The protection and creation of the functional, harmonic and sustainable landscape focuses on two main Instruments influencing the appearance of the landscape at most. These instruments are the territorial plans and comprehensive land consolidation. The thesis "Evaluation of the current territorial plan in the context of rural area development" deals with the issue of the co-operation of just these two instruments. Important items of both Instruments are the draft of plan of common facilities of the land consolidation and the definition of the publicly beneficial constructions and publicly beneficial measures in the draft of the territorial plan. Just under these items, the public interests for the further development of the territory are formulated. The practical part of the theoretical knowledge gained in writing this thesis and transferred to experience related to cadastral Štítary na Moravě. In the conclusion of the thesis the evaluation and summarizing of the acquired knowledge is performed and the draft of changes which will correspond better to the needs of the territory.

This master's thesis analyzes problems, which are connected with building industrial zones in Telč region. It intents especially in human resources usage and industry developing. It includes some suggestions how to deal with these problems, mainly suggestions on the regional level.

The task of this thesis is to assess the impact of down and country planning on the price of land in Brno in the form of case studies. The study will be compiled from publicly available information, primarily from the laws of the Czech Republic and data on land prices, which were obtained using real estate sites. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is mainly concerned with the description of the selected sites, legal aspects of planning and clarifying the basic concepts associated with planning. The second part of this thesis compares the impact of planning documentation for the development of land prices.

Subject of this thesis is analysis of regional planning issue in practice in municipalities with a link to their development opportunities. The thesis contains the issue analysis and process of regional planning according to legal standards of the Czech Republic. It examines the influences which affect municipal councils while regional planning and how the municipal councils can use it in connection with the municipality development possibilities. Comparison of theory with practical application and demonstration of the influences is shown on the municipality Knínice u Boskovic.

The thesis deals mainly with the evaluation of the real estate – land in Blansko. The text is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the definitions of the basic terms that are defined in the Czech law. Subsequently the processes of the land-use planning and the approach of the ground plan creation in Blansko are described. The last chapter of the theoretical part is the price law and its analysis. The practical part is analysing the area of interest at first, where Blansko is described in detail and then the segmentation of the local market with the real estate is carried out. The last part is dedicated to the evaluation of the chosen land by the detected price and the usual price in relation to the various levels of the land-use planning. These evaluations are compared to each other and analysed.

This thesis is aimed at regional development. Economic, social and environmental development is dominant. Improving the quality of life is a basic interest. The aim of the thesis is to work out a project study directed at the development of a selected village with the analysis of its municipal budget. Subject of analysis is a village of Homole near České Budějovice. Municipal budget represents the implement of management and realization of regional development.

The subject of this diploma thesis is a survey of the Dominican monastery in Znojmo. The thesis deals with the requirements for building documentation. The thesis contains floor plans of the second floor, the ground plan of the third floor and the vertical section of the building. The resulting documentation will serve the National Monument Institute for the planned reconstruction of the building.

This diploma thesis concerns in the real measurement of Roman cellar areas in Prague 1 – Lesser Town, Karmelitská Street. A surveying structure for detailed area geodetic measurement is built up in given part of town. The surveying structure is connected to the binding reference systems – the S-JTSK coordinate system and Bpv altitude system. A detailed measurement is carried out in this cellar areas and recorded data are processed in a suitable programme. A three-dimensional model and drawing documentation – a ground plan and sections in required areas are drawn up according to this data. The ground plan of cellar areas in its drawing documentation is in 1:50 scale and the sections in 1:50 scale. Thesis outcomes will serve to document the current conditions of Roman cellar areas.

This thisis are projecting a technical and a technological equipments for the project of high-density horses stable near Chabičovice. I described the equipments at a book and I figured it in technical drawing. The technical drawings are in a attachement this work. I started with making a lists of a informations about the technical and technological equipments with a special literature, which are using in horses stable. I got lot of a importat informations. Than I described a technical information about the horses stable. I introduced using legislative conditions. I rectified a conditions of a city ground plan. Aftert I specifized the equipments, which I projected.

For that, a dissertation analyses the evolution and development of the urban morphology since the intervention in european cities starting from the industrialization until the criticism to the modern project from the decades of 1950 and 1960. Srategies of projects from the modernist movement are also analysed, its dialogue with the experience of northern american buildings in height and the brazilian repertory of the 50's from São Paulo City of modern buildings inserted in lots from traditional cities and that grant a privilege to the common spaces.At last, the project regards about the pertinency of this set of problems in the experience of contemporary projects. / O trabalho tem como objetivo investigar a interdependência entre o edifício vertical e a cidade, a partir das suas plantas térreas e, principalmente, seus espaços coletivos e circulações.
