The main goal of diploma thesis is to propose a model for metrics description and metrics themselves, which will be used for different project areas effectiveness and performance evaluation during core banking systems implementation. The second goal is to describe metrics using MBI (Management of Business Informatics) model and compare results. The thesis has the next structure: - theoretical part, where main terms and research works which addressed to the same topic are described; -analytical part, where models for metrics description and metrics will be introduced; - conclusion, where results will be evaluated and models will be compared.

This diploma thesis focuses on design of an accommodation guest house – apartments and stables. The apartment object has two above-ground floors and a partial basement. Two social rooms and a room for staff are located in the part of the basement that reaches above ground. The dinning room, sanitary facilities and apartments for people with reduced mobility are located on the first floor. Four apartments are located in a residential attic. The recreational building is made of ceramic bricks and has a gabled roof and counter skylights. The agricultural building will be used for stabling horses, parking agricultural machinery and storing hay and feed. Stables are designed as a timber frame construction with a supporting frame made of timber pillars coated with the Fermacell boards. The building has a gabled roof with a skylight above the horse boxes for ventilation. The thesis contains drawings and technical documentation and it is composed as an implementation project.

Thesis deals with design and integration of enterprise information system in a manufacturing company. Main part of this work is to design a detailed plan of implementation including identification of critical factors and ensure the prerequisites for system operation. The outcome of this work is to create the asset for both sides of contractual relationship.

Studies in recent years have revealed the challenges involved in deploying ERP solutions due to its complexity. Before attempting to implement ERP systems, it is essential to study various aspects such as project management, training, and change management in detail to manage the associated risks. When an ERP project is undertaken with insufficient planning, it may result in failure to integrate business processes and in substantial financial loss. Research has been pursued to identify critical risk/failure factors that may arise during implementation and the measures that should be taken to manage them. However, there is lack of research in identifying the management of critical risk/failure factor using a structured methodology. This raises a question of ‘can a structured methodology identify and manage critical risk/failure factors and support deploying ERP solutions with a better quality?’ A study of Microsoft Sure Step Methodology is performed to identify critical risk/failure factors that frequently occur during ERP implementation. These factors are derived from 8 articles. On determining critical risk/failure factors, we investigated if Sure Step methodology likely contains procedures that approach these factors.

The goal of submitted thesis is to select and perform an implementation of an information system. This thesis contains an assessment of current state of the company, an assessment of alternative information systems, the selection of the particular system, implementation plan and also economic evaluation of selected option.

The submitted diploma thesis deals with the design of a new building for public amenities - Educational and cultural centre in the cadastral area of the municipality Wallachian Bystřice. The building is of a complex ground plan shape that should symbolize crystal growing from the hillside. The building is located in the centre of the village. The building is designed as a single-storey with a technical floor for pipework and ductwork. The building is based on the foundation slab. The bearing structure of the building is created from a reinforced concrete load-bearing wall in combination with wooden circular columns and sandwich panels from KVH profiles. The roof is formed by circular purlins and rafters. The roof structure is a single casing green intensive and extensive. In terms of the features, the building is divided into two main parts consisting of the exhibition part and the congress part, both units have their own entrances and sanitary facilities.

This thesis suggests implementation of human resources management system to manage project portfolio in small organizations. Main gist is implementation and demonstration of the system, that is able to assign human resources to planned projects. The thesis also provides basic theory of projects and human resources management in projects. Based on this theory the system is analysed, designed and implemented.

Предметом исследования является система организационно-экономических отношений, возникающих в процессе перехода промышленного предприятия к стратегии концентрической диверсификации. Научная новизна диссертационного исследования заключается в разработке теоретико-методического обеспечения повышения конкурентоспособности промышленного предприятия, направленного на успешную и эффективную концентрическую диверсификацию деятельности хозяйствующего субъекта на основе интеграции концепции Бережливого производства с использованием методологии проектного управления. / The purpose of the dissertation research is the development of a conceptual platform for increasing the competitiveness of a production enterprise on the basis of the joint application of Lean Manufacturing Principles and the strategy of concentric diversification using the methodology of project management. The object of research is the market activity of an industrial enterprise. The subject of the study is the system of organizational and economic relations that arise during the transition of an industrial enterprise to the strategy of concentric diversification. The scientific novelty of the dissertation research is to develop a theoretical and methodological support for increasing the competitiveness of an industrial enterprise aimed at successful and effective concentric diversification of the business entity's activities based on the integration of the Lean Manufacturing concept using the project management methodology.

The object of the study is the information system of inventory management in the exploration company. Subject of the study - business process of inventory management. The practical significance of the research is significant and can have a direct impact on the transparency of the entire supply chain, making informed management decisions and improving operational efficiency. Scientific novelty of the work is to improve the organization and control of the supply process of the company under consideration through the introduction of inventory management system. / Цель выпускной квалификационной работы – повышение эффективности процесса материально-технического снабжения за счет внедрения информационной системы управления запасами. Объект исследования – информационная система управления запасами в геологоразведочной компании. Предмет исследования – бизнес-процесс управления запасами. Практическая значимость проводимого исследования существенна и может оказывать непосредственное влияние на прозрачность всей цепочки поставок, принятии обоснованных управленческих решений и повышение операционной эффективности. Научная новизна работы заключается в усовершенствовании организации и контроля процесса снабжения рассматриваемой компании за счет внедрения системы управления запасами.

This diploma thesis deals with information systems for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and its combination with one of the main recent information technology trends -- Cloud Computing. CRM systems represent fundamental company software. Thanks to Cloud Computing ideas CRM is available now via communication networks as a service with all its relevant benefits and risks. The goal of this thesis is to evaluate CRM provided as a software service, to compare a traditional deployment of CRM as on-premise software with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), to identify its advantages and disadvantages and finally to offer answers and evaluation of the main Cloud CRM risks. The first part describes CRM background and Cloud Computing principles. The second part compares on-premise and SaaS deployments and evaluates its benefits and risks including a detail cost analysis. The last part deals with Cloud CRM integration possibilities and practical implementation experience including a case study. This thesis offers the answers to bridge the gap between the theoretical and the practical Cloud CRM experience as the main benefit.
