The subject of this diploma thesis is technological preparation of realization guest – house Jánský potok II. in Jánské Lázně. The diploma thesis contains study of the main technological phases of the object, project of the site equipment, useful machines, time schedule, budget, technological prescription for reinforced concrete construction, project of the formwork for wall and floor slab, control plan, project of the acces road and parking. The basis for technological preparation in this diploma thesis is design documentation.

This diploma thesis solves the construction and technological project of the Fire Brigade and the municipal office. The building is located in Martinique near Velké Meziříčí. The thesis deals with the study of the realization of the building, the technical report on the construction technological project, the time and financial plan of the building objects. The design of the building site equipment, the design of the machine assembly, the time machine deployment on the given technological stage and the balance of the workers are elaborated. This diploma thesis also focuses on the technological regulation of the roof structure design, the control and test plan and the risk assessment and the implementation of roofs. Part of the work is an item budget of the building and a detailed timetable.

The aim of my thesis is the Construction technological project of nursery school building. The diploma thesis compiles working method of construction works at Pačejov railway station and in adjacent double-track section in the range of working procedures from SP0 to SP3a. The thesis compares the time and economical aspects of individual technologies and entire construction methods. The thesis includes description of rail and non-rail mechanization.

The topic of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of the construction and technology project of the kindergarden in Čelákovice. On the basis of the survey of contemporary status and identification of the objective, which is to be achieved, are proposed ways leading to such identified objective. After selecting of optimal options, the financial status and level of demand are evaluated subsequently, and time schedule of individual investments is presented. The text also takes a close look at all the steps that were taken during the implementation of the Podolí project, and zooms in on regular on-site records monitoring how much work has been actually done. Furthermore, the thesis brings an analysis of the current developer market in Brno, focusing in particular on latest developments in logistics, and office & residential construction. And last but not least, the thesis also observes how prices in the real estate market have developed over the last decade and how new residential units in the Czech Republic have been lately built.

The object of the diploma thesis is preparation and realization of the gross superstructure of apartment houses Farske luky in Celadna. Diploma thesis deals with facility of the building site, project of machines, technological rules of monolithic constructions, plans of quality controls, time and financial plan, works contract, schedule and work safety.

The competitive pressure which is in the construction market, the increasing demands of investors and unstable economic and political situation. These are factors which force construction companies to more efficient management and preparation of contracts. The aim of this thesis is to describe the theory for contract management and also in the concrete company and design documentation for the preparation of contract "Multipurpose buildings" in Mníšek pod Brdy with the help of project management methods.
