This thesis focuses on the issues of project management and the application of procedures, processes and methodologies of project management in a particular case of the implementation of the requirement to create a new branch abroad - Innovation Box in the Netherlands. The company focuses on software development in the area of data security. Innovative center should serve the research and development of new potential products and services. The main output of the design is the Project Management Plan.

My thesis deals with the technological design of reconstruction and extension pavilion health center in Prague. The building is divided into two buildings. The construction will be dismantled roof strata of the existing building and the subsequent installation of two new floors. Inside will be built new partitions and other fittings. Then the building will be insulated. The thesis describes the installation detail superstructures Eye Center of reinforced concrete prefabricated parts and assembly of the external thermal insulation system.

The purpose of the dissertation is to develop selected parts of technologically – building project of residential houses in Rosice. The building will be used for living. The building has nine building sites, in the dissertation eight building sites are solved. Main building site SO 01 – Apartment house first and second is solved in detail. The dissertation includes a technical report about technologically-building project, the time and financial plan, a study of the realization of the main stage of its construction. The coordination of the building and site equipment including the principles of organisation building are solved graphically. The dissertation also includes a suggestion of the major building machine, plan of securing material source, technological regulations and the check and test plan for performing piles. A part of the dissertation is the budget of the building and safety risks on the building site and during performing piles.

Final thesis deals with solution of technological project of apartment block. Thesis contains technological prescription, control and test plans and budget for stage of ground works, shell construction and roofing. Roofing system design, timetables and plan of resources are also included.

The diploma´s thesis subject is the construction and technological project of Finish of the construction of the Zdice elementary school grounds. It is a new building. The specifikation is compiled for the monolithic and masonry construction.

Subject matter of the master´s thesis is about Prag subway extension from Dejvice to the Motol, with a specific building construction technology of the construction pit and ramp .The study deals with the financial, technological and tempoval aspekt of the construction process. The work is bassed on the project for implementation.

The thesis deals with realization of a new assembled hall in Dunajska Luzna. This hall has two floors and is based on ferroconctrete foot. Carrying contruction system consist of steel profiles. Siding frontage is designed with sandwich panels. The work deals also with technical and economical part of the building.

This thesis deals with problems concerning the management of construction contracts in the construction business. The work is described in several chapters of the proceedings of orders. First described project "Extension of a commercial building", and I continue to work in the description of contract management. At the end of the contract is evaluated in terms of time and cost perspective.

The aim of the thesis was to innovate a business plan for the company Domitruck Ltd. This means make every necessary details, which would serve as a part of the loan application for implementation of the repair space expand project. In the first part of own work was described present situation of the company, reasons for the service expanding and schedule of the realization. In this part were also detected terms for getting a loan from particular bank, Komerčníbanka. Second part was dedicate to a business plan, where were described key personalities and services, followed by a SWOT analysis, marketing mix 4P and complete financial plan associated with the expansion of the company. At the end of this part were noticed risks associated with the realization of the project.

The thesis is concerned with marketing plan of concrete boarding house in the Giant Mountains. It is project, which will be realized on the ground of this dissertation. The goal of the dissertation is to draw up a marketing plan including its particular points. A questionnaire research among proprietors of boarding houses in neighborhood was used for drawing up this marketing plan.
