We explore a dataset of almost half a million English song lyrics through three different processes - automatic evaluation, visualization, and generation. We create our own rhyme detector, using the EM algorithm with several improvements and adjustable parameters. This may, in some cases, replace human evaluators that cannot be used, for example, after each iteration of the lyrics generator to evaluate its improvement. By creating a web-page visualization of the results with interesting matrix rhyme highlighting, we make our evaluation accessible to the public. We discuss interesting genre differences discovered by applying our automatic evaluation on the entire dataset. Finally, we explore lyrics generation using state-of-the-art GPT-2.

I began with my study from Microsoft .NET Framework, which provides all tools and technologies for creating .NET aplications. I described features a structure ASP.NET. I followed also, for my project, very important tool ADO.NET, which contains rich group of functions for manipulation with lot of date types. In text I also described object model of this tool. One of parts is about very important ObjectDataSource class. Next part of my project is devote to SQL database and tools for managing and manipulation. One chapters is devote to System register, which serve for database description. Next is described some of realization this type of program. My work is finished by description of my program. Here are aplications of mentioned technologies, which together forms web aplication and her output is web page for data presentation.

The diploma thesis deals the cretion of the ECG signal and its potential morphology. A signal is generated using a program that is created in MATLAB. On the basis of these methods of describing the signal, was chosen method, based on the similarity of ECG with sinus respectively. triangular pattern. Generated by the program can draw the ECG signal by assignment of pulse rate, lenght of the signal, sampling rate and modifications of the waves and oscillations. One or more predefined noise can be added to the signal. Generated signal is possible to save to the format that supports program MATLAB.

Based on this information it will generate 3D tree which is visually close to the original image. The topic of this diploma thesis was the speciation analysis of the toxicological important forms of the arsenic in urban particulate matter samples. The detection technique used in this work was atomic absorption spectrometry with quartz atomizer. Acetic acid, ammonium acetate, hydroxylamine, potassium hydroxide and sodium carbonate are recommended leaching agents for extraction of metals from urban particulate matter samples. Results of the presenting work are following: Acidic extraction reagents can be not recommended for the speciation analysis of the arsenic, because these reagents lower sensitivity of the determination of As3+ and As5+ too and destroy the quartz atomizer. Alkaline extraction reagents don't lower sensitivity of the determination of As3+ and these reagents don't destroy the atomizer, but lower sensitivity of the determination of As5+ was obtained. Recommended reagents aren't useful for extraction of the metals from urban particulate matter samples for the speciation analysis.
