This thesis looks at the legal framework of the sale and processing of farm- produced goods. Especially, it concerns hygienic requirements for this type of production. The operation of an agriculture farm which grocery production connects the agricultural and grocery legislation. At the moment, it's a very actual topic because of the growing interest for local products of small farmers. Also, in this area, there were recent legislative changes to facilitate the process for small businesses. The objective of this research Is to provide a complex look at the legislation in the area of the farm processing and sale and to use critical analysis to chosen systematic elements and to particular provisions. In the first part of this work, the reader is presented with the introduction to this problematic, including the definition of the position of the grocery production done directly on farms in Czech agriculture and food industry. There are also fundamental concepts for this area defined. In the second part, the historical excursion of the sale and processing of products on farms is provided. The origin of the hygienic provisions was the Austria-Hungry legislation, especially the document Codex Alimentarius Austriaticus. The legislation in th interwar period followed. El trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo el desarrollo del proyecto “Son del valle”, la mejor opción de comercialización de frutas y verduras tradicionales y orgánicas y, una selecta variedad de grados andinos y cacao en la modalidad de mercado virtual.
Por la coyuntura actual, el público de Lima Metropolitana y Callao, se ve en la disyuntiva de conseguir alimentos de canasta básica en un solo lugar, sin exponerse a contagios por el Covid-19. Ante la visualización de dicha necesidad nace “Son del Valle”, un servicio que permite obtener una variedad de productos agrícolas de primera calidad a precios atractivos. El público podrá acceder a ellos mediante aplicativo, redes sociales y vía telefónica. A la vez, accederá a un catálogo variado y podrá solicitarlos desde la comodidad de su hogar, estos serán entregados vía delivery con la garantía del cumplimiento de todos los protocolos de bioseguridad.
La principal fuente de ingresos será la venta de las 3 líneas del negocio: tradicional, orgánica y de granos andinos y cacao. Cabe mencionar que la implementación y desarrollo del negocio requerirá de una inversión de S/161,209. Asimismo, los integrantes del equipo serán los impulsores del proyecto quienes desarrollarán estrategias para el crecimiento proyectado de la empresa.
Luego de llevar a cabo las proyecciones financieras se determinó que el VAN es de S/172,536, la TIR de 88%, con un PRI de 2 años y medio y una utilidad alcanzada en el primer año de S/50,475 por lo que se determina la viabilidad del proyecto. / The objective of the research work is to develop "Son del Valle" project, the best commercialization option for traditional, organic fruits and vegetables, a select variety of Andean grains and cocoa in the virtual market mode.

El presente trabajo de investigación surge en consecuencia de los problemas que afectan a demasiados comerciantes de mercados y/o bodegas, quienes muchas veces no cuentan con productos de calidad, o compran sus productos con precios muy altos, debido a la gran demanda que existe de mayoristas de productos agrícolas, quienes resultan ser los intermediarios en este proceso de compra, asimismo; esta situación afecta a los agricultores, quienes muchas veces cuentan con un margen de ganancia muy bajo.
Es a partir de ello, que nace nuestro proyecto, que decide brindar la creación de un aplicativo móvil llamado Agro Ya, el cual se ve enfocado en dos segmentos de clientes, agricultores y vendedores de bodegas y/o mercados, quienes podrán realizar sus ventas y compras directas, ofreciendo precios accesibles y productos de buena calidad, brindando la confianza necesaria al momento de dicha venta y/o compra.
Para ello, se realizaron diversos experimentos para su validación, en la cual se tomaron en cuenta las necesidades y preferencias del público objetivo, así como también, se busco información y opiniones de expertos para poder determinar el costo del proyecto.
Asimismo, se buscó información para conocer todos los gastos, ganancias e inversiones que necesitará el proyecto en el cual se proyectará el Flujo de caja, el cual permite conocer la viabilidad del proyecto. / This project arises from the problems that affect many merchants in markets and / or wineries, who often do not have quality products, or buy their products with very high prices, due to the great demand that exists from wholesalers of agricultural products, who happen to be the intermediaries in this purchasing process, likewise; This situation affects farmers, who often have a very low profit margin.
