Kollár, Jaroslav January 2015 (has links)
This master's thesis describes the design and implementation of optimizations in the middle-end part of a retargetable decompiler developed by AVG Technologies. The purpose of these optimizations is to improve readability of the produced source code and improve existing optimizations in the back-end part. In the introduction, basic information about reverse engineering and decompilation is provided. Then, a description of state of the retargetable decompiler before this work is given. After that, the main part of this work is presented, which describes the design and implementation of the proposed optimizations. Then, the techniques that were used for testing are described. This description is followed by a summary of the achieved results. The present work is concluded by a discussion of possible future development.

Biofyzikální charakterizace proteinových knihoven z různých repertoárů aminokyselin / Biophysical characterization of protein libraries composed of different amino acid repertoires

Neuwirthová, Tereza January 2020 (has links)
This study is part of a project which aims to understand evolution of genetic code together with structural and functional analysis of prebiotic proteins. The repertoire of amino acids in the first proteins was probably developing in time and it influenced the development of structure and function of today's proteins. First amino acid alphabet was apparently only half of the size of present alphabet, which contains twenty amino acids. These ten amino acids were probably prebiotically available from endogenous and exogenous sources. This work includes cell-free expression and purification of two randomized protein libraries (containing approximately 1011 variants) with various amino acid composition and following comparison of their propensity to form secondary (using circular dichroism) and tertiary (using proteolytical analysis of sequences) structures. First library contains only ten probably prebiotically available amino acids; second library contains all twenty amino acids in today's genetic code. This project could help us understand benefits of genetic code expansion in terms of developing structure in protein sequences. The whole research could theoretically contribute a few basic questions not only in the fields of protein evolution but also in areas of synthetic biology or protein...

Lamberský, Vojtěch January 2015 (has links)
The main focus of this dissertation thesis is on methods and tools which can increase the speed of software development process for embedded processors used in mechatronics applications. The first part of this work introduces software and hardware tools suitable for a rapid development and prototyping of new applications used today. This work focuses on two main topics from the mentioned application field. The first topic is a development of tools for an automatic code generation from the Simulink environment for an embedded processor. The second topic is a development of tools enabling execution time prediction based on a Simulink model. Next chapter of this work describes various aspects and properties of the Cerebot blockset, which is a toolset for a fully automatic code generation from a Simulink environment for an embedded processor. Following chapter describes various methods that are suitable for predicting the execution time on an embedded processor based on a Simulink model. Main contribution of this work presents the created support for a fully automatic code generation from a Simulink software for the MX7 cK hardware, which enables a code generation supporting also a complex peripheral (a graphic display unit). The next important contribution of this work presents the developed method for an automatic prediction of the software execution time based on a Simulink model.

Automatická detekce knihovního kódu ze spustitelných souborů typu PE / Automatic Library Code Detection in PE Executable Files

Mareš, Petr January 2008 (has links)
Master's thesis describes imported functions detection in PE executables, which are from static libraries. Main reason is process automatization and analysis simplification. Detection is solved by searching prepared patterns with missmatch tolerance. Missmatch are caused by changing address during building application. Resulting application supports compiler detection and it contains patterns for MinGW32, Visual studio 2005 and C++ Builder 6.

Řízení stejnosměrného bezkartáčového motoru za podmínek ztráty napájecího napětí / Brushless dc motor control under power loss condition

Šedivý, Jozef January 2014 (has links)

Model zralosti zdrojového kódu objektových aplikací / Maturity model of source code of object-oriented aplications

Pavlíčková, Jarmila January 2007 (has links)
The goal of this disertation was to develop a maturity model for source code of object-oriented applications and to use this model to verify the quality of the source code of student's applications. The starting point of the thesis was devoted to the analysis of existing standards, norms, methodologies and summaries of best practice for assessing the quality of software products and analysis of the factors that affect the quality of the source code of object applications. To validate the results of the analysis of these factors, the analysis was complemented with a field research conducted among specialist with programming experience. The model to determine the maturity of source code of object-oriented applications was designed according to the analysis and the questionnaire. The statistical method of cluster analysis was used in the design of the model. The model was designed and the procedure of its use in the evaluation of source code was described. This model was pilot tested in education program at the University of Economics in Prague.
