Kūrybiškumo taikymas organizacijų veikloje / Application of creativity in organizations‘ activity

Magistro darbo objektas – kūrybiškumas organizacijų kontekste. Darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti kūrybiškumo taikymo galimybes organizacijų veikloje. Pagrindiniai darbo uždaviniai išanalizuoti individualaus kūrybiškumo sampratą bei tyrinėjimo galimybes; apibrėžti organizacijos sampratą bei apibūdinti pagrindinius šiuolaikinių organizacijų tipus; palyginti kūrybiškumo organizacijoje tyrinėjimo modelius; identifikuoti pagrindinius kūrybiškumą organizacijoje skatinančius veiksnius ir sudaryti naują tyrinėjimo modelį; įvertinti kūrybiškumą Lietuvos organizacijose taikant tam sukurtą modelį. Naudojantis mokslinės literatūros ir kokybinio interviu tyrimo metodais prieita prie išvados, kad kūrybiškumas yra viena iš organizacijos sėkmės sąlygų, todėl būtina kurti jį skatinančią aplinką. Mokslinės literatūros analizė atskleidė, kad kūrybiškumo fenomenas gali būti suprantamas įvairiai: kaip veiklos rezultatas, kaip gebėjimas, kaip asmenybės savybė, kaip procesas, kaip kelių skirtingų veiksnių sistema. Pagrindiniai darbo aplinkos veiksniai, susiję su kūrybiškumu, yra vadovavimas, motyvacija, ištekliai, organizacinė kultūra. Pagrindinė problema yra ta, jog skirtingi autoriai įvairiai interpretuoja bei skirtingai skirsto tam tikrus kūrybiškumą įtakojančius veiksnius, todėl organizacijų kūrybiškumo veiksnių grupavimas yra ganėtinai painus. Remiantis moksline literatūra buvo sukurtas naujas organizacijos kūrybiškumą skatinančių veiksnių modelis, kurį sudaro trys platūs veiksniai: organizacijos... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The object of this Master Thesis is creativity in organizational context. The target of this research is to analyze the possibility to apply creativity in organizational activities. Main tasks of this work are to analyze the understanding of individual creativity and possibilities to explore it; define the understanding of organization and describe main types of modern organizations; compare research models of creativity in organizations; identify main factors, which encourage creativity in organizations, and to create new research model; measure creativity in Lithuanian organizations by applying new model. After literature review and application of qualitative research method – interview – it was came to the conclusion that creativity is one of the organization‘s success factors, so it necessary to create an environment, which would encourage creativity. Review of literature showed that phenomenon of creativity could be understood differently: as a result of activity, as an ability, as individual feature, as a process and as a system of several different factors. The main factors of working environment, which are associated with creativity, are management, motivation, resources and organizational culture. The main problem is that different authors categorizes and interprets factors, which influence creativity, differently. Thus grouping them is quite confusing. Ikimokyklinio amžiaus vaikų (5-7 m.) kūrybiškumo ypatumai / Peculiarities of preschool children (5-7) creativity

The development of a creative personality is becoming more and more significant in the rapidly changing world. The aim of this work is to reveal the peculiarities of 5 –7 year old children verbal and nonverbal creative thinking. In the first (theoretical) part problems of creativity and creative thinking are analysed. In the second (practical) part the results of research on the indices of verbal and nonverbal creative thinking of pre – school children (5–7) are analysed. The object of research – creativity of 5 – 7 year children and education of creativity. The aim of research – to reveal the peculiarities of 5 – 7 year old children verbal and nonverbal creative thinking. The tasks of research: 1) to analyse the indices of creativity among girls and boys; 2) to analyse the indices of creativity among 5 and 7 year old children; 3) to analyse the indices of creativity among children from Vilnius and Alytus. Hypothesis: 1) girl's and boy's verbal and nonverbal creative thinking indices are equal; 2) 5 year old children are conditionally more creatable then 7 year old children; 3) creativity of the 5 and 7 year old children differ due to the place of residence: children from Vilnius are conditionally more creatable then children from Alytus.
