The main objective of this work was to characterize the benefits of functional foods on human health and formulate effective procedure for the implementation of the regional market for food use marketing mix. The thesis was carried out a survey, whose task was to analyze consumers' awareness of functional foods and their preferences in terms of individual marketing mix. Based on this information, was subsequently formulated recommendations to manufacturers that these foods are introduced to the market as new products.

The main aim of the thesis is creation of working sheets, including user manuals and test working sheets in the schooling. These working sheets contain the tasks for the development of functional thinking in the second grade of primary school. The diploma thesis contains theory of functional thinking, created working sheets, which I created on the basic of inspiration from textbooks for the second grade of primary school, the course of verification working sheets in the classroom and results.

One of myrmecochores, lousewort (Pedicularis sylvatica), was chosen for the purpose of finding peaks in seed removal by a Myrmica scabrinodis ant species during a day and year

The aim of this work was to characterize the contribution of functional foods for human health and to formulate effective procedures for the implementation of functional foods on the regional food market in the use of marketing mix. He was a pilot market survey questionnaire form. Finally, it was recommended that future functional food manufacturers to determine for how many are able to produce these foods and compare the price that people are willing to pay for this product. When promoting a product would be good to focus on women aged 31-50 years and in leaflets. Important to raise interest in buying a functional food is to give consumers more information about this type of food. Inform them all about their impact on health as scientific evidence.

This diploma thesis is devoted to the creation of working sheets for propedoutics of functional thinking in pupils at primary schools, with the support of acomputer in various stages of concept creating proces and consequential trial in individual grades of elementary school. Global homogenisation of biota is observed at an ever-increasing rate, causing environmental and economic losses as well as emerging health risks. Ecological and economic consequences of biological invasions fuel the need for an urgent targeted and cost-effective management given the amount of invaders, vectors and pathways. We examined the effects of environmental and human-related factors on distribution of alien animal species richness in the Czech Republic (Central Europe). We compiled a set of maps showing the level of invasion of six categories of alien animal species in each of 628 grid cells (ca. 12.0 × 11.1 km) covering the Czech Republic. Relationships between alien species richness and 12 variables characterizing climatic conditions, topography, land cover, and human population size were calculated using the generalized least squares method. Species richness of all aliens, of invertebrates, and of terrestrial species showed the strongest positive relationship with mean annual temperature, while the number of black and grey (proposed prominent invaders) and aquatic species was most closely related to the presence of large rivers. Alien vertebrates showed a strong negative relationship with annual precipitation. The highest alien animal species richness was found in and near large population centres and in agricultural landscapes in warm and dry lowlands. The gateways for alien aquatic species are rather large rivers over sport fishing and aquaculture import. Two benthic fish species, round goby Neogobius melanostomus and western tubenose goby Proterorhinus semilunaris have recently expanded beyond their native ranges. Both species exert a detrimental effect on fish communities' structure directly via predation on fish eggs and indirectly via alterations of food webs. We quantified and compared the foraging behavior and efficiency of invasive N. melanostomus and alien P. semilunaris upon common carp Cyprinus carpio larvae at two temperature levels (20 and 25 °C) and in three different habitat structures (sand, cobbles, cobbles with artificial plant) using the functional response approach. Both alien predators showed type II FR in all temperature and habitat treatments. Intra-specific comparison showed no significant temperature dependency on assessed FR parameters, attack rate and handling time, suggesting broad temperature tolerance of both tested predators. The handling time did not differ between predators suggesting similar per capita ecological impact at high prey densities. Proterorhinus semilunaris showed a lower maximum feeding rate at 25 °C compared to the rest of treatments suggesting a lower temperature optima compared to N. melanostomus. Interspecific comparison showed similar values of handling time in cobble substrate and cobbles with artificial plant suggesting similar per capita ecological impacts of both aliens. Intraspecific comparison showed significantly lower values of handling time in both predators in habitat with cobbles reflecting higher maximum feeding rate. Therefore, impact of both invaders in such environment could elevate. Neogobius melanostomus showed higher attack rate in sandy habitat compared to P. semilunaris, while no significant differences were observed in other habitat treatments.

The work deals with a research of essay writing lessons conditions plus most common methods used at elementary school. The work suggests new solutions to making the lessons more entertaining. It also says how to draw pupils´ attention to the subject. Finally, it focuses on choosing the most suitable topics and genres with concrete examples. It is attached with the main theoretical terms.

The topic of the master´s thesis is to verify Acquisition Engine and Tracking Engine in the Microcore GNSS Baseband digital circuit from Honeywell. Theoretical part contains a brief introduction into the satellite position determination, basic principles of the verified blocks is given and UVM methodology is introduced. Practical part contains requirements, test cases and test procedures. The verification environment is also described. In the last part of the thesis is the verification process and it´s results.
