Topics of this diploma thesis are psychopathological consequences after craniocerebral trauma. This thesis focus on rising cognitive deficit after different brain damage. I solve rising of brain trauma and psychopathological deficits. I describe medical examination, which define diagnosis and individual form of rehabilitation. After that follows somatic and functional diabilities of central nervous system. The last chapter is about casuistry of young boy, who was injured in the crash. He had head injury with another psychopathological deficits.

The diploma thesis deals with Business Process Management and changes of business environment which have occurred mainly in last century and caused a formation of new approaches in company management. Further it defines a concept of process, process kinds and operation of process leaded organization including advantages and disadvantages. The thesis also includes Business Process Modelling problematic which has relations to Business Process Management. There are also identified techniques and specific diagrams possible and suitable to use in modelling area. This knowledge is applied in Draft of the Model of Auction Process of Buying Commodities.

Diploma thesis analyzes and evaluates the status and change of the functional use of the historic centre of Trutnov in the transformation period 1992-2015. The thesis is focused both on the development of structures and the importance of retail and services of the center, so on the processes that determinate this development. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the issue of the general processes that took place in the socialist city, their impact in the present, and also the processes associated with the postsocialist city or the transformation period. Apart from this issue, it is focused on retail trade and its development in the transformation period in the Czech Republic and the role of public space in the centre. The theoretical framework contents characteristics, the historical development and specifics of the centre of Trutnov and the town as a whole. The empirical part deals with the development of features in the center of Trutnov. The bottom line of the empirical part is an evaluation of the data from the database of the establishments since 1992 by 2015. Title: Functional assessment after experiemantally induced focal cerebral ischemia in rat. Objectives: The aim of this diploma thesis was to design and test a set of motor tests, which provide an effective assessment of motor deficit, which forms after small ischemic lesion of primary motor cortex. Methods: Experiment was performed in 16 Long Evans rats from breeding in Institute of Physiology, Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic. Rats were devided into two groups (experimental and control). Ischemic lesion was induced by a photothrombotic stroke model to affect a small area - a motor cortex. For functional assessment we used five motor tests - Reaching test, Bar holding test, Rotarod test, Ladder rung walking test and Oper field test. For data analysis we used program Sigma Stat3.5®SPSS and Microsoft Excel 2010. Results: Our findings demonstrate that a small lesion of motor cortex is objectively measurable by Reaching test, which focuses on grip and fine motor skills. Other tests assess mainly gross motor skills and there we did not find a significant difference between experimental and control group. This diploma thesis brings together findings concerning the problematic of postsurgical active scars putting the stress on postsurgical abdominal scars. It deals with a patofysiology of active scars. First part summarizes case studies concerning diagnostic, manual treatment of active scar tissue and clinical importance of active scars. Second one presents examination of after-hysterectomy patients. Results suggest that active abdominal scar can disturb locomotor system function. This work focuses on methods of the transfer pricing identification, in connection with the possibility to find comparable independent data on the market. In the first part, the author describes the basic ideas and the main legislation resources both in the Czech Republic and internationally. It also describes the main methods of the transfer pricing identification mentioned in the Transfer Pricing Guideline. Second part examines the method's application, which depends mainly on the type of the controlled transaction as well as on the comparable data availibility. Third part relates to the model case, which shows in detail the complete process of the transfer pricing identification. Each process includes the functional analysis of related parties, choosing the best possible method and the comparable analysis, which focuses on the searching out the independent comparable companies.

The thesis explains exchange rates used on the Czech Republic and czech accounting principles. The second part of this thesis is focused on International financial reporting standards. It makes clear what the functional currency is. It describes translation from the local currency to the functional currency and the translation from the functional currency to the presentation currency. It relates consolidated financial statement in the view of exchange differences.

The thesis is focused on the design and implementation of the portable stimulus verification scenarios for selected Berkelium processor modules based on RISC-V architecture from Codasip. The aim of this work is to use new standard for Portable Stimulus developed by Accellera organization to design and implement portable stimulus scenarios using the Questa InFact tool from Mentor. The proposed portable stimulus scenarios are then linked to the already existing verification environments of the UVM methodology and then they are used for verification of the Berkelium processor modules based on RISC-V architecture. The last part of the thesis is the evaluation of portability of the implemented scenarios to the individual levels of the Berkelium processor based on RISC-V architecture (IP blocks, subsystems, system level), in which it tries to use the proposed scenarios across all verificated levels.

Author: Bc. Barbora Kuhnová Title: Maintaining physical fitness and adherence to physical activity in healthy elderly women. Objective: The main goal of the thesis is to find out whether or not the seniors that participated in the project EXODYA back in 2017 and 2018, managed to maintain the level of physical fitness and adherence to physical aktivity (PA). The secondary goal was to determine the level of current PA and also how the level of PA was affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Method: This is an empirical-theoretical study with a qualitative-quantitative research design. The research group I (N=30, average age 72 ± 4,02 years) took part in a questionnaire survey that included the International Physical Activity Questionnaire IPAQ and supplementary questions about influencing PA by the pandemics, using Google form. The research group II was made by 7 women that were also part of the research group I and that took part in the EXODYA project in 2018. The testing of these women consisted of 4 items of the Senior Fitness Test, hand grip strength using a digital hand dynamometer and maximum oxygen demand based on a stress test on a bicycle ergometer.
