This master´s thesis deals with measurement of business performance of the company. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused mostly on the importance of the customer value and on the comparison of individual approaches to its management. In the analytical part these approaches are applied to the company in order to identify qualities and failures of its business performance. The results are then the base for suggestions to improve the current situation.

This thesis deals with process modeling respectively application specific modeling methodology developed by prof. Ing. Václav Řepa Csc. for the selected company active in manufacturing. The main objective and part of the thesis forms creation of process model. It's preceded by introductory description of the selected company and its global long-term goals set by management, SWOT analysis revealing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, on the basis of which is elaborated a strategy to exploit opportunities for the development of strengths. Before analyzing the processes and the design of process model Balanced Scorecard analysis is realized. Within its four perspectives, I propose and summarize the identified targets, along with their metrics, current and desired state. Further it's followed by process analysis and elaboration of process models to global (Eriksson-Penker model) and detailed (BPMN notation) level. Models have added the descriptive tables and description and main points of the design are summarized in the end. The main objective of work is followed by others, represented by the comparison of designed model and current situation in company, where is implemented quality management system ISO 9001:2000 (comparing similarities and differences, problems of quality system, etc.) and assessment of enviromental maturity of the company and its functioning from process perspective, using the knowledge model Michael Hammer PEMM (Process & Enterprise Maturity Model). Information obtained from the analysis and designs are put into context with each other to ensure consistency of whole design and my thesis and summarized in Chapter Conclusion.

This Master's thesis analyses the company Prosport Praha s.r.o. from the perspective of Standard ISO 9001. Purpose of this study is to compare the current situation in the company with the individual requirements of Standard ISO 9001. The required changes to improve the present situation are proposed in all areas where the company does not meet ISO 9001 requirements to enable the company to achieve compliance with the standard. After the analysis the degree of present fulfilment of Standard ISO 9001 requirements is evaluated and the Quality manual of the company Prosport Praha s.r.o. is created.

This thesis deals with the design and realization of wireless power charging circuit for embedded systems. The research section focuses on the various ways and technologies used in applications of wireless power transfer. The theoretical part also briefly characterizes resonant inductive coupling and critical parameters of the transfer. This is followed by realization of various variants of transfer coils and electromagnetic oscillators. Wireless power charging prototype system is created and used for testing purposes to find optimal configuration of resonator. The hardware unit presented in the final part of the thesis exploits microcontroller and implemented software is extended by foreign object detection algorithm along with method to monitor battery charging state.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current state of the process of internal and customer complaint management in REHAU Automotive s.r.o., Moravská Třebová. Based on the facts to make own proposals for improving the process of managing inter-nal and customer complaints, which will lead to a more efficient process, thus saving time, costs and overall improving of quality management in the company.

Master's thesis is deals with integrated system. In theoretic part is described quality management system, environmental management system and occupational health and safety management system, main attention paid to quality in supplies. Suggestion of solving consists in proposition of new process purchase - choice of supplier, classification of supplier and index for measuring of process purchase.

The master thesis is dealing with customer-supplier relationship, specifically with the suppliers` quality management as seen by the customer. Analysis of the initial status and proposal of applicable changes in the organization are included. The main goal is continuous improvement of supplier quality.

Master’s thesis includes proposal for optimization of process in preparing integrated management system implementation in small construction company, which is related to prosperity of company. Solution coming-out from global and detailed analyses processes at company. Optimized processes will serve as basis for documentation of integrated management system, which means manual, directions process realization of product and consequently at implementation of integrated management system.

This diploma thesis deals with use of Shewhart Control Charts in quality control. The thesis describes the currently used process of quality control in the enterprise. Afterwards practical guidance for implementation of the statistical process control of the selected component and evaluation of capability is provided. An application for creating control charts and monitoring the quality of the product is included.

Quality, as well as stability of processes check is nowadays gaining on its significance. The main driving force of its increasing importance is the rapid expansion of series production. Large-scale manufacturing processes are concerned, in terms of the number of operators, direct and indirect influence on rejects, but also on process stability. There are several quality characteristics, defined by utility properties, that can be easily measurable (linear dimensions, solidity, elongation, humidity, concentration) or directly immeasurable, mostly subjective (fragrance, taste, color, comfort while using, appearance). Statistical Process Control-SPC features the preventive tool of quality control, because based on the early detection of significant divergences of the process from the predetermined level, it is possible to execute interventions in the process with the aim of maintaining the acceptable and stable level and improving the process. This manufacturing process check will be the topic of my thesis. At first, Shewhart's control charts analysis will be done to determine strong process instability. Consequently, analysis will be carried out in test chi-square, used to determine the influence of each factor on the process of stability (operators, type of shift, type of product, type of defect on the product). All the practical part will be processed in statistical software MINITAB15. The thesis will be complemented by the findings from the examination of the features of interval estimates of parameter p for binomial distribution - numeric stability in the various statistical software (specifically Minitab 15, Statistica, Matlab 7.8.0).
