The work "Technical image in collections" focuses on the systems of manipulation, archiving and exposition of contemporary static materialized images in Czech institutions managing collections. From the theoretical views of transformations and current issues of collections of contemporary photographic images, this text proceeds to foundations of the state-of-the-art utilized printing and adjustment technologies. The aim of this work is to provide an overview of the archiving, marketability and exposure aspects of the physical technical image and to capture the developments in technology and attitudes accompanying this media category, also referred to as photography.

This diploma thesis extends the theme of bachelor thesis, in which alternative site specific exhibition spaces, called "independent galleries", in the Czech Republic were observed and described in terms of motivation and the reasons for their establishment. The diploma thesis focuses on the study of specific mainly alternative exhibition possibilities of contemporary art and on a description of the contemporary phenomenon of exhibition space abroad regarding the Czech context. These findings are developing into its own site-specific art activity in public space, which is then transformed in educational structure and implemented with the students of a selected high school in Prague in public spaces around the school. The educational part of the thesis is complemented by a qualitative research, which helped to capture mediation specifics of the topic in the educational process.

The thesis named The Trends in Exhibiting Contemporary Art in Prague galleries deals with the topic of displaying and mediating contemporary art in the galleries and exhibitions. The thesis focuses on the elements of the complex issue and the particular exhibitions held in Prague from 2007 to 2011. Each element is covered in one dedicated chapter - the artwork, the viewer, the curator and the gallery. The chapter about the artwork summarizes the evolution of this term in the 20th century. The chapter about the viewer pursues the biological aspects of the process of seeing and perception and the relationship between the viewer and the image. The chapter about the work of the curator of the contemporary art focuses on the evolution of their part in the galleries' working process from the figure of Harald Szeemann to the term The Crisis of Curator. The gallery is introduced as a three- dimensional term: as a space for exhibitions, an institution and a mediating scope. The examples included in each chapter are derived from the Prague galleries and exhibition spaces and so the thesis also deals with the topic of Prague gallery scene. The thesis is elaborated by calls for use of the old complex area called Perla 01 in the center of Ústí nad Orlicí. Among to the planned investment projects of town is building a new gallery. The work is focuses on the choice of suitable location in the area. Also architectural appearance and justify the choice of main construction materials. For the purposes of civic amenities building is designed for and other facilities necessary for gallery operation. For final design of gallery is as an implementation tool project documentation and visualization of the building. The pivotal part consists structural analysis of the skeleton structure and suitable design all supporting elements. Work includes price valuation assessment and calculation thermal coefficients of building envelope construction.

It is a half-material imaginary architecture that guides the movement of a viewer. Or takes place to stop the viewer in me creating environment. Construction visually "disturbs" the space to a minimum, but the movement of the viewer will be completely different.

Justice in the area of the former fortress is located in Rymice outdoor exposure hlíněního architecture that builds on the theme museum, located in the village. Outdoor exhibition refers to the interior of the building and economic stronghold. In the project was to link these two objects.

The diploma thesis proposes a design for a creative hub in the town of Kopřivnice. The site would create an ideal environment for research, exhibitions and discussions about major social issues through various forms of art (e.g. visual art, literature, performing arts). The area of interest is situated in the centre of Kopřivnice, defined by the Štefánikova street from the southwest and by the railway from the northeast, which forms a boundary between the Tatra plant area and the rest of the town. Considering the historical context and the location, the area has potential, which could be fulfilled by a realisation of the creative hub of contemporary art. With my proposal, I try to showcase the actual value of the place and thus enrich the historical construction of bricked halls with the dynamics which organic curves of a new auditorium and the vertical aspect of an observation tower provide. The thesis includes an analysis of trends and examples of similar hubs for contemporary art and an urban study, including solutions for a connection to surroundings, a definition of the possible functional use of neighbouring areas and a vision for potential restoration of the area.

The goal of this dissertation is to document and present exhibition concepts of new or re- established galleries and exhibition halls united in the Union of Czechoslovak Visual Artists in Prague in 1964-1969. A partial goal is to find and clarify principal legal, political and cultural events in the background of which such exhibition and artistic life unfolded. The thesis covers the period between two conventions of the Union of Czechoslovak Visual Artists, i.e. the period from December 1964 until the end of 1969 with certain intermissions. In terms of the selection, it deals with "smaller" galleries that influenced the most the level of presentation of visual arts at exhibitions in Prague in the period under consideration. For this reason, attention is paid to the Václav Špála Gallery, Nová síň Gallery, Galerie Na Karlově náměstí, and the Vincenc Kramář Gallery. The basic topics of the dissertation are concentrated in two spheres that pervade one another. The first sphere is dedicated to fundamental social and political prerequisites for the establishment of "smaller" galleries as well as, in brief, the history of the formation of the Union of Czechoslovak Visual Artists. Ce mémoire présente l'élaboration et la caractérisation d'un étalon secondaire de fréquence à résonateur saphir cryogénique, dans la gamme des fréquences microondes.\\ Le monocristal de saphir ($Al_2O_3$), excité sur des modes électromagnétiques d'ordre élevé, les modes de galerie, et utilisé au voisinage de la température de l'hélium liquide, représente le meilleur candidat pour réaliser un oscillateur présentant une instabilité relative de fréquence de l'ordre de $1\cdot 10^(-14)$.\\ Une dégénérescence du mode généralement observée aux températures cryogéniques rend difficile l'ajustement des couplages. Nous présentons ici un modèle simple expliquant correctement la séparation du mode en fréquence et les formes d'onde observées expérimentalement.\\ D'autre part, le problème des modes parasites est résolu par la mise au point d'une structure résonante en cavité ouverte.\\ Tous les éléments nécessaires à la construction de cet oscillateur sont analysés en détails.\\ Les résultats obtenus sont tout à fait exceptionnels. Sur le court terme, l'instabilité relative de fréquence est inférieure à $7.5\cdot 10^(-15)$. Dans le domaine du long terme, aucune dérive n'est clairement identifiée. La stabilité sur 1 jour est $<2\cdot 10^(-14)$. Ce dernier résultat constitue l'état de l'art pour des références secondaires de fréquence sur le long terme. \\ Enfin, d'autres travaux concernant la mesure des propriétés diélectriques d'un cristal de langasite, la caractérisation d'oscillateurs ultrastables, la chaîne de synthèse, un oscillateur saphir-rutile compensé thermiquement, et l'observation d'un phénomène de bistabilité du résonateur saphir né de la coïncidence fortuite d'un mode de galerie du cristal avec celle de l'ion paramagnétique $Fe^(3+)$, sont également présentés.
