The thesis is focused on building technology solutions for the construction department store. The front of the main entrance, designed for base personnel has two floors; the rest designed for the sale is single-storey. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete skeleton hall. Roofing is solved by a flat roof consisting of sales of reinforced concrete beams with a slope of 3 %, with the roofing sheet ALKORPLAN. The two-storey part of the roof is again dealt with a flat roof, consisting of ceiling panels and concrete catchment slope of 2 %, the roofing sheet ALKORPLAN. External walls are designed sandwich panels KINGSPAN. Walls and ceilings are dealt with plasterboard. The floors are made of linoleum and ceramic tiles. The building is equipped with aluminum windows, interior doors are made of wood. Outdoor and entrance doors are made from aluminum. This thesis addresses the implementation of technology, organization of construction, time demands, costs to implement the object, control over the implementation – KZP, coordination situation, and instructions for use of the building after its handover to the owner.

The subject of this thesis is a construction technology project Areal triangle in the town of. The work includes a technical report on the structural and technological project technical report construction site along with drawings of building equipment, technological prescription for the implementation process of monolithic structures, being associated inspection and test plan, as well as draft mechanical assemblies, technical report broader transport relations, including drawings, itemized budget calculation according THU and the timetable for construction. It also dealt with contract work, instructions for use of the building and assess two variants of cranes in economic terms. Also at work are chapters dealing with safety at work and environmental protection. More specifically, the work deals with one of the main buildings, namely the object SO10 - Building A. The construction is a reinforced concrete monolith on five floors. The work is mainly focused on the shell construction.

The aim of this master's thesis is the construction-technological project of the entire building focusing on major construction building - Multifunctional house, which is based on large-diameter piles. The main part of thesis are budget of object and time schedules of construction. Part of the thesis is organization of construction and design of the site eguipment, technological regulation of selected work, quality control and solving transport relations including oversize cargo. It also deals with the design of mechanical assemblies, health and safety, safety of environment and design of instructions for use of building.
