Title: The level of motor skills, physical fitness and body composition in preschool children Objectives: 1) To find out the current level of selected motor skills, physical fitness and body composition in preschool children. 2) To find out the interrelationship between selected parameters from the area of motor skills, physical fitness and body composition in preschool children. Methods: The main research method was observation - measurement. The research sample included 35 preschool children (4 - 6 years, M 5.8 ± 0.7 y). Motor skills were measured using the MABC-2 test battery and physical fitness using the Unifittest 6-60 test battery. Furthermore, the body composition was evaluated by BMI index and the skinfold thickness. Obtained data were processed in Microsoft Excel 2007, subjected to descriptive statistical procedures and further analyzed by correlations and Cohen's d. Results: The MABC-2 "aiming and catching" subtest level of preschool children exceeded the population average (10.23 ± 2.2). On the contrary, in subtest "balance" children remained below the population average with a result of 9.5 ± 2.6. Aim: The aim of this study is to assess benefits of therapy by Vojta method and by using the active videogame Nintendo Wii. The manual dexterity and gross motor function were evaluated. Methodology: The study was attended by 14 children aged 6 - 18 years. They were divided into two equal groups. The Vojta method was applied for the first group and exercising with Nintendo Wii for the second group. Each therapy took 30 days. After a 6 months break the two groups were changed. During those 6 months no targeted physiotherapy was done. The manual dexterity and gross motor functions were measured before and after the therapy and 8 weeks after finishing the therapy. The Box and Block test and the Nine Hole Peg test were used for assessment of manual dexterity and GMFM was used for testing of gross motor function. The children completed the PACES questionnaire after each of the interventions. Results: Statistics showed a significant change in the manual dexterity over the time when the Box and Block test was used. A difference between the two types of therapy has not been proven. Results of the Nine Hole Peg test were not statistically significant, neither in time nor when comparing the therapies. GMFM was not statistically significant either. The thesis describes interactions and relationships between selected economic indicators. These indicators are the gross domestic product and the average gross monthly wage. The analysis of these selected indicators, are made for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The work has four main parts, which are divided into several other sections. The first defines the concept of national accounting, the second part contents gross domestic product, the method of its calculating and the frequency of compilation. In the third section is described the field theory of wages and salaries and the concepts such as minimum wage, the average gross monthly wage and median wage and salary are defined. In this two chapters are compared selected countries on the basis of the tables and graphs of selected indicators. The last chapter analyzes the relationships between selected economic indicators in selected countries based on quarterly data from the years 2001-2013.

The master thesis is focused on the issue of taxation of wages and employee benefits for large entities. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basic concepts of monetary and non-monetary remuneration regarded to their impact on income tax, considering to employees and employers. The analytical and proposal part of the thesis contain an analysis of less-used employee benefits and forms of remuneration and the impact on the financial situation of both involved parties.

This project deals with analysis of brute force attacks focused on breaking authentication of common services (especially ssh) of Linux and xBSD operating systems. It also examines real attacks, actual tools and ways of detection of theese attacks. Finaly there are designed new mechanisms of coordination and evaluation of distributed brute force attacks in distributed environment. These mechanisms are then implemented in distributed system called DBFAP.

The subject of this thesis is the solution of building technology project poly-functional complex with a focus on execution of construction. Gross building is designed reinforced concrete skeleton combined with masonry. Technology will be developed Code for reinforced concrete monolithic frame and masonry. On the techno-logical stage it will be processed inspection and test plan and the balance of the major sources for the implementation of reinforced concrete structures 1.NP. The thesis is a proposal for construction site, which is complemented by a social facilities and offices. For an overall view of the construction of a multifunctional complex is processed time and financial plan, which will be further elaborated for building construction B. Availability of supply is verified by the design of routes. Like other task will be processed proposal formwork system for con-struction 1.NP Building B.

Purpose of this master’s thesis is to compile structurally – technological aspects of the project of new housing building in Brno. Thesis concentrates on technological phase of upper rough construction, which involves prescriptions for masonry of walls and constructions from reinforced concrete. Thesis is also includes suggestions of constellation of machines, time plan, supplying of construction site, rules of workplace safety, quality requirements, solutions for organization of construction and maintenance of the building. Conclusion of this master’s thesis is comparison of different systematical variations of constructing peripheral wall based on many structurally – technological factors.

Writing of this master thesis was stimulated by my participation on compulsory practice and the level of its interest. The master thesis includes the description and technical documentation for the construction of the reinforced concrete building foundations. The aim of this thesis is to solve the method and potential problems of the concreting. As for the concreting machinery, I suggested to use the machines (mixer truck and mobile concrete pump) from the nearby concrete plant to reduce the total transportation costs. I’ve made an analysis of machine renting fees and price of fresh concrete between local distributors. The main contribution of the master thesis is acquaintance with the construction of the apartment building and with a practical side of preparations before the construction begins.

This diploma thesis examines the influence of specific learning disabilities on the gross motor skills of pupils at primary schools. The primary objective is to find out which specific learning disability affects gross motor skills and thus may have an impact on physical education difficulties. To achieve the primary goal, I chose a partial goal, which is to find out whether over the past ten years has increased or decreased the number of pupils with specific learning disabilities in primary schools. The secondary objective is to determine the awareness of PE teachers in primary schools about the issue of specific learning disabilities and to consider pupils in physical education lessons if they experience specific learning disabilities. The analysis of literature and questionnaire will be used to achieve these goals. The questionnaire survey was carried out by means of an electronic questionnaire, which was filled in by 55 respondents from primary schools in the Central Bohemia Region. The subject of the thesis is the use of musical activities in the development of graphomotor skills of preschool children. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the problem of harmonization of music and movement at the level of gross and fine motor skills. It also deals with the issue of laterality and its distinctness. The practical part contains a detailed case study of a boy with a disadvantageous type of laterality and follows the development of his graphomotor skills during 15 lessons, the core of which are musical activities for the development of graphomotor skills of preschool children. I used multiple complementary research methods in the in-depth case study, which were participant observation, mother interview, open-ended questionnaire, family and personal history, and PPP report. The action research was conducted over a ten-month period, with the boys being 4 years and 3 months old at the start of the research. The practical part of the thesis analyses the action research data and evaluates the overall impact of specific musical activities in the development of preschool children's graphomotor skills.
