The main goal of this diploma thesis is to design appropriate strategies to increase the marketing efficiency of dating tours via the website of the CA Pele Ltd. company. The theoretical part deals with the very definition of e-commerce and internet marketing. In the analytical part, I describe the marketing mix of the company and analyze the competition such as travel and dating agencies. Based on these findings, I propose appropriate solutions for e-commerce and adequate internet advertising.

The Master's thesis is dealing with elaboration of internal and external analysis of the given company in purpose of the proposal of e-commerce of the company, which will be chosen based on the given criterias. There will be included in the own proposal the chosen solution together with proposal of the appearance and options of e-marketing tools.

This thesis focuses on an online store specializing on manufacturing and sale of wooden beds for dogs. First the current state is analyzed and then a list of changes is proposed. These changes should help to improve the position in search engine results after user enters a specific keyword or phrase. This thesis also focuses on the usability of the e-shop. The work describes possibilities, which the electronic store can offer its customers and due to which it is possible to gain a competitive advantage over other stores. 1 Abstract Legal regulation of payments The thesis deals with the topic of legal regulation of the payment transactions, which is an indispensable part of the economic life of each of us today. The right setting of the operation of the payment system ensures and directly influences the efficiency of economic exchange, whether at the national or international level, in cash or non-cash forms. Not only because of the importance of economic exchange, the thesis pays the main attention to the regulation of funds, i.e. of banknotes and coins, scriptural money as well as electronic money. The thesis aims to introduce the legal regulation of funds and the related use of modern electronic payment instruments, such as payment cards, internet banking, mobile banking and electronic wallets. In order to achieve the defined objective, the thesis discusses the amendment to Act No. 370/2017 Coll., On Payments, and the PSD2 Directive in the context of other legal regulations and financial market rules. 81 Thesis title Substantiation of Electronic Evidence Abstract Thesis deals with the substantiation of electronic evidence within the framework of criminal procedure. The importance of the issue of obtaining such a category of evidence further intensifies as the technology continues to develop. The various types of crime perpetrators simultaneously leave behind digital traces with regard to almost all cases. Therefore, the author focuses on the issue, whether is it possible to obtain such an evidence effectively. The author concurrently takes into account the question of whether the process of obtaining electronic evidence meet certain threshold of protection of the fundamental rights and freedoms of an individual. Hence, the author analyses the characteristic of the individual relevant procedures. The issue of data retention, in other words the areal data collection and preservation in the light of recent case law as well as the possible adjustments to current legislation is subject to scrutiny. Attention is drawn, inter alia, to the novel procedure which enables preventive preservation of data important for the criminal proceedings.
