Dokazování elektronickými důkazními prostředky / Substantiation of Electronic Evidence

Klein, Jakub January 2019 (has links)
Substantiation of Electronic Evidence Abstract This thesis addresses the procedural questions of securing and presenting electronic evidence in criminal proceedings. The use of modern devices and the subsequent creation of electronic evidence is very common, making it necessary for legislation as well as investigative, prosecuting and adjudicating bodies to set out an adequate framework for securing and producing such evidence. The thesis seeks to determine the limits of this framework with regard to the rights to a fair trial, privacy and secrecy of correspondence, as well as the principle of public authority interference minimization, keeping in mind that electronic evidence must be secured and produced in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code, the Constitution and enforceable international treaties, respecting the rights of individuals but also allowing criminal proceedings to reach their ultimate goal. The thesis first concentrates on traditional instruments of securing evidence, e.g. search warrants, seizure of an item, operative-search means or various types of wiretapping. These general findings are then applied to commonly used information technologies, such as emails, documents stored on websites or social media platforms, as well as communication conducted via mobile applications. Nové technologie v obchodě / New technology in the Trade

HIRSCH, Pavel January 2015 (has links)
The aim of this thesis was to evaluate current approaches in the field of modern tools and technologies used in business. A secondary aim was to assess the level of their representation in practice and on the basis of their occurrence to gather recommendations with regard to their implementation in Czech companies. In the theoretical part, I outlined the importance of technological advances and modern technologies and emphasize their impact on the future of the company. Attention was focused on the creation, resource opportunities and allocation towards innovation and also on ways to support and fund them. The new generation technologies have also been mentioned and at the end of this work, I paid attention to modern approaches in the retail business. In the practical section I conducted research in five retail chain stores in the UK, Germany and the Czech Republic. Using statistical diagnostic methods I evaluated the resulting primary data revealing the extent of using modern technologies in the five monitored businesses. These methods then further helped me to classify the tracked subjects by success levels to reveal the ideal 'fictitious' company. The results of the case studies were general design guideline for action and the basis for the second part of the research. Like the analysed group of subjects, I conducted research at the retail chain Kaufland Czech Republic v.o.s.. I compared results of the research with values of the 'fictitious' company and from the resulting differences I have derived practical suggestions to improve each area. Key proposals that have been established through this study include: presentation of the subject in social networks, the introduction of online sales with the possibility to pick up goods at the store, installation of self-service checkouts, the use of NFC tags and electronic shelf price tags and increasing attractiveness of in-store communication by the use of interactive eye-catching displays and information channels. In conclusion the main points of the proposed solution would bring subject Kaufland cost savings and physical employee labor savings while improving awareness of the company in the eyes of target customers.

Working with the theoretical part focuses on the regulation of electronic auctions in terms of legislation both Czech and foreign, given that we are members of the European Union. Furthermore, the work explains the possible ways to use electronic auctions, which are mostly used in both the Czech Republic and abroad. At work I also am trying to shed light on the current use of auctions on the auction portal Aukro examples, which is widely used by people for personal use. Finally, the theoretical part I try to outline the future development of electronic auctions. The practical part is focused primarily on its activities in the hospital Pardubice Region, Inc. where I introduced the auction. In several examples, visible results, which not only brings centralization entire purchase, but also the use of electronic auctions as a tool for communication and bidding suppliers with the lowest purchase price for a group of hospitals. The work also draws from the Ministry for Regional Development, which is responsible for the preparation of the most important regulations for electronic auctions in healthcare, namely the Public Procurement Act. Electronic auctions are a tool very interesting, because it is the most transparent way of evaluating procurement by parameters rates. Whether if electronic auction in health care and efficient purchase option will be discussed in this work.

Možnosti a perspektivy e-learningového vzdělávání v celoživotním vzdělávání sester / Possibilities and Prospects of E-learning in Lifelong Education of Nurses

PETERKOVÁ, Blanka January 2014 (has links)
Czech health care and nursing is undergoing a significant transformation during the last years and it touches the changes in the education of health professionals. There are changing demands on the training, on the knowledge level and also on the graduate profile in accordance with the recommendations of the Europlan Union. Following these recommendations the requirements of lifelong education of nurses are also profiled. E-learning education is an important tool in use in the educational process of nursing and an effort to use processes of nursing care based on evidence. The aim of the study was to determine how nurses use e-learning in lifelong education and whether nurses prefer classical forms of education to e-learning, to map whether they have possibilities of e-learning within the facilities they work in and whether there is a sufficient supply of e-learning courses supporting lifelong education of nurses in the Czech Republic. The last goal of the study was to create an e-learning course focused on specific problems at the orthopedic ward of the Hospital Tábor, a.s. In relation to the objectives the following hypotheses were designed: H1-Nurses with university education use e-learning more than non-graduates. H2-Nurses with university education consider e-learning in clinical practice for more beneficial than traditional forms of education, unlike non-graduate nurses. H3-Nurses with clinical practice shorter than 5 years prefer e-learning more often than nurses with practice longer than 5 years. For the thesis was selected a quantitave survey form using anonymous questionnaries that were distributed electronically to the individual clinical departments. The research sample consisted of registered nurses according to Act 96/2004 Coll., As amended, from specialized outpatient clinical departments of 16 providers of medical facilities in the Czech Republic. The questionnaries were processed by matrix method in Excel 2013 and the results were converted into graphs and tables using descriptive statistics. A statistical evaluation of hypotheses was made as well. Hypotheses were tested by chi-square test in contingency tables. The selected level of significance was 5%.Results: Nurses mostly use e-learning to get professional information for nursing care. The most common reason for not using or even rejection of e-learning by nurses is that this form of education does not suit them. Most nurses do not have the opportunity to e-learning in facilities where they work and also they cannot implement the knowledge gained by e-learning. The offer of e-learning courses over time is constantly changing and evolving, some courses have even completely disappeared. A course offer is sufficient, although nurses miss some types of courses. There was to create an e-learning course "Collection of biological material, or how not make mistakes in the pre-analytic phase" focusing on specific problematic aspects of blood collection within the medical facility Hospital Tábor,a.s. The results of the survey will be together with the e-learning course given to the leading management of the Hospital Tábor,a. s.
