Istraživanje razvijenosti konstitutivnih elemenata profesije inženjer menadžmenta / Research of the development of the constitutive elements of the profession of the engineering manager

<p>U disertacija se istražuje proces profesionalizacije nove profesije inženjer menadžment u savremenom srpskom dru&scaron;tvu. Cilj je da se ispita koji su konstitutivni elementi razvijeni, koji jo&scaron; nisu ili nisu u potpunosti, te ih treba razvijati kako bi se ubrzali procesi profesionalizacije.<br />Teorijski model primenjen u istraživanju sastoji se od elemenata strukturano-funkcionalističke teorije (dru&scaron;tvena za&scaron;tita profesije i etički kodeks) i realističko-istorijske teorije (formiranje &scaron;kola za profesionalno obrazovanje, profesionalno udruženje i izgradnja etičkog kodeksa profesije). Model je za potrebe ovog istraživanja pro&scaron;iren sa jo&scaron; dva relevantna elementa: resocijalizacija inženjera menadžmentau organizacijama i dru&scaron;tveno vrednovanje profesije.<br />Rezultati istraživanja dokazuju relevantnost izabranih nezavisnih promenljivih i potvrđuju njihov determinirajući uticaj na procese profesionalizacije profesije inženjer menadžmenta. Kao najrazvijeniji elemenat ove mlade profesije identifikovano je univerzitetsko obrazovanje. To pokazuje da je uvođenje studijskih programa inženjerskog menadžmenta na univerzitete u Srbiji prethodnica ekonomskog razvoja.</p> / <p>The thesis focuses on the research of the process of the professionalization of the engineering manager profession in the contemporary Serbina society. The main objective is to examine which of the constitutive elements of this profession are developed and which of those are yet to be developed.<br />The theoretical model applied in the research consists of the elements of the structural-functional theory (social protection of profession and ethical code) and realistic-historical theory (founding of the schools for professional education, professional associations, and establishment of the ethical code for the profession). This model was, for the needs of this research, broadened with two more relevant elements: re-socialization of the engineering managers in and social evaluation of the profession of the engineering manager.<br />The results of the research prove the relevance of the examined factors and confirm their determining influence on the process of the professionalization of the engineering manager profession. As the most developed element of this young profession, the university education was identified. This shows that introduction of the study programme of engineering management in Serbia by the universities was in fact preceding the economic development.</p>

This work analyzes and reflects on the managerial formation of Engineers who eventually arrive at managerial positions in companies of the electrical energy sector during their careers. Besides bringing to light the historical and social importance of the sector, the study surveys and examines questions related to knowledge in the contemporary world and its implications in the productive sector and consequently in corporative education too. It questions the integral development of the human being in this process by emphasizing contradictions between theory and practice, intentions and objectives, technical and humanistic formation and objectives and results. To develop the study, semi-structured interviews, inventories and questionnaires were applied in order to collect data and information about the managerial formation of Engineering Managers in private or public enterprises. It is hoped that the result of the study will be contributions for the growth of knowledge of the actual reality, increasing values for the formation of future Engineers and Engineering Managers and the creation of scientific, social and cultural support for them. It is also hoped that creation of new proposals for academic as well as organizational education will be possible, promoting a systematic relationship between universities and companies. This would stimulate the transformation of managerial programs developed in the corporations, promoting a formation of Engineers and Engineering Managers that is complete and directed to forming Integral Human Beings. / O momento hist?rico atual tem se caracterizado pela forte busca de novos modelos que possam dar conta das recentes demandas humanas e sociais, cada vez mais complexas que emergem em nossa sociedade marcada por constantes transforma??es. Este trabalho visa analisar e refletir sobre a forma??o gerencial dos Engenheiros que no decorrer de sua carreira profissional rumaram para o exerc?cio da fun??o gerencial em empresas do Setor de Energia El?trica. The thesis deals with the decision-making of the expert in real estate valuation. Due to the complexity of the process and the difficulties of valuation it can be assumed that the decision will be an arduous process. It is obvious that the choice of an expert is crucial to the result of the valuation process. This topic is currently relatively little explored, and therefore the work will deal with the analysis and formulation of decision problems expert in real estate valuation. The thesis analyses the current status of forensic engineering and decision-making regarding to real estate valuation. The general decision-making process, divided into seven steps, is adapted to the requirements of expert decision-making in real estate valuation. As in the managerial decision-making process, property valuation is also divided into three levels. These three levels considered the described fundamental decision problems that lead to the formulation of the expert decision-making principles in real estate valuation. For better understanding the extensiveness of the decision-making process in the valuation of real estate the author created a decision tree respectively schemes whose functionality has been verified at the end of the thesis, exemplified with the help of a specific case study of the determined price in real estate valuation.
