In the area of interest the occurence of selected alien plants have been mapped. Their approximate abundance have been determined, as well as the locality, which is occuppied by certain species and the enviroment in which alien species occurs. The centres, out of which the species spread out have been determined or estimated, as well as have been estimated tendencies for their possible future expansive. The changes in the occurence in stated vegetation periods have also been introduced and the fact whether the species seems to be expansive or stationary. Localities of the occurence of alien plants have been drawn into maps, which are parts of the supplement.

Canopy gaps created by falling or the death of one or more trees in the closed canopy forests are a natural part of the temperate forests in temperate zones. There are studies that describe this disturbing mechanism helpful in forest restoration and regeneration of primary virgin forests. Much more frequent in the forests of the Central European country, however, are secondary forests, which originated in the area after the previous human impact in places that were gradually abandoned and successionally overgrown up to the stage of forest communities. And in this type of forest, I tried to capture the effect and impact on vegetation clearings in the undergrowth. The results, presented in this paper come from the area Doupovské mountains, of the military area Hradiště, where there are fragments of pioneer forests established after the displacement of the population in the 50s of the last century. The goal of this thesis was to find out how these canopy gaps affect species composition and diversity of undergrowth pioneer forests and how important are selected environmental conditions on the composition and diversity of undergrowth vegetation. The trails will be shown in information brochure with photos and information about this area. The brochure will be available in tourist information centre and online on some web page. Methods Analyzes of existing trails in this area, searching for information about interesting places, history and geografical points. Consulting and verifying this information with people from Eagle mountains PLA (Protected Landscepe Area) organization and interviewing locals about this area. Verifying trails by group of cyclists. Results The result of this thesis is a brochure with three bicycle educational trails in eagle mountains. Title: Analysis of the Mountain Rescue Service activities for the period 2010 - 2014 Objectives: The aim of this thesis is the processing and statistical expression hits the Mountain Rescue Service of the Czech Republic for the period 2010 - 2014 in the Czech Republic. Furthemore, the works aims to describe and summarize the historical development of the Mountain Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, describe in detail its site of action and activities where accidents happen frequently. Methods: In this thesis methods are used content analysis and data collection methods of available resources and materials, method of descriptive statistics and subsequent comparison of data. The data obtained are presented through tables and graphs, which are described in detail and reviewed. Results: The result is a comprehensive description of the Mountain Rescue Service of the Czech Republic from inception to the present, its presence and legislative powers.
