Para tanto, foram observa-dos dois grupos de mulheres - o grupo de trabalhadoras da Cooperativa dos Trabalhadores no Calçado do Jardim Liberato/Boa Saúde Ltda, de Novo Hamburgo e o grupo de trabalhadoras do bairro Restinga, de Porto Alegre. As relações comunicacionais realizadas pelas mulheres dos dois grupos são elementos que, mesmo atravessados pelos processos midiáticos, presentes hoje na vida delas, se processam ao longo da sua história, e são pertencentes apenas a sua rea-lidade, sem serem representados pelos meios de comunicação, nos seus saberes cotidianos. Pressupondo-se que as atitudes e procedimentos adotados pelas mulheres normalmente são de contribuição para o desenvolvimento de outros processos de avanço daqueles grupos, inclusi-ve na sua organização fam / The thesis The mediation of the women in the constitution of the informal nets of communica-tion is on the idea of communication between women, through their speeches expressed and not expressed, and organized in the perspective of the groups where they are inserted. For that, at the group of workers of the Cooperative of Workers in the Footwear, of Boa Saúde quarter and Jardim Liberato, of Novo Hamburgo and the group of workers of the Restinga quarter had been observed two groups of women -, of Porto Alegre.
