Analýza využití Internetu v českých podnicích / The use of Internet in business in Czech Republic: analysis

This diploma thesis analyses the use of Internet in business in Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into several chapters, where the author briefly discusses the development of Internet infrastructure in Czech Republic and the history of Czech e-business. Furthermore the author discusses and analyses the use of Internet and related services and tools for business in Czech Republic. The payment systems and methods of Internet advertising are discussed and individually compared in a separate section of the thesis. Chapters 3 and 4 analyze current (February 2009) statistical data on Internet use in business in general and for the Internet advertising market in detail. Finally, the author points out some common mistakes entrepreneurs make regarding the use of Internet.

The main purpose of this diploma thesis is to analyse the extent to which is the use of internet websites exploited by logistic companies. After executing an audit, the determined results are evaluated and some correct solutions are proposed. The diploma thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical section. The theoretical section is concerned with essential aspects of high-quality websites. These aspects are usability, accessibility, search engine optimization, technical design and graphical design. These were the foundations for creating an audit framework, which was then used for analysing individual websites. The practical section consists of a detailed audit of a logistic company. It also contains user testing which is based on observing randomly selected respondents. After the detailed audit, the summary of individual audits follows. The output of this thesis is an overview of the website presentation quality of the logistic companies with varying size. The main contribution of this diploma thesis is a complex survey and status comparison of the logistic companies' websites.

The goal of this thesis is to make a research of shopping behaviour of mothers on internet and find common pattern of this behaviour. Due to this common patterns, recommendations for online businesses will be determined. The research will be made as anonymous observation of visitors of baby food and diapers e-shop www.Feedo.cz. Author of the thesis is owner of www.Feedo.cz. Before the research is started, hypotheses for the research will be determined. Based on this hypotheses, software tools, used for collection of visitors behaviour data, will be set up. The goal of the thesis will be reached by analyzing collected data a confirming or disproving determined hypotheses. Based on analysis results, specific recommendation of online business will be defined. Own contribution of the thesis will consist in determination of hypotheses based on real business problems, collections of behaviour data of www.Feedo.cz visitors, setting up software tools, analyzing collected data and defining specific recommendations fo online businesses. The final thesis "Development of marketing in connection with information technology and neurotechnology" deals with modern marketing methods in the field of information technology, especially on the Internet (online marketing) and in the field of neurotechnology (neuromarketing). The thesis asks questions about how further can marketing be evolving in current form to the future and it follows the development and potential of each marketing trends in the context of modern information technology. To what extent will consumers have freedom of their choice in the future? What could be the negative and positive effects of the development of marketing in conjunction with modern technology? What influence does online marketing and neuromarketing on human emotions and thinking? Answers and problems of modern marketing are searched primarily through the SWOT analysis from a consumer perspective and also from the perspective of the company. It studies a FaceReader program for the analysis of facial expressions of respondents in the face while watching selected commercials. Finally, the work is trying to find relations of recognizing the modified logos without the brand name according to different consumers through the online survey.

The main aim of this diploma work is to propose a set of measures for the internet presence of real estate agencies increasing their credibility. Theoretic part deals with notions like internet and internet marketing with a focus on internet marketing tools. Practical part is dedicated to building credibility of real estate agency via the Internet. First, used practices of real estate agencies are introduced using my own statistics. Then, selected procedures are applied and evaluated on a case-specific real estate agency using two questionnaires. At the end, the measures that can potentially increase credibility of the real estate agencies are summarized and evaluated whether they are the optimal solutions.

The thesis is divided into a theoretical part I focus on basic business terms and the actual business plan - why and how the thesis is conceived how it should look like and what should not be missed. In the practical part I describe how to set the concrete business plan for opening an internet shop with coffee and tea product range. I will try to realize the project based on my business plan and compare it to reality. The goal of my dissertation work is the business plan realization and then a verification of its feasibility and its viability in real life.
