Content of this master‘s thesis is construction technological project of the extension Senior Centrum Blansko. The main object is a three-storyed, designed as a monolithic skeleton construction. The masters’s thesis contains technical report of the construction technological project, suggested construction site installations, proposal of suitable machines and mechanisms required for construction, time schedule, budget, wider relations of transport lines to construction site, implementation of monolithic concrete structures and control and test plan.

The subject of diploma thesis is a detailed building-technological project of construction printer in Zasova. The thesis contains a technical report on the structural and technological project, technical report broader transport relations, including drawings, technical report construction site along with drawings of building equipment, draft mechanical assemblies, technological regulation, inspection and test plan, itemized budget,calculation according THU and the timetable for construction. It also dealt with contract work, environmental protection, safety at work, time and financial plan of the whole building.

The diploma thesis deals with construction technological project of shopping centre Breda & Weinstein in Opava. The thesis handles technological prescriptions of cast-in-place reinforced concrete constructions and ventilated facade made of large format precast elements with graphical surface. There is machine assembly, design of site equipment, control and test plan and computation of time of formwork dismantle for the realization of reinforced concrete constructions. There is also time and financial plan, itemized budget with bill of quantities and construction schedule for earthwork, building foundations and cast-in-place constructions.

This thesis deals with the problem concerning the foundation and operation of forest preschools in the Czech Republic. The first forest preschool in the Czech Republic was founded in 2007 and the number of forest preschool has increased to forty-functioning forest preschools. However the forest preschools do not meet the requirements of preschool services. In the Czech Republic is no legislative rules for the operation of forest preschools. Nevertheless the research from abroad confirmed the positive effect on mental and physical development of children at preschool age. Above that the northern countries, Denmark and Germany support the functioning of the forest preschools. The foundation and the operation of forest preschool in the Czech Republic is accompanied with a lot of unclear issues. Because of that, the feasibility study provide a material which will help to future funders to evaluate the feasibility, reasonableness of the project, provide the information which will influence the operation and the foundation of the forest preschool in their neighborhood. This study investigates the management of a construction project from the building contractor’s point of view. The main aim is to describe the construction readiness process, including the technical drawings, risk assessment and OSH solutions. The literature review provides an overview of the key terminology used in the management of a construction site, contractor readiness and OSH. The practical section of this study then describes order preparation, construction readiness, risk assessment, OSH solutions and fire risk assessment for the I/43 Milonice intersection turn lane.

The main aim of the thesis is to introduce the reader to the issues of preparation and management of buildings from the perspective of the investor. The task of the thesis is to describe the course of individual phases of the project life cycle from the perspective of the investor and creat the relevant documentation for project management. The output of the thesis is a practical demostration of the above-mentioned issues on a real project for a specific client and an analysis of the planned and actual costs needed to ipmplement the project.

This thesis is focused on the developing of the implementation phase of the Hotel MIURA in the village of Čeladná. The project is describing particular stages of technological realization of this construction, technology, implementation of the main subject of hydro-insulation system, including design control and test plan for its implementation, design and description of site equipment, the draft contract for realization. The work is further supplemented by an objects schedule and detailing schedule of the main hotel building, a description of major equipment and materials used, budget for the main calculations of the object and other objects.
