I denna kvalitativa studie har vi valt att undersöka hur man på enheten för ekonomiskt bistånd arbetar förebyggande för att motverka att det långvariga biståndstagandet går i socialt arv mellan föräldrar och barn. För att ta reda på detta har vi intervjuat socialsekreterare med erfarenhet och kompetens inom området. Det insamlade materialet har analyserats utifrån den sociala inlärningsteorin som ett försök till att förstå hur det sociala arvet kan föras vidare mellan generationer. Som ett komplement till teorin används även barnperspektivet i analysen då barnen har stor del i studien. Denna studie visar och bekräftar att långvarigt ekonomiskt biståndstagande kan komma att gå i socialt arv mellan föräldrar och barn. Studien visar även på vilket sätt förebyggande arbete för dessa familjer sker på enheten för ekonomiskt bistånd. / In this qualitative study, we have chosen to examine how the Financial Assistance Unit works with preventive measures as to avoid that financial assistance is permitted to become a social heritage that runs in generations. The context of this study is based on interviews with social workers who have experience in the field. The collected materials have been analyzed based on the social learning theory as an attempt to understand how social legacy can be passed between generations. As a complement to the theory, we have also adressed the children's perspective in the analysis since the children are a big part of the study. This study demonstrates and confirms that long-term financial assistance may pass between generations. Further this study also shows how the preventive efforts for these families take place inside the Financial Assistance Unit.

This dissestation deals with an evolution of income tax by families with children since 2005 to 2009. The main aim of the dissertation is to find out if the state has gone down or gone up a tax duty of families with children during 5 years. The mentioned fact will be examined for three model families which have either minimal, average or maximum annual incomes. The state has changed methods of personal income tax calculation three times at a period of five years. Many changes have taken place such as a change of tax calculation structure, a change of non-taxable amounts and tax reliefs which affect a final tax substantially. First of all will be analysed the evolution of payer tax relief, wife tax relief and children tax relief by the model families. The above mentioned tax reliefs I consider for main items which affect the tax duty of families with children.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur socialsekreterare vid enheten ekonomiskt bistånd ser på det förebyggande arbetet med barnfamiljer som uppbär ekonomiskt bistånd, för att motverka att barnen själva blir bidragstagare i framtiden. Undersökningen utgick ifrån en kvalitativ ansats, där semistrukturerade intervjuer användes som datainsamlingsmetod. För att analysera det insamlade materialet användes tematisk analys. Resultatet av studien visar att socialsekreterarna anser att det förebyggande arbetet bör fokusera på att arbeta med föräldrarna, genom att se till att de så fort som möjligt kommer ut i självförsörjning och ge dem stöd i att vara goda förebilder för sina barn. Vidare visar resultatet att socialsekreterarna anser att det är önskvärt att arbeta mer förebyggande, men att det behövs en omorganisation inom kommunen för att möjliggöra ett effektivt förebyggande arbete. / The purpose of the study was to examine how social workers at the unit for financial assistance look at the preventive work with families receiving financial assistance, to prevent the children from becoming beneficiaries themselves in the future. The study was based on a qualitative approach, where semi-structured interviews was used as method for data collection. Thematic analysis was used to analyse the collected material. The result of the study shows that the social workers believe that the preventive work should focus on the parents, by assisting them to as soon as possible reach self-sufficiency and support them to be good role models for their children. Further, the result show that the social workers wish to work more preventive, but that a reorganization in the municipality is required to enable an effective preventive work.

The main intention of this thesis is to make a complete documentation of a business plan for the accommodation facility focused on segment of the families with children. The secondary objectives include analysing market conditions in selected area, finding the needs and requirements of potential customers, finding possible support suitable for the accommodation facility and determine whether the proposed accommodation facility is able to succeed on present tourism market. The thesis has two parts. The theoretic part includes literate review focused on tourism, accommodation services, accommodation facilities, families with children, business plan and its parts. The practical part is made up by a proposal for a particular business plan for families with children.

The aim of this master thesis is analysing the accessibility of social services in Pardubicky region and analysing the accessibility of social services in the area around the town of Usti nad Orlici. In the theoretical part of this thesis is the definition of social politics and principles and models of social politics. Next, this thesis describes models of social politics in the selected states of EU- in Sweden, Germany, Great Britain, France and Slovakia. Following of this section follows description of the social politics and system of social services (definition, quality standards and types of the social services) in the Czech Republic. The last section of the theoretical part compares legislations of the social services in the Czech Republic,France and Slovakia. The practical part of this thesis is focused on social services in Pardubicky region. The introduction of the practical part describes the planning of social services in Pardubicky region. The next section analyse the accessibility of social services for different groups in Pardubicky region. More detailed analyses of accessibility of social services in Pardubicky region is focused on area around the town of Usti nad Orlici
