This thesis is engaged in composition and resulting analysis of financial and management statements of the company enterprised in a traffic sector. It evaluates their need of composition and their predicable ability.

This diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the actual situation of the company by SWOT analysis, Porter's five forces analysis and selected indicators of financial analysis. The problems identified by these indicators are further elaborated, compared with competitive company operating in the same branch and used a propsal of improvements. This proposal should contribute to better performance appraising company in the future.

The primary purpose of this thesis is to describe all areas of presentation of the financial statements in shareholders corporation according to the Czech accounting standards and Czech legal environment. Theoretical part of the thesis describes the general principles of the preparation of the financial statements followed by detailed analysis of four key areas associated with the financial statements. Theoretical part starts with focus on the year ending accounting procedures including inventory, control of accruals and deferrals, impairment of assets, depreciation, appreciation and tax due as well as deferred tax. Subsequently, it describes the actual closing of the accounts followed by the description of the financial statements. Theoretical part is completed by description of all related subsequent events such as audit, declaration of taxes, preparation of annual report and publication duties of the corporation. Practical part of the thesis focused on application of the theoretical findings on the process of the 2008 financial statements preparation of Planet A Corporation and evaluation of the financial statements and accounting as a true presentation of the company. Discrepancies and potential mistakes were commented with recommendation of possible solutions presented to the company management. Finally, the financial statements were considered as representing the true financial situation of the company.

This work is focused on clarifying the concept of financial statements from the perspective of the Czech accounting regulation and International Financial Reporting Standards. The first part gives a description of the rules governing accounting and reporting in both concepts. Followed by the definition of the contents of financial statements, principles and procedures of drawing up financial statements in terms of Czech legislation and in accordance with IFRS. Other chapter deals with the analysis of the fundamental differences between these two concepts. The last part lists specific financial statements established pursuant to Czech legislation with the summary of the main differences compared to IFRS.

This thesis with title „A Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan consist of three parts. The first part deals with theoretical basis of financial planning, strategic analysis and financial analysis. The second part deals analysis of situation the company. The last part the financial plan for the years 2017-2020 is designed. Finally, the proposed financial plan is evaluated.

This master’s thesis deals with topic of financial planning of the company. The first part of the thesis describes the theoretical background, whose knowledge is necessary for drawing up the financial plan. Subsequently, the thesis is focused on introducing the selected company Then the necessary analyzes, strategic and financial, will be carried out to evaluate the current situation of the company, which serves as a basis for the financial plan itself. That will soon be drawn up for the next three marketing years. The final part of the thesis includes evaluation and feedback of this financial plan.

This master´s thesis is focused on the complete financial situation assessment of the company Lázně Poděbrady, a.s. in years 2004 – 2008. The theoretical part describes an issue of financial analysis and the practical part contains financial analysis of this company. The last part includes suitable suggestions for improvement of financial situation of the company.

This Master´s thesis analyses the economic and financial situation of VEBA, the textile company, Plc in years 2002 – 2006. It includes also proposals and disposals for improvement of the present statue with consideration of the company possibilities.

The main goal of this diploma work is description of basic principles of International accounting Financial Reporting Standards. There are described the main differences between legilature of Czech republic and these standards. Practice part of the work demonstrates crucial diferences in lease.

This thesis with title „Proposal of the Company's Financial Plan“ consists of theoretical and practical parts. Theoretical part deals with theoretical ways out of financial planning. In the practical part there are performed the analyses of contemporary state of company. Afterwards there is the financial plan alone made-up for the years 2009 – 2011. The end of my practical part is formed by evaluation of created financial plans.
