that the vines invade. The experimental part describes the experiment itself, the plant protection products used and the methods used to evaluate the quantitative and qualitative parameters of Riesling grapes that have been observed during maturation. It deals with the evaluation and comparison of the monitored parameters. The thesis recommends an appropriate system of cultivation in organic and integrated production.

Porovnání systémů ekologické ochrany u nových PIWI odrůd

Janků, Aneta January 2019 (has links)
This thesis focuses on the possibility of environmental protection of PIWI vine varieties against fungal diseases. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes information about organic viticulture, vine resistance against fungal diseases, explains the importance of PIWI varieties and describes the most important fungal diseases of vine. In the experimental part, an experiment using ecological preparations against fungal diseases is described. The effectiveness of these formulations and the content of grapevine elements is evaluated here. Furthermore, qualitative parameters of grapes and aromatic substances in wine are analyzed and statistically processed.

Vliv zavádění prvků ekologické caespestechniky na kvalitu golfových trávníků

Verchola, Stanislav January 2010 (has links)
Current demands for the reduction of negative impact of activities influencing the environment directly concern the process of care and maintenance of golf areas. The conviction of the need to minimise the negative influence of technology on the golf course has led to the implementation of alternative techniques and preparations. The aim is to provide the needed quality of lawn mainly by means of organic substances in the most environmentally-friendly way. The primary principle thus is the exclusion of any chemical substances from the group of pesticides. The objective of the diploma thesis was the detection of the influence of chosen organic substances on the quality of the lawn. Besides the overall quality of the lawn, the influence of individual substances on partial features of the quality was evaluated such as the density of lawn, turf cover, colour of lawn, damage caused by diseases, occurrence of weeds and aesthetic appearance. The evaluation of the influence of the substances was carried out in Vrbinky golf course in Piešťany during full operation of areas as well as during maintenance (mowing, irrigation, fertilization, without the usage of pesticides). The aim of such way was the simulation of real care of the golf course. The choice of substances was influenced by the demand on the representation of different groups of substances. Biofungicide, extract from sea algae and mycorrhiza were used in the experiment as well as two substances of organic fertilizer. Experiment areas were founded on two different types of lawn: on the fairway and semi-rough. The evaluation of observed features and overall quality was being carried out during the whole period of observation. Interpretations dealt with the evaluation of data independently of terms. The evaluation of results of measurement on the areas of fairway did not show any fundamental influence of substances on the overall quality of the lawn in comparison with the area where no substance had been used. The evaluation of results of the influence on the overall quality on the area of semi-rough showed significant improvement of the quality of the lawn in the areas where bio-fungicide had been used in comparison with the area where no substance had been used.
