This master thesis is focused on surface hardening by using disk laser. Ten samples made of 42CrMo4 steel were hardened at varying speeds of quenching and diameter of the laser beam. The theoretical part initially describes the types of lasers. Further it describes methods of surface hardness processing such as kinds of hardening and chemical-thermal treatment, followed by description of the used material. Images of macrostructure, microstructure and compared values of hardness of single samples are evaluated in the experimental part. The thesis subsequently contains a technical-economic evaluation. Appropriate parameters for surface laser hardening are evaluated in the conclusion.

Every corporation using IT technologies needs a good and carefully secured network design. The IT security is a key factor of a normal functional of the whole corporation and all its sections. There different methods and concepts for providing different level of IT security. Some of them are very important and should be implemented in every corporate network. There are a lot of services providing inside and outside the corporation network. Increasing the number of services like web services, mail services, file services and other, the number of eventual security issues is rising. The security methods of each of provided services are different and it is required a professional with deep knowledge about this service functionality if it is needed to be good applied. Operation system and application hardering are methods which are not so hard for applying, like configuring proxy server or firewalls, but they could increase the security drastic. In a combination with simple configured security devices, the results could be very impressive. Choosing the right methodology and framework of designing a secured network is important part of entire process. With the right methodology designing could be easier and more effective.

[pt] O propósito das parábolas de Jesus, um estudo exegético de Mc 4,10-12. Esta pesquisa abordou o propósito do uso de parábolas nos ensinamento de Jesus, isto é, qual ou quais os motivos que levaram Jesus a usar parábolas em seus ensinamentos. Para alcançar os objetivos traçados, esta pesquisa combinou a metodologia da análise narrativa e análise retórica, considerando também os elementos históricos do texto. Com isto a exegese chegou a um resultado, apresentando outra possibilidade de interpretação da teoria sobre o ensino por parábolas expressa em Mc 4, 10-12. A pesquisa concluiu que na atual configuração há possibilidades de admitir que a perícope referida não afirma que Jesus ensinou por meio de parábolas para endurecer o coração de Seus ouvintes, e dificultar-lhes o acesso as coisas do Reino de Deus. Ao contrário disto a exegese concluiu que Jesus usou parábolas em Seus ensinamentos com o propósito de facilitar o processo de entendimento de todos que O ouviam, trazendo à compreensão as coisas do Reino de Deus através de uma linguagem que era familiar e natural aos Seus ouvintes. / [en] The purpose of Jesus parables, an exegetical study of Mk 4,10-12. This research survey the purpose of the use of parables in Jesus teachings, namely, what is or which are the reasons that led Jesus to use parables in his teachings. To achieve the goals outlined, this research combined narrative analysis and rhetorical analysis methodology, considering of historical elements of the text. Thereby the exegesis reached a result, bring up another interpretation possibility of theory about Jesus teaching by parables as it apear in Mk 4, 10-12. The research conclud that in current setting there is the possibility to acknowledge that the refered section of text does not state that Jesus taught by parables with the purpose of hardering hearts of his listeners, and to rise difficulties upon him in acessing of the things of the kingdom of God. Instead this exegesis conclude that Jesus used parables in his teachings with purpose to make easy the understanding process of all his listeners, bring up to the understanding the things of the kingdom of God through a language that was familiar and natural to his listeners.

This diploma thesis is focused on the description and summary of existing knowledge about vibro-pressed concrete products with treated surface with protective coating, that is hardering by ultravioled and infrared radiation. The theoretical part describes the production of vibro-presses products, possible wayt of finishing the surface including the description of the most commonly used materials and the methods of application and hardering of protrctive coating on the surface. Another point of the theoretical part is creating of lime efflorescence on the concrete surface and their subsequent disappearance. The experimental part of the thesis is ficused on obtaining information about the properties of the modified pavements by these techologies and comparing the acquired properties with the charakteristice of the reference pavements that do not have any protective coating on their surface.
