The dissertation thesis is concentrated on newsletter creation and its productivity evaluation. According to the information analysis from the field of email marketing, advertisement psychology and other knowledge, new proposals of new newsletter have been developed. These proposals went through testing using eye cameras - the eye tracking. Out of the partial proposals has been made a final newsletter which was sent out to customers by the company and the results have been evaluated in comparison with the previous one. The thesis also serves as a guideline for companies working on newsletter creation and its use.

Title: Marketing communication of shop and e-shop Sporticus Objectives: The main objective of this master's thesis is to analyse and evaluate marketing communication of shop and e-shop Sporticus. Based on the acquired knowledge, then propose adjustments to streamline the already established activities in the field of marketing communication and at the same time present new measures and opportunities that should contribute to exploiting the potential and further development of shop and e-shop Sporticus. Methods: Qualitative research methods were used for the analysis of marketing communication. Specifically, a semi-structured interview with the shop owner, sales manager and administrator of e-shop. Selected internal documents and statistics (Heureka, SEO test, Facebook, business results) were analyzed. The selected method was accompanied by the participant observation, because the author has been regularly in direct confrontation with development of shop and e-shop Sporticus since September 2016. Selected methods provided the author evidence for designing appropriate changes and measures. Results: The evaluation of marketing communication revealed mostly positive results, which correspond to predominantly positive ratings in online shopping comparison engines. The master thesis focuses on chosen small enterprise and based on situation analysis suggests the innovation of its e-shop. The general method how to step-by-step innovate or choose an e-shop for small enterprise is illustrated in this real-enterprise-based case. Methods used in the thesis are Website Usability Testing, SUPR-Q and Reaction Cards Method. The outcome of these methods acts like a baseline on how to design the changes needed for innovation of the e-shop. Theoretical part of the thesis focuses on findings of other authors who worked on similar topic. Practical part of thesis focuses on situation analysis of the chosen enterprise, Website Usability Testing and suggestion of the solution. It also consists of general recommendations for other small enterprises and summarization of all the findings of the thesis.

This diploma thesis concerns the analyses and design of the internet shop for GastronomikKV s.r.o. The internet trading is currently a high priority for the firms, and so applies to the firms in the area of the gastronomic appliances and services. The first part of the thesis deals with a theoretical background of the internet shops. The theory is followed by the analyses of the customers' requirements for the future internet shop of the firm and analyses of its competitors. Before the actual design part of the thesis, the proposed design is analyzed by WebML methodology. The main part of the thesis, the one regarding the design of the internet shop, is primarily focused on the use of internet marketing tools and implementation of the proper search-engine optimization, but also outlines the principles of usability and accessibility of websites. In conclusion, the thesis evaluates the design in terms of how it shall contribute to the increase the competitiveness of GastronomikKV s.r.o.
