Posouzení dřevostavby s velkým podílem přírodních materiálů

Harvánek, Filip January 2018 (has links)
The objective of this work is the creation of the design construction, your construction, the influence in the use but also the subsequent demolition at the end of the life of the building any way, or just at least hit the environment. In the first stage it is necessary to think about the necessity to reduce the volume of construction waste in the actual construction of the object. In the second place, it is necessary to solve the ecological aspect of construction throughout the life time construction, whether in the form of waste, and in the form of needed energy. Another essential part is the resolution of the material use in the construction due to construction waste during the demolition. Ideally used as many natural materials that are environmentally safe, easily degradable materials, and in most cases, renewable sources. However, the resulting construction project must meet all the trends of modern living and be a full-fledged construction of the 21. century, which, both in appearance and character fits into the current landscape. In conclusion, this work should be project, when, whose material composition will contain in the highest degree natural materials, especially wood, in which the use of these materials does not affect the quality of construction in terms of physical and mechanical properties and aesthetics of the building. While the actual construction and the technological process should be the shortest and easiest to.

Socialita a ekologie zemních veverek tribu Marmotini. / Sociality and ecology in ground squirrels (tribe Marmotini).

Matějů, Jan January 2012 (has links)
of the Ph.D. thesis Autor: Jan Matějů Name: Sociality and ecology in ground squirrels (tribe Marmotini) Ground-dwelling squirrels are parafyletic group of rodents from the family Sciuridae (tribes Marmotini and Xerini). Ground-dwelling squirrels are semi-fossorial inhabitants of treeless biotopes. They share most aspects of general biology. They usually breed once a year, have exclusively diurnal activity and are omnivorous. On the contrary, ground-dwelling squirrels display different levels of sociality, which makes them an ideal model to study different ecological aspects connected with evolution of sociality. The first part of the Ph.D. thesis is focused on the relationship between sociality and sexual size dimorphism and relative and absolute size of brain. At first, supposing that different levels of sociality are connected with differences in intensity of sexual selection acting on males, we tested association between sociality and sexual size dimorphism as well as association between sexual size dimorphism and body size - so called Rensch rule. Next, we tested correlation between sociality and relative brain size. In agreement with the Social brain hypothesis, we assumed that e.g. solitarily living species should have smaller relative brain size than species living in stable pairs. We found...

Posúdenie ekologického chovu oviec podľa typu výživy

Žišková, Katarína January 2015 (has links)
In this thesis was the biggest focus on nutrition in rearing lambs after very early weaning on particular existing ecologic farm in the Spiš region on Slovakia. This thesis was focused on assessing the difference and suitability between two organic granular compound feed (starter), which were made to order. Feeding mixtures consisted of a different representation of the same components, where the experimental feed had higher nitrogen substances (NL). To confirm this difference was conducted chemical analysis. In that year 80 lambs were weighed, and they were divided into two groups since 06.02.2014 to 23.05.2014. The average age of lambs after attempt was 104 days. The measured values were subjected to statistical evaluation of weight, weight gain and daily gain during the test, weighing and period of weaning from milk. Lambs achieved during the test total increase of weight gain in the experimental group 17.9 +- 0.252 kg and 20.75 +- 0.775. Average daily weight gain by the end of the experiment was 0.17 kg in the experimental group and 0.202 kg in the control. Their growth (y) was expressed by two regression equations for test y = - 0.0002x2 + 0.1923x + 2.6564 (R2 = 0.998) and control group y = - 0.00012x2 + 0.2139x + 2.5567 (R2 = 0.999). Our results show demonstrable differences between lambs fed with different feed mixture. In the control group EKO BK3 with the original compound feed had lambs all results better than the experimental group ECO START OVIS, despite the higher content of nitrogen substances in compound feed.

Růst a přežívání juvenilních jedinců perlorodky říční v závislost na charakteru potravních zdrojů / The growth and survival of juvenile freshwater pearl mussel in respect to food resources

Mastíková, Jana January 2016 (has links)
The survival of the freshwater pearl mussel (Margaritifera margaritifera) depends on the protection and preservation of the suitable biotypes that is why it is necessary to know its requirements for environmental conditions. This species indicates the quality of suitable biotypes with its specific requirements for food and environment. During its life, the freshwater pearl mussel is undergoing complicated development cycle and in each phase it has different requirements for food. In the juvenile phase, it is very sensitive to quality of environment as well as quality and composition of its food, which consists of organogenic detritus, which is mainly decomposed mass of vegetable and animal origin together with bacteria. Its food arises in river basin areas as well as in river spring areas-from where it is carried downstream by a river and so pearl mussels may ingest it filtering the water. This highly specialized species that is sensitive to environmental changes, especially within its juvenile life phase, is very important as to its bio-indicating ability. The experimental part of this work was focused on the evaluation of the detritus carrying-capacity performed by the bio-indication method ex-situ in a laboratory out of its natural environment. For evaluating the carrying-capacity and quality of the tested detritus under optimal temperature conditions ex-situ for 10 days, there were used juvenile pearl mussels from a semi-natural breeding. The tested samples of detritus were collected according to the standard procedures in the summer 2015 from the locality of Blanice river spring area. There were collected totally 100 samples of detritus from 100 spring areas. The goal was to evaluate the growth of shells of juveniles depending on physico-chemical properties of the sample. The main analyzed data were the value of the pearl mussel growth and detritus parameters - pH, conductivity and altitude of the springs.

Efektivnější způsoby obnovy hnědouhelné posttěžební krajiny / More effective approaches of brown coal post-mining restoration

Christov, Ivan January 2017 (has links)
The thesis is focused on evaluation of landscape restoration procedures. The land was heavily devastated by large-scale quarrying. Here are compared reclamation procedures used in the Czech Republic and abroad. Study area is the North Bohemian brown coal basin, which formed areas valuable for many endangered species of flora and fauna after the mining has ended. Surface coal mining method causes the extinction of villages, roads, railways, land and greenery. Our task now is to minimalize these effects as much as possible. To create a new landscape, with an emphasis on the environment. Reclamation helps us to do that. Monitored location is Střimická dump, where the representation of non-productive habitat was evaluated and there was proposed new, more efficient version of reclamation. Mapping has found that the current state of the dump is 5,2 % representation of non-productive habitat. The proposed variant represents the addition of new elements and thus increase the proportion to 23,5 %, which corresponds with the current trend of post-mining landscape recovery.

Současná britská dramatika reflektující klimatické změny / Contemporary British climate change plays

Holá, Kateřina January 2017 (has links)
This master thesis deals with one of the current trends in contemporary British drama – the so-called „climate change plays“. In the first part of this thesis my aim is to briefly introduce the history and context of climate change debate from the 1970s to the present day and explain how environmental problems started to arise in different art spheres, above all in Anglophone literature. In the second part the focus is on the climate change plays that emerged in English speaking countries in the past 15 years. The core of this thesis are analyses of four plays premiered in major London theatres between 2009 – 2011: The Contingency Plan by Steve Waters, The Heretic by Richard Bean, Mike Bartlett’s Earthquakes in London and Lungs by Duncan Macmillan. The main objective of these analyses is their approach towards climate change science and their shared ideologies, motives and themes. The last chapter attempts to evaluate this social phenomenon and to consider the difficulties artists have to face when dealing with such complex scientific problems like climate change.
