Daňové úniky v oblasti zdaňování příjmů umělců

In the text of the thesis there is described, how incomes of artists are taxed. There is also dealt with legislative rules in force in the Czech Republic and double taxation treaties. In connection with legislative rules there are described some legal cases with artists which were solved by the European Court of Justice. According to the theory of taxation there is sketched the problematic of tax evasion, how it is sorted, what is causing it and how to avoid it. In the practical part of this thesis there are analysed incomes of individual artists who provided information about their incomes for the purpose of this thesis. Moreover, there is represented the particularity of the artists’ field. At the end of this thesis, the tax evasion in this field is quantified, conclusions from it drawn and solution suggested.

Obrazy dějin v české filmové a televizní tvorbě 21. století očima mladé generace herců a hereček / Image of history in Czech film and TV production of 21st century in the sight of a young generation of actors and actresses

The aim of this thesis is to capture the view of young (professionally) generation of actors and actresses who have played in at least one film or television film with the theme of the history of the twentieth century, on problems of contemporary history and historical subjects in the film. Another aim is to examine the reflection of the risks or benefits of film processing or historical events affecting the film medium itself, survivors from among the family members of narrators and schooling. Research is conducted through qualitative methods based on interviews with fourteen respondents, together with an analysis of film and television works, in which individual respondents portraying their roles. This is a case study of called "exclusive" group of artists. The thesis also deals with the question of the actor's "empathy" in character. Theses "The Tin Drum - the character of a child as a symbol of revolution, rebellion and war in the film" explores development of a child's character in film. Also in films about the war and revolution. (Go and see ,The White Ribbon, Alice in Wonderland, Threesomes of morals, Long live the Republic, etc ...) The work primarily analyzes the character of Oscar (The Tin Drum) and compares literary text and the movie. At the same time, the thesis further elaborates on the issue of film adaptations of literary works and also raises question of author's own projection into the main character. Although the focus is primarily on analysis of literary and cinematic form of The Tin Drum, this text also mentiones other key frames, on which different ways of working with child actors are portrayed.

This diploma thesis remarks on the beginning of the equality of rights and the complete social recognition of the puppetry in Czech theatres in the years 1973 - 1982. The thesis deals with the history of the East Bohemian theatre DRAK in Hradec Kralove from its foundation, it describes the arrival of the director Josef Krofta, Prague's performances of DRAK in 1977, the first tours abroad, it observes DRAK in the context of totality, it outlines Krofta's directorial principles and the perspective of the DRAK's Theatre poetics within a decade. Significant attention is dedicated to the reconstruction of the top chosen period plays from the DRAK Theatre, directed by Josef Krofta, because these plays reflect the best the emancipation of the Czech puppet theatre.
