Studium účinků pasivních silových složek řezání na obráběný povrch / An Experimental Study of the Impact of Passive Forces of Cutting on a Machined Surface

Slaný, Martin January 2013 (has links)
This dissertation thesis focuses on the evaluation of modern machine tools, especially tools for finishing operations, with which the effect of the passive force components on the machining process is evaluated. The thesis will examine the analysis of creating chips and circumstances that accompany this process and substantially involve the formation of a new surface. The analysis of the process of the recording of the power load of the MT3 tool takes place in the experimental part of the thesis. MT3 is a reaming head intended for finishing holes at high cutting speeds (100-200 m.min-1) with removal of small cross section AD (0.024 mm2) chips. Particular attention is paid to the newly created profile from the surface after machining and evaluation of changes in geometry and loading of the cutting edge, which is significantly reflected in the establishment and the development of passive forces.

Jak sociální pracovníci pracují s teoriemi sociální práce / How do social workers work with the theories of social work

MYŠÁKOVÁ, Hana January 2019 (has links)
This diploma thesis is dealing with social work theories and their usage in practice of social workers. Theoretical part describes their historical evolution until actual crisis of social work. Afterwards it is aimed on specific model, task centred approach. This approach has in Czech environment exceptional position, because it shows parallels with Act on social services and Standards of social services quality. Conclusion of theoretical part is dedicated to relationship between how social workers use in their practice social work theories and how this state is reflected in their professionality. Practical part is processed in form of qualitative research in which ten social workers took part. Through half structured interview were mapped if and which way social workers are using in their practice social work theories, and their experiences with task centred approach. Results of research, which are more closely elaborated within final discussion showed suppressed importance of theories. Social workers usually in their practice are not using specific theory (nor task centred approach), but they more rely on "their own theories" or internal rules of organization where they work.

Ochrana osobnosti v souvislosti s poskytováním zdravotních služeb / Protection of personality rights in relation to the provision of health services

Toužimská, Eliška January 2015 (has links)
The concept of personality rights and their protection, as well as the view on provision of health services has changed a lot. In relation to recent development in the field of private law there is a need to examine the aspects of personality rights separatelyy and also in broughter context. This Master's thesis sets as its goal to follow the current legislation and to point out situations where the personality rights can be especially endangered. The second goal is to evaluate current legal issues in foreign countries of the protection of personality rights in relation to the provision of health services in order to see if there is a probability that Czech law will have to deal with similar problems in the future as well. In the first part the concept of personality rights and their protection is introduced. The aspects related to the provision of health services that may be especially endangered are highlighted. Also the possibilities of resolving situations where there is infringement of personality rights are presented. The second part, which is also the most comprehensive of the thesis, deals with the specific institutes that help the protection of the personality rights in the field of health services. These include primarily informed consent, the way of providing it and the consequences of...

Návrh metody pro hodnocení bezpečnostních zranitelností systémů / Design of methodology for vulnerability assesment

Pecl, David January 2020 (has links)
The thesis deals with the assessment of security vulnerabilities. The aim of this work is to create a new method of vulnerability assessment, which will better prioritize critical vulnerabilities and reflect parameters that are not used in currently used methods. Firstly, it describes the common methods used to assess vulnerabilities and the parameters used in each method. The first described method is the Common Vulnerability Scoring System for which are described all three types of scores. The second analysed method is OWASP Risk Rating Methodology. The second part is devoted to the design of the own method, which aims to assess vulnerabilities that it is easier to identify those with high priority. The method is based on three groups of parameters. The first group describes the technical assessment of the vulnerability, the second is based on the requirements to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the asset and the third group of parameters evaluates the implemented security measures. All three groups of parameters are important for prioritization. Parameters describing the vulnerability are divided into permanent and up-to-date, where the most important up-to-date parameter are Threat Intelligence and easy of exploitation. The parameters of the impact on confidentiality, integrity and availability are linked to the priority of the asset, and to the evaluation of security measures, which increase the protection of confidentiality, integrity and availability. The priority of the asset and the quality of the countermeasures are assessed based on questionnaires, which are submitted to the owners of the examined assets as part of the vulnerability assessment. In the third part of the thesis, the method is compared with the currently widely used the Common Vulnerability Scoring System. The strengths of the proposed method are shown in several examples. The effectiveness of prioritization is based primarily on the priority of the asset and the security measures in place. The method was practically tested in a laboratory environment, where vulnerabilities were made on several different assets. These vulnerabilities were assessed using the proposed method, the priority of the asset and the quality of the measures were considered, and everything was included in the priority of vulnerability. This testing confirmed that the method more effectively prioritizes vulnerabilities that are easily exploitable, recently exploited by an attacker, and found on assets with minimal protection and higher priority.
