Prosazování vlastnických práv jako koncept boje s chudobou / Reinforcement of the Property Rights as a Way how to Alleviate Poverty

Kalauzová, Sonia January 2009 (has links)
The master's thesis discusses a development concept inspired by the Peruvian economist Hernando de Soto. It describes this concept and analyzes its potential to work in praxis. It introduces several critical responses addressed from a wide range of stakeholders - from civil society advocates to scholars -- and contends with their critique. Furthermore, the thesis frames this concept within the development paradigm, with a short overview of its evolution from the 50's and an emphasis on the institutional aspect. The last part analyzes results of the property rights formalization reform in Peru. The outcomes of this reform may be of major importance for the development efforts in the future. Although the anticipated connection of formalization and a better access to loans has not been proved yet, there are some other interesting effects to look at.

Formalizace integrativní fyziologie / Formalization of Integrative Physiology

Mateják, Marek January 2015 (has links)
New information technologies bring with them new possibilities for defining and simulating complex physical systems. A huge amount of progress was made in this field with the Modelica language standard, developed by the worldwide nonprofit Modelica Association. Using the Modelica language specification, new chemical, hydraulic, thermal and population components for human physiology were designed for the implementation of the physiological principles in this thesis. The presented free Modelica libraries was named PHYSIOLIBRARY and CHEMICAL. Similarly to the electrical circuits already implemented in the Modelica Standard Library, it is also possible to connect the components of these libraries to the diagrams and, in this way, define more complex components of physiological systems. Using this kind of implementation, this thesis presents an extension and improvement of the HumMod version 1.6 model, developed at the University of Mississippi Medical Center (Jackson, MS), which has more than 5,000 variables. As a result of the use of graphical diagrams, our implementation is more expandable and more modifiable at each point. The precise rules of connections lead to fewer implementation errors. In addition, the visual verification of the model is achieved, because the physiological connections of...

Formalizace a validace přístupnosti webových stránek / Formalization and Validation of Web Accessibility

Marcely, Peter January 2012 (has links)
Users with different types of handicaps access web pages with wide scale of device. Thus, it is often difficult to develop web sites in order to be accessible for everyone. This thesis takes into consideration specific guidelines for accessible content of web pages as well as formalization of their rules and subsequent validation of these rules.

Organizační změna neziskové sportovní organizace (Případová studie jezdeckého oddílu) / The Organizational Change of a Nonprofit Sports Organization (The Case Study of a Riding Club)

Svatá, Kristýna January 2014 (has links)
Sports organizations formed a significant part of the non-profit sector, not only in the Czech Republic. They are being overlooked of the academic world, however they offer interesting insights on organizational change. Overall, we can observe many forms of sports non-profit organizations in civil society, which differ in degree of proffesionalization, degree of formalization and the values they hold. This case study reveals the problems of local non-profit sports organization, which is undergoing a gradual change. This change is related to the development of the organization, after gradual change of values and objectives, the organization must now adapt corresponding structure. This study contains the recommendations specifically for this organization, however they can be used by other entities as well.

FORMÁLNÍ MODEL ROZHODOVACÍHO PROCESU PRO ZPRACOVÁNÍ VYSOKOFREKVENČNÍCH DAT / FORMAL MODEL OF DECISION MAKING PROCESS FOR HIGH-FREQUENCY DATA PROCESSING

Zámečníková, Eva Unknown Date (has links)
