The subject of this master´s thesis is the construction of the guest house with restaurant in the village Plumlov near Prostejov. It is a building with a floor partially sunk into the ground and two floors. Basement is designed as part of the restaurant. Floors are designed for the guest house. In the pension there is a total of 6 accommodation rooms with a total capacity of 15 persons. The restaurant has a comfortable dining area for 25 people. The restaurant also includes a kitchen where they will prepare hot meals. Cladding basement of the shuttering and floors are designed as wood house by system "two by four". The ceiling above the restaurant is designed as a system, reinforced concrete, folded (TRAS system). The ceiling above the 1st floor is designed with wooden ceiling beams. The roof is gabled with unbalanced tendencies. The building is based on the foundation strips.

The project is handled by complete documentation , brand new detached house with mountain restaurants at the level of documentation for construction . The building is designed in the village Olšany district. Šumperk on plot No. 261/1 , 261/5 , 261/9 and 261 of / 12. Built up area is 1465 square meters , of which the construction of the house itself has a 445.2 square meters . The basement and ground floor is used for restaurants, restaurant facilities and staff , reception and social facilities for guests . The second floor and the attic is designed to accommodate guests. The pension has a capacity of 20 people , of which there are six double rooms and two suites on the top floor , each for four people. The operation of the pension are a total of four employees. The restaurant , with a capacity of 102 people , the total number of employees 8 . The building is designed as two rectangles perpendicular to each other forming the letter T. The building is based on the footings of plain concrete foundation slab drag over the basics with reinforcing karisítí . Walling system from Heluz , partitions from the system Knauf, reinforced concrete ceilings . Outdoor perimeter walls is insulated with polystyrene foam . The roof is gabled and three graduated height of the ridge , where the highest elevation is the main part +11.370 m , roof pitch of 35 °. The building is connected to the local road and the available utilities. Proposal for hotel and restaurant is processed in accordance with applicable standards and regulations for the country.

Diploma work deals Construction of apartment houses Optátova - building technology project. Work includes the technical report, coordination situation, timetable, financial plan, study of realization, drawing of devide construction and his financial and timetable evaluation, next timetable of construction, timetable of main objekct, supplies of building materials, technological specification, inspection and test plan, itemized budget of main object and contract of work. Time methods were compared – gradual, concurrent and current method.

The subject of the diplom work was to prepare a detailed project documentation of the penzion with hippotherapy in Veseli nad Moravou. This is a document processing house with two floors and the building stables. The object of the pension are located accommodation rooms, dining room and especially apartment manager. The building is located 12 stables are housed boxes, feed stores and higienické facilities for guests.

This thesis solves the design of multifunctional building. The building is situated on the outskirts of Mikulov in the cadastral area Mikulov in Moravia. Plot number is the 5087th. Multifunctional house will be used for housing of 26 people and providing commercial services. There are considered groceries and hairdressing salon. The building is designed without a basement, four-storey, with a gabled roof. It is based on the footings of plain concrete. The structural system consists of wall formwork system from VELOX.

This thesis solves the design documentation for implementation of kindergarten. The building site is situated in the urban area of village Vlčnov. The building site is sloping. The slope is oriented to the southeast. Kindergarten is designed as detached brick building with two floors and without basement. On each floor there are two departments for children. The total projected number of children is 60. Kindergarten is accessed from the local road. Each floor has its own entrance from southeast and northwest. The first floor is partially roofed by flat roof – terrace and green roof. Second floor is roofed by gabled roof, consisting of wooden lattice trusses. The building includes a garden for movement and play of children.

The aim of this diploma thesis is the design of this closed area of the shelter dogs with veterinary facilities and administration shelter in a specific location in the outskirts of Bystřice pod Hostýnem, street Meziříčská. It is a building amenities. In addition to the project itself is part of the job specialization - health and technical installations and connections. The work was developed in response to a bachelor thesis. The intention is to create a functional device with everyday hour, which will be provided by 7 employees. Given that the region is not represented such a device, its implementation will meet the requirements and demands of citizens of the town but also surrounding communities. The capacity of the shelter is designed based on the client's requirements with the possibility of placing domestic animals in max. Of 50 dogs, 50 cats and 16 small animals. Unless capacity is full, the device can be used as an animal hotel. In its own proposal, the emphasis was on the overall architectural character and design solutions. The subject of this thesis is a design of a newly built guesthouse on a bicycle path in the village Spálené Poříčí. The building is designed in a gently sloping terrain towards the west. The main entrance faces the south. It is an object without a basement and with two above ground floors. The structure of the building is a transverse wall system made of ceramic fittings. Other walls are also made of ceramic fittings. The entire building is based upon the stripe foundations and footings. Pension is covered in the part of the accommodation and in the restaurant part with a gable roof. For the restaurant, a terrace is designed on the west side of the building. In this thesis, static and building equipments are solved. The building is also evaluated in the terms of lighting, thermal, acoustic requirements and the fire safety of building is also solved.

This diploma thesis deals with project energy efficient mountain chalet. The building is located in the Krkonoše national park, near by highest Czech mountain named Sněžka. Object is located on plot number 899 in the cadastral Pec pod Sněžkou, on the site of the initial ,,Giant” chalet. The aim of this thesis is proposal of energy efficient mountain chalet in extreme climate conditions, such as in the mountain area, at the elevation 1378 m. Proposal of the chalet emphasis is on achieving maximum energy self-sufficiency. The building consists of two objects SO 01 and SO 02 interconnected by the roof. The total built-up area is 191.39 square meters. The accommodation capacity is 20 people.

The aim of this thesis is to design a mountain chalet. Chalet is intended for recreation and accommodation for 23 persons and is designed to gently sloping land in the village of Horní Bečva. The building has two floors without a basement. The main entrance to the building is from the southern side entrance for staff is on the eastern side and the other side entrance to the building is from the north. Part of the building for accommodation is situated on the 2nd floor. Perimeter and interior bearing walls are designed from brick blocks Porotherm in 2.NP then the inner walls of plasterboard. The construction of a roof over the main part of the building is made up of wooden roof purlin system, a roof over your wellness zone is flat vegetation, and the roof over the vestibule is flat with classical music. The main part of the building is covered with a gable roof with a slope of 35 degrees inclinations flat roof over the vestibule wellness zone and 3%.
