In this master´s thesis I deal most with methods of economical effectivity of investments in electricity distribution and transmition from suppliers to final customers and also with methodology of economical investment effectivity in company E.ON. This proposal of evaluation methodology determines net present value, internal rate of return, and return period of a particular investment project. These surveyed values are determined from yearly net Cash Flow (CF) or from cumulated net CF. I have chosen program Microsoft Office Excel 2003 for its relatively easy input of parameters, simple assemble of calculation algorithm and also for convenient way of calculation results presentation.

The main goal of this graduation thesis is to prepare a prospectus for application of a new investment for Střední škola řemesel Třebíč. The thesis is composed of a theoretical introduction and a preparation of the prospectus. The praktical part consists of economic estimation of future plans.

This Master’s thesis analyses current financial strategy of MAGNETON a.s. and investigates the influence of the investment plan on MAGNETON´S growth in the world market. The outcome of this thesis is the appraisal of effects and risks of the intended investment and proposal of the optimal way for future financing.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou výstavby a provozování fotovoltaické elektrárny v podmínkách České republiky. Diplomová práce se skládá z části teoretické, analytické a návrhové. V části teoretické kde jsou rozebrána teoretická východiska, která jsou následně aplikována v dalších částech. Analytická část pojednává o podmínkách a překážkách výstavby a provozu fotovoltaických elektráren na území ČR. Část návrhová obsahuje vlastní návrh možných řešení fotovoltaické elektrárny a doporučení nejvhodnějšího řešení.

This thesis is focused on estimation of investment project in limited company called GSR s.r.o. The investment goes to the company area, which includes an administration building with its offices and store. The area location should be in Uherské Hradiště or its near surroundings. GSR s.r.o. is going to buy a piece of land according to above mentioned requirements and builds the administration building itself. The main aim of this thesis is to compare two possibilities – to sale this finished company area or to lease the finished company area for 20 years and to sale after 20 years.

Annotation This Master’s thesis deals with obtaining grants from EU funds that are specified for railroad development in the Czech Republic – modernization, reconstruction, interconnection and making the railroad traffic accessible for the whole Europe. In parlance of the Czech Republic the word modernization means speeding up the trains. In my Master’s thesis I would like to describe you the way how to evaluate the efficiency of the project “Reconstruction of Railroad Station in Olomouc” by means of main economic indexes (IRR, BCR, NPV) and further familiarize you with the Benefit 7+ form used for raising money from EU structural funds. I also would like to introduce you the procedure of elaborating required scheme used in economic evaluation – cost and benefits analysis (CBA). This scheme is absolutely necessary in order to get the grants from abovementioned EU structural funds concerning any investment project in the Czech Republic.

This master thesis focuses on selecting the best variant of the business plan for renewable energy, particularly solar power. Analyzes the current situation in the Czech Republic, surroundings and home environment for renewables. Several investment proposals with investment efficiency evaluation methods chosen the best option is acceptable for implementation.

In the practical part I will introduce selected company where I will focus more to the evaluation of the past and present. I will formulate the financial and strategic analysis, analysis of the external environment SLEPTE and the five forces analysis by Porter. All these analysis will provide data for SWOT analysis completion. In proposals, I will mention the investment plan of the company, describe in detail the characteristics and reasons for the company's decision to implement it. I will calculate the net present value using the discounted capital expenditure and receipts, then further profitability index, payback period and internal rate of return will be calculated.

The subject of this thesis is to evaluate the economic efficiency and financing of the investment project. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the basic theoretical knowledge in the field of investment decisions and the description of the main methods of assessing the effectiveness of investments. Another part explains the theoretical knowledge of financial and strategic analysis that affect investment decisions. The practical part of the work captures analysis of current state of the selected company. This analysis is the basis for drafting of the third part, which contains the proposals and recommendations of the investment project.
