My graduation thesis was prepared on the theme Feasibility examination of reuse communal electro-waste in the town. My work is regarding problems with reuse of communal electro-waste in the Bělá pod Bezdězem. Within my work are described electro-waste groups and storage system. Followed part of communal electro-waste in the Bělá pod Bezdězem. On the base of analysis I described groups quantity of electro-waste and I discovered age and functional of electro-waste by the questionaire. I prefer way how we can separate functional electrical equipment flow from waste and how we can reuse functional electrical equipment in Bělá pod Bezdězem.

Modernizace celního odbavení v Evropské unii a v České republice / Modernisation of the customs clearance in EU and the Czech Republic

The thesis targeted on the area of modernization of customs clearance in the EU and the Czech Republic is focused on the specification of the systems and procedures used in the modernization of customs clearance when the electronic customs declaration is used. Mainly about the status of transition from the paper declaration to the electronic paperless customs declaration, not only in the Czech Republic but throughout the European Union. Assessment data is carried out primarily for the period between the years 2012 to 2014, in some cases, for better assessments, in the period between the years 2009 to 2014. The thesis is focused on the evaluation of the situation with modernisation the customs clearance in the Czech Republic and comparing the results between chosen EU member states and the Czech Republic. The usage of the electronic Entry Summary Declarations and Exit Summary Declarations have increased several times in last two years. Implementation of systems for lodgement and processing of customs declarations for more effective and efficient control of goods within the EU member states has also very fast growing trend with very low error rate. The rate of electronically lodged customs declarations is reaching in most of the EU member states almost 100%. Numbers of customs declarations lodged within the simplified procedures in chosen EU member states is more or less stable. The last part of my thesis contains the benefits for business community as well as for the state administration

This dissertation is thematically focused on the issue of public procurement and consist of two parts. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to the issue of public procurement, especially types of public contracts, types of procurement procedures, supervision of public procurement, there is also described the historical development of public procurement, the issue of e-procurement and a separate chapter is devoted to IT procurement . The concepts of the theoretical part are further utilized and elaborated in detail in the practical part, which is focused on the development of public contracts in the Czech Republic in 2006 - 2015. The practical part is consist of individual subsections; the first is devoted to the general development of public procurement in the Czech Republic, including results of the Office for Protection of Competition in the years 2006 - 2015. The second subsection deals with the development of IT contracts awarded in the Czech Republic in the years 2008 - 2015. The third section is focused on the development of procurement through electronic marketplaces and the last chapter is devoted to the development of public contracts awarded in the years 2010 - 2015 in selected subjects at various levels of the public and the government. In the practical part are evaluate the changes and development contracts in the selected period and the methods used to achieve the results of the work, particularly comparison and analogy to compare the various trends. In the practical part are also used in basic and chain indexes from index analysis and trend prediction of time series analysis. The results of the practical part are obvious that the issue of public procurement is very complex and we need to ensure strict adjustment to this issue covered and ensure maximum transparency. Permanent amendments to the Act in many cases cause problems for both the authorities and suppliers who will then try to intentionally or unintentionally circumvent the law.

This thesis analyzes legal framework as well as other issues regarding monitoring and intercepting the substance of communication under Section 88 of the Criminal Procedure Act. Also, the characteristics of logging and accessing data relating to communication (such as times, patterns, locations and parties involved) under Section 88a are described. These institutes in certain instances represent lawful interfere with the right to respect for private life and other human rights and both are of critical importance in the investigation of many types of crimes. The thesis is systematically divided into seven chapters. Chapter One presents both concepts in their relationship to the affected basic human rights and describes characteristics, major principles as well as the procedure of issuing a wiretap and data retention warrants. As both concepts have similar features with conception of Surveillance of persons and items under the Section 158d of the Czech Criminal Procedure Act, comparison with this institute is provided in the second chapter. The third Chapter is devoted to the evolution of Wiretapping legislation and its changes due to particular amendments. Stěžejní částí práce je specifikace zavedení a nadefinování hlavních CSF zavedení e-learningového systému. Práce reaguje na chybný trend chápat úspěšné zavedení e-learningového systému jako úspěšnou instalaci systému LMS. Teoretická část práce definuje termíny a souvislosti důležité pro pochopení principu elektronické formy vzdělávání, aktuální e-learningové trendy a standardy IMS a SCORM. V praktické části jsou diskutovány požadavky na e-learningové systémy, role rozhodující o zavedení, analýza vzdělávacích potřeb, umístění systému, integrace s ostatními systémy a pilotní nasazení. Hlavním přínosem práce je definice CSF zavedení systému, konkrétně definice cílů, motivace uživatelů, funkčnost a dostupnost, komunikace, kontrola výuky a zpětná vazba během vzdělávacího procesu.

Electronic Fee Collection (EFC) is spread almost all over the Europe. Its main duty is to collect fees by on board units. The system of electronic toll does not need to be inevitably only a tool for fee collection. The combination of DSRC and DNSS systems might bring new horizons in terms of telematic data usable for wide variety of services. This diploma thesis in its theoretical part deals with electronic toll systems in general and shows how the system works in chosen countries of Europe. Special focus is on Czech toll system, its implementation and evaluation of its economic contributions year after year. From this point of view, the Czech system works fully. In practical part, the focus is on widening of the system functionality. At this moment, the on board units works only as a tool for collecting fees. However, thanks to combination of microwave and satellite system, the on board unit could become also a very intelligent tool for collecting of telematic data.

This thesis deals with the most significant forms of electronic banking. It focuses on their safety and their present state. The payment cards and their usage in common shops and on the Internet are analyzed. The thesis very detailed highlights problems connected with automated teller machines and it designs instruction for their safe operation. The actual situation of micropayment systems is described in detail. The head representatives are compared in light of functionality, limitations and operating fees, which are related to customers and sellers. The thesis includes the survey of current accounts intended for students in the Czech Republic, their comparison and advices for choice of the acceptable bank products.
