The topic of the Master's Thesis is an evaluation of a real prepared development project considering strategic analysis. The strategic analysis contains an evaluation of current and expected macroeconomic situation including development of residential market in whole Czech Republic and Prague. The aim is to give a recommendation to investors whether to realize intended investment or not. The theoretical part clarifies specifics of investment decisions, defines entry parameters for investment evaluation and as well as introduces of particular stages of the evaluated investment project. In conclusion of theoretical part is described risk analysis. Introduction of the practical part is presentation of chosen development project. It is followed by analysis of its internal a external potential. After that comes the definition of entry values for evaluation of project by dynamic methods. The conclusion of the practical part includes sensitivity analysis and complex evaluation of investment project.

Diploma thesis has a character of a feasibility study which may serve for implementation of a smaller development project. This project is focused on the creation of student dormitory on university level by reconstructing an administration building. The goal of the thesis is to present a basic structure of implementation of such development project from construction and operation view and in terms of financial evaluation based on requirements of a private investor. Furthermore, the document describes in detail the Slovak accommodation market, reasons for such an investment, aspects of reconstruction, operating plan and financial side of the entire investment. The goal of this Diploma Thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of agricultural company AGRO BYSTŘICE a. s. (JSC) in their investment decisions. The thesis has been divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part has been dealing with the investment's issues as well as with the profitability of investment projects. It continues with the subject of financial analysis and its individual indicators. The practical part concentrates on the company AGRO BYSTŘICE a.s. issues and its investment project. It evaluates the economic profitability of the given project by means of theoretical findings. It considers the results of financial analysis of the company before and after the implementation of investment project.

This diploma thesis solves the evaluation of the economic efficiency of the investment - Municipal Library in Třinec. The aim of the work was to verify the effectiveness of this project using the CBA analysis. The theoretical part generally describes concepts such as investments, public contracts, public projects, the life stage of the project and, above all, the evaluation of the effectiveness of investment projects. The practical part deals with the effectiveness of the investment from the operational data provided by the library, which is compared with the planned variant.

The subject of the master’s thesis is a economic and financial evaluation of leisure time activities project. In the theoretical part, I deal with public sector, life cycle of a project, feasibilty study and cost methods. In the practical section I evaluate the project in therms of economic and financial feasibility. I compare multiple project options. I compare the results of my findings and I am trying to find out the best variant.

The aim of the thesis is to prepare a feasibility study of a multifunctional house in Humpolec and to evaluate the profitability of the project in the first 30 years of its operation. The evaluation of the project includes an initial financial analysis and two other possible situations. The theoretical part defines the basic information about the division of construction contract, the process of preparation and implementation of the project, types of financing investment projects, economic indicators and analyzes. In the practical part are given basic information multifunctional object. This is the site of construction, the character of the proposed building, including its planned use, financing and the three types of scenarios already mentioned. This is the baseline scenario, the optimistic scenario and the pessimistic scenario. At the end of the thesis there will be evaluated all investigated situations.

This thesis deals with the issue of assessing the effectiveness of public investment. The first part of the thesis is theoretical. The life cycle of the building is defined in the introduction. The feasibility studies and methods for evaluating the effectiveness of public projects are subsequently described. The practical part of the thesis is aimed at assessing the effectiveness of the public investment project. The evaluated project is the building of a kindergarten in a small village. The eCBA application was used to evaluate the efficiency. A quantitative analysis of the risks related to the project is carried out at the end of this thesis.

The thesis deals with the evalutation, which of the variants of the project investment is the most advantageous to the developer. The thesis is divided to the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is dedicaded to the explanation of terms associated with the investment, the investment project, the price determination and valuation of the real estates. There are also explained the terms related to the development projects and the real estate market. At last but not least, the theoretical part clarifies, how is the tax burden applicated to the practical part. The practical part is dedicated to the options such as sale, rent and partical sale of the real structural object, which is located in Prague, Brno and Ostrava. In conclusion, all of the variants are appraised for every city.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the evaluation of a selected investment project of the company. The first part defines the theoretical basis, which describes the investments, financial analysis, investment evaluation methods, and risks, which form the basis for the processing of the analytical part. The second part deals with the basic financial analysis of the company in order to evaluate the financial condition of the company. Furthermore, the investment project itself is evaluated, where also risks are determined, from the perspective of cash flows and the implementation of the project. Finally, based on the performed analyses, the investment opportunity and its weaknesses are comprehensively evaluated, through which is recommended the implementation or rejection of the investment plan.

The following text is devoted to wind power stations. It shows basic distribution of wind engine according to the principle of their function and suitability of their use for power generation. It shows the parameters that must satisfy the suitable sites for building wind power stations and it shows wind maps of the Czech Republic. There are described some of the most frequently installed machines in the Czech Republic. Next chapters describe the economics running part of wind power stations; analyze the basic cost-sharing, mention methods of tax depreciation of tangible assets, the redemption value of electrical energy from renewable sources. There are chosen some of the most used methods for assessment the economic efficiency of wind power stations. There are common methods of static and dynamic in terms of time value of money, the possibilities and limitations of their use. This information is a basis for designing and implementing a program to calculate the economic efficiency of wind power station. The goal is to create a computer program based on your input values and calculation methods to calculate the economic indicators and economic effectiveness of project wind power station in terms of total investment coasts and on equity capital projects. Based on evaluation of data it will be ready to determine whether the investment in to the construction of wind power station can provide the required funding.
