To the development of my Diploma Thesis the literature dealing with the issue of the history of gold mining in Pootaví and natural conditions of the region was used. The thesis more closely specifies various historical stages of gold mining in this area and the procedures and methods used by them. The first intensive panning work and the first part of the underground works belong to the 5th century BC. Furthermore, it was found that the most intensive period of mining in this area took place in 13th - 14th century. Major panning works were completed in the course of the 16th century, underground works were finished later, with the exception of the area of Kašperské Hory, where underground mining continued until the beginning of the 20th century. In the last century geological surveys of the paddies found gold in small quantities, which excluded mining from the economical point of view. Geological exploration of the underground deposits of gold in Kašperské Hory was prematurely terminated under the pressure of the public. The practical part consists of conducted panning experiments at several locations using panning pelvis and panning sluice. At all the locations, except one, was the occurrence of gold detected, but in such a small quantities excluding profitable mining from the surface areas.

Subject of the dissertation thesis research is the term Romanticism, in entirety of its existence in thinking about the history of specific Central European literary works. At first the author of the thesis discusses constitution of the term, its revision and basic scope of the revised term use. Introduction of the constitutionalized term as an intersection of judgments, allows us to understand the reasons for its inconsistency and ambiguity in the meaning which were the most significant incentives for the revision of the term. The constitution as well as the concept revision is monitored in terms of interpretation of its meaning, the differentiation of the meaning and its collocability with other terms of the same genus proximum. Use of the revised concept is examined in terms of accentuating the homogeneity and heterogeneity of its meaning. After the establishing the general historical overview of the Romanticism term use, the author of the thesis focuses on its use in the relation with the Czech national literature as a specific, relatively fixed set of material. Author focuses on the application of the term in critical-historical thinking about the modern Czech literature, in the positivist and mindscientific works, and also devotes attention to the interference of Marxist thinking to the structuralistic concept of Czech literature history in relation to the Romanticism and to the current possibilities of the term use. Based on the introduced glimpses into the history of the use of the term Romanticism the author comes to several recommendations for current and future conceptualization of Romanticism, whose validity may also be related to other historical literature terms.

This diploma thesis deals with the development of the mining law in the Czech Republic. The thesis follows the development from the prehistory until the currently upcoming legislation. In the thesis is further elaborated the present legislation of the mining law, with the emphasis on the interpretation of the basic terminology and institutes that are minerals, mineral deposit, extraction, explosives and more.

Using another wording it means the importance of a centre in Christ a centre from and to which aal mortals' ways lead. The triad composed text will be a quide to historic period of Retuňk, a composed work just for itself and its message to contemporary living generations as well. All the roads offered here are Comenius's all-life attitudes with an attention intent on Comenius's world, light and hope. History instructs us on the same matter all the time. The good has been stolen, freedom being brought down, most honest individuals will be like outlaws, prisoners and clients of a execution squad. If our conscience tells us that all that is not right, we should not deny our world, light and hope that centre and all-round frankness. SUMMARY: Title: The development of ski bindings after World War II Objectives: The aim of the work is to capture and describe the major events in the development of the downhill bindings that took place since the end of II. World War II to the present. Methodology: The work has a historical character using histographic methods. In particular, the historical, chronological and direct methods were used. Conclusion: A summary of the data in chronological form enriches the theoretical background of skiing history. This diploma thesis carries the title "Caffeine, its effects on health and its consumption among students of selected secondary schools". In my diploma thesis, I am interested in how many students of selected secondary schools rely on stimulating effects of caffeine during their studies and how caffeine influences them. The key task of the diploma thesis is to find out at what level the knowledge of students of the first and final years of selected secondary schools are in the area of caffeine drinks and beverages, how much relevant information they have about caffeine influence on health and behaviour. Also, how many and what types of caffeine products the pupils most often consume. A questionnaire is used as a research tool to obtain this information. By analysing and comparing the data, I get interesting results that indicate a high consumption of beverages and caffeine-containing foods and show a lack of knowledge about caffeine. At the end of the practical part, I come up with a recommendation for a lesson in Health education, which should be devoted not only to caffeine, its sources and products containing caffeine, but also to its consumption by young people, the risk of addiction and prevention. Práce se zabývá rozpadem Sovětského svazu. Rozebírá politické a hospodářské dějiny SSSR od konce padesátých let až do samotného rozpadu bloku v roce 1991. Dále zobrazuje mocenskopolitický boj mezi hlavními představiteli SSSR v této době. Cílem je nalezení příčin rozpadu a zobrazení hospodářských a politických procesů, které v této době probíhaly a které ke kolapsu vedly.

Cílem této práce je popsat historický vývoj železnice v českých zemích a její hospodářské souvislosti a analyzovat problematiku vybraných státních zásahů v odvětví dopravy. Teoretická část práce nastiňuje hlavní vývojové trendy železnice na našem území od jejích počátků až do období první republiky včetně mezinárodně-politických témat a poukazuje na její ekonomické aspekty (především z pozice průmyslu a zahraničního obchodu). Analytická část práce vychází zejména z přístupu rakouské školy ekonomie a analyzuje dopady i nezamýšlené důsledky postupného zestátňování soukromých železnic a regulace provozování soukromé automobilové dopravy. Tato práce se snaží přiblížit historii železniční dopravy a pomocí ekonomické analýzy prokázat nežádoucí důsledky státních zásahů nejen pro sektor dopravy, ale i ostatní odvětví ekonomiky.

Práce hodnotí státní regulaci účetnictví a účetního výkaznictví v ekonomickém kontextu. Zabývá se dopady jednotlivých regulačních mechanismů na kvalitu účetních standardů a zvažuje alternativy státní regulace účetnictví. Hodnoceny jsou systémy US GAAP, IFRS a národní regulace účetnictví. Vzhledem k těsné souvislosti tématu s kapitálovými trhy je věnována pozornost také specifikům burz cenných papírů.

Práce se zabývá oborem českého lázeňství, podmínkami podnikání v této oblasti a především faktory určujícími konkurenceschopnost českého lázeňství v podmínkách EU. Praktická část zkoumá konkurenceschopnost konkrétního podniku-Lázeňského Sanatoria Royal Mariánské Lázně a.s. Zde je východiskem situační analýza mikro a makroprostředí společnosti, dále analýza jednotlivých částí marketingového mixu společnosti, managementu lázeňské destinace. Aktuální podmínky českého lázeňství v rámci EU jsou charakterizovány z pohledu legislativního, z hlediska financování, struktury lázeňské péče, počtu, struktury a indikací hostů. V práci jsou užity tyto metody- situační analýza, syntéza pomocí SWOT analýzy, PEST analýza pro zhodnocení externích vlivů a analýza marketingového mixu.
