This diploma thesis Healthy lifestyle of pupils of the second grade of selected Prague primary school was prepared with the aim of finding out the healthy lifestyle of the pupils of the given group that is, pupils of the second grade of the Prague school. The standard CINDI Health Monitor method was used for this finding, thanks to which it is possible to compare healthy people's lifestyles across age groups. This method includes a standard set of questions to which probands answer dichotomously or yes-no. Our research has been supplemented by questions specific to our age group. These questions were evaluated by the percentage of positive answers and compared with previous surveys across age groups. Specifically with a group of students and adults over the age of 25. In terms of statistics, a correlate was also used, which better captured the relationship between the given age groups. Another goal of this work was to establish recommendations for the recovery of the health style of students who were the subject of this work, based on the intersection of the results with theoretical background. The COVID-19 pandemic has led to major transformations in education, workplaces, and work-life balance. Though most restrictions have been lifted in Sweden, some processes will likely remain online. This master thesis research collected quantitative data from a sample of university students at Halmstad University regarding the effects the pandemic had on their lives and their personal work preferences. Despite the pandemic leading to major changes both personally and professionally, the results of the study conclude that the pandemic primarily had both good and bad effects on education and did not have a major effect on university students’ outlook on their future in the labor market. Regarding preferences, this study found that there is no consensus. Several of the results are likely the effect of the culture and policies of the Nordic welfare states, which shape and surround this sample. This research contributes to the field of health and lifestyle as it identifies and analyzes potential factors which have strengthened and weakened the sample in focus.

This diploma dissertation is about health concept and contemporary lifestyle of pupils of the 2 nd grade of primary school. I worked with students on 2nd grade Elementary school in Suchdol. Healthy lifestyle is very important as a basic human value. I reseached integration of school subject Health Education acording General Education Plan. I define term health and factors affecting health. The level is depend on education and age. The target of my work is surway about knowledges and awarenes of students on 2nd grade. I put them pretest to find their incoming informations. This result I used for my lesson plans. The basic facts were taken by questionnares. The results were compared and analysed. This reseached found out that informations and knowledges were different. The upper grade was better than lower. These proofs showes that Health Education is one of the most important parts in elementary education. (in English) In the text of this diploma thesis, the author deals with the realization of healthy lifestyle education within the family and the school. Firstly, this thesis sorts accessible information about health and a healthy lifestyle. It looks into the family and school environments, their interaction, and the possibilities to a healthy lifestyle. It describes the main principles of the "Healthy School" program, a health support program, in the following areas: environment, healthy teaching and learning, and open partnership. The aim of the thesis was to determine whether the elementary school Lesní in Liberec still employs the Healthy School program, which it has been involved in since 2002, for its healthy lifestyle teaching. Structured observation via observation sheets, in-depth interview and school documents analysis were used in the case study. The findings are stated in the practical part of the thesis which brings a real perspective on the healthy lifestyle education on the particular school and the issues that may be connected with it.
