The main goal of this work is to analyze the information needs of a translation agency, with an emphasis on optimizing and automatization of the translation processes. The analysis is the base for the design of an information system for this agency. This work includes the system design and also the choice of technologies. The system manages regular agenda of information systems and also the translation processes. Except for human users the system is using also a number of automatic tools and other software systems. The order and elements in translation processes may change, therefore the system allows user configuration of processes. There is also time consumption estimation for the project and methodology selection for the analysis.

The thesis deals with the internal audit and controlling and with implementation of these two disciplines in practise. Thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with the definition of internal audit and controlling, describes the history, definitions, tools and the roles of these two disciplines. The practical part is focused on individual section of company and their evaluation based on the results of internal audit and controlling of information system.

This thesis aims to propose an improvement to the information system of JOBINN&HOSTESSINN s.r.o. Agency employment has some specificities that the information system must account for. The first part of this thesis describes JOBINN&HOSTESSINN s.r.o., compares it to the competition, and analyzes the current information system. The second part proposes improvements to remove a fundamental problem and recalculates the return on investment.

The main goal of this diploma thesis was optimization of the logistic system in company dealing with distribution of plants and products for garden. At first I had to analyze the logistic system about flow of information and goods, after that describe critical factors who can disrupt continuity and efficieny of the logistics system and finally find the way how make the system better and how reduce logistics costs. I found these critical factors: 1)Information system used by copany does not support all processes between Ferencik s.r.o copany and their supplier. This makes the system slower and inexact. 2) Only three members from ?association of gardeners? are using the information system. This waken strong possition of assotion. 3) Too small place of warehouse and store is not comfortable for employee and customers. Recommendations are these. Company has to find the way, how connect their system with supplier system. Also prepare course for ?association of gardeners? and show them the information systém. Build new bigger store with large warehouse.

The aim of this thesis is to examine the current activities of the Crisis Staff of the South Bohemian Region and find weaknesses that could be improved. The integral part of the work is the position of the Crisis Staff of the South Bohemian Region in the system of crisis management in the Czech Republic and a description of its development in time. There were used analyzes to identify sub-optimally operated activities - excessive processing of documentary materials, to ensure trouble-free operation of used information technologies, minimizing the number of used information systems, the distribution of individual workers in the area and optimization of their number. Activities were examined with emphasis on their contribution to the final work of the Crisis Staff of the South Bohemian Region. There is a layout of information flows and documents and there are listed activities that need to be executed with each document. The thesis proposes measures leading to more efficient use of workers and machinery in the above-mentioned areas - document management, mostly in electronic form (except for the key documents) and the consequent security of document repository (physical and data). Conversion of connection plans to electronic form, using the system of the Contacts for Regional Office for South Bohemia, facilitates activity in searching contacts of interest persons and entities and management of their contact details. To improve the member activity of the Crisis Staff of the South Bohemian Region it is designed to minimize the number of used information systems, implement rules of risk communication and accomplish groups' relocation to isolated areas.

This thesis deals with innovations in freight transport, especially from the perspective of information and communication technologies. It identifies key strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats in an implementation of innovations. Its main contribution is the linking of current informatics trends with specific trends of the rail freight sector in the Czech Republic in relation to the regulation and harmonization of the European Union. One of the important objectives of today's enterprise informatics is support of the strategic management. Based on the test the validity of the working hypothesis, according to which companies in the rail freight don't use strategic management tools enough, it makes recommendations for innovation in the sector. The thesis also briefly presents some innovative applications of Czech IT developers. It is a comprehensive material from which the Chief information officer (CIO) can get basic orientation in the rail freight sector. It may also serve as an inspiration for companies that want to enter the market, or are already operating on it and want to achieve competitive advantage through innovation.

The thesis deals with the definition of the position of churches and religious societies in the Czech Republic. It focuses on the Act of state property settlement with churches and religious communities and its impact on financing and financial management of these nonprofit organizations. The thesis outlines different options of bookkeeping for churches or religious societies, dedicates to the changes caused by the amendment of the Accounting Act and Decree no. 504/2002 Coll., the establishment of Decree no. 325/2015 Coll., which deals with the reintroduction of simple accounting. The paper specifies various tax benefits for nonprofit organizations respectively churches and religious communities and tax obligations related to the economic activity of nonprofit organizations. The thesis identifies revenues and expenses which generate organizational units of The Czechoslovak Hussite Church, how they are budgeted and who supervises them in the organizational structure. The thesis also describes the implementation of a new accounting and information system at the level of the Diocese of The Czechoslovak Hussite Church. This was caused by the acquisition of restituted property and accounting of restitution and received operating grants according to the requirements of government departments. The end of the paper deals with multi-source financing of The Czechoslovak Hussite Church.

This master's thesis aims to develop a contact information sofware management system. This system is designed to support gathering, integration, synchronization and redistribution of contact information. The basis for the desing is research of theoretical sources, which puts the problem of contact information management into broader context. Based on information gathered in the research part this thesis chooses a suitable software development methodology to follow during the design phase. Before the actual design is started, the theoretical requirements are put to test against user requirements collected through interviews and a survey. The development follows the Software Development Lide Cycle model and results in a coarse-grained design. The major contributions of this thesis are primarily setting the problem of contact information management into broader context, which is poorly covered in literature and research, and performing user requirements analysis by a survey and interviews (which is something that has not been publicly done before).

The master´s thesis „Study of the of the order in the selected business” is focused on the analyse of the manufacturing order flow in the company První brněnská strojírna Velká Bíteš, a. s. Thesis is divided onto three particular parts. Theoretical part is focused on the research of the professional literature elaborating topics related to process engineering and order management. Analytical part includes description of current state of the manufacturing order flow through the company and SWOT analyses. Proposal part intends to find and elaborate a possible improvement in order to optimize current process.

The possible structu-re of the RFP is suggested for potential suppliers of solutions.
